Doesn't give courtesy call to update on your vehicle. Also doesn't call to let when your vehicle is done. Poor service plus did not change my blinker like I had asked. Plus they didn't do a full inspection on my vehicle like I have wanted them to and charged me 650 for basically a few parts and labor. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend them. Plus nobody is at the reception desk and some lady keeps coming out of the office who knows nothing and nobody talked to me about my vehicle. They didn't fix the problem
Had my vehicle towed, after unfortunately it left me on the side of the road. Kyle was fast to get it to where it needed to go. Joe explained to me the afterhours charge, which I was OK with it. Over the years they have had to tow vehicles 3 different times for our family. 3 times isn't bad when we had 5 drivers and 6 vehicles at the house..
The employees are all very nice and super helpful at explaining the work your vehicle needs. Very honest and don't try to upsell you on everything. Actually take the time to figure out what could be wrong instead of just wanting to replace everything immediately. They even went and towed my truck from a bad mechanic shop to theirs even though it was quite far away. Also very reasonable prices in the quotes they gave for possible needed repairs. Their kindness and honesty was really appreciated in our stressful time.
The body shop owners are very friendly and helpful. Repairs from a deer hit were made in a timely manner. We also had them fix issues unrelated to the collision while it was there, and we had the loaner. The loaner vehicle was nice and clean, and they also offer towing. Will go back again.
Hit a deer early in the morning. When they were called to pick up my car they got there so fast and drove me back to my place. They dealt with my insurance company. They took alot of stress off of a very stressful time for me. Thank you.
Got in an accident in Clintonville and was able to drive a short distance to Steinke. Joe took a look at my car, checked if it was safe to drive the 25mi home and removed excess debris for free. A nice shop ran by kind, helpful people.
Professional and customer oriented service, especially Luke, wish there more out there like him. Have always had a great experience here with friendly and knowledgeable staff willing to give you their time and patience. Hands down, not even a question, recommend Steinke's!
I absolutely love this place...they give you honest prices. They are always diligent and professional. I refuse to bring my vehicles anywhere else other than here. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair deal from a great company 😊
Joe and his team are great to work with they don’t overcharge and will only sell you on what needs to be fixed and tell you what can wait I recommend everyone I know to go there you won’t find a better shop for you car or truck
So far I had a front bumper painted, a lower control arm replaced and a new brake master cylinder replaced. All done in a timely manner with a positive attitude by all the employees that I dealt with. I would highly recommend this machanic shop. 👍
My cars oil line broke in 97° weather on a holiday weekend as I was heading to Eagle river. I got my car to them after hours on Saturday and left a note with my keys in the drop box with a plead for "help". I called on Monday, Joe was very reassuring and told me not to worry. They picked up the part in Green Bay repaired my SUV and it was ready for me to pick it up by the time I needed to head back to Milwaukee on the 4th of July. When i was dropped off by my car the 1st thing I notice is my car had been washed. The whole backside of my SUV had been covered with oil.
This just confirmed why the people at Fleet Farm recommended them so highly.
I cant thank Joe and his crew enough. You put my mind at ease. I made it back to Milwaukee without worry.

They sold me a used vehicle that had the cast iron piece that held the brake in place mig welded back together. It was a very unsafe repair and it failed.
Asked for help with replacing it and Nick Steinke the owners son was extremely rude. Would not recommend for any repairs, or car sales.
I ABSOLUTELY love this shop. I take all my vehicles there and won't go anywhere else. Their work is quick and terrific--never any issues. Friendly, top-notch service by kind, local owners. :)
Very impressed with Paul and Joe. After months looking for a vehicle Paul was able to find me a vehicle in my price range and adjusted my trade in for a yet better deal. After I had purchased my vehicle I had issues with it and brought it back and without questions they ended up fixing it without more cost. They even offer a loaner since it would of been a few days. I thought that was exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a dependable vehicle and a business which stands behind their vehicles.
