Tim towed our Subaru to the nearest body shop that is used by the local Subaru dealer. He treated me with respect and kindness - offering for me to wait in his truck while he moved my car to the flatbed. He offered to take me to the body shop, but said he understood if I was comfortable riding in the truck with him (we were near a McDonalds, so there were options for me). He texted when he got the car to the body shop.
This is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. My trailblazer went down Christmas Eve. They scooped up my truck for me. Help me keep costs low and affordable for the holidays. I can't be more happy with this company! They've earned a customer for life.God bless!!

We called Express late in the day and they were very accommodating and friendly. Cody arrived promptly, with a smile even though we caught him at the end of his shift! The pick up was fast and professional. We would recommend Express Towing and Recovery to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about this tow company. From the very first phone call, I was a complete mess—crying and overwhelmed—and somehow the man who answered the phone understood me perfectly and immediately took care of everything. I later learned it’s a small, family-owned business and that it was the dad who answered my call. He was calm, kind, and reassuring, and had his son to me in under 30 minutes.
The driver who showed up was absolutely incredible. I was hysterically crying when he arrived, and he handled me with so much patience, compassion, and kindness. He helped me into the tow truck, listened to everything I was saying, and even gave me advice and reassurance that helped calm me down. He explained what was likely going wrong with my car in a way I could actually understand and distracted me enough to get my mind off the fear that my car was ruined forever.
When we got back to the mechanic, he went above and beyond—helping me explain what had happened, making sure I used the right wording, and even translating what the mechanic was saying back to me so I fully understood. I have never felt so supported during a stressful situation.

On my way to a fun event on a Saturday morning in fridgid weather my tire blew. Couldn't get a hold of my dealership, so MIDAS in Brookfield gave me the name of Express Towing. The person that answered was very nice and made quick arrangements for me to get picked up and brought to MIDAS for service. Cody, the driver, very nice and courteous. Will definitely keep they're information in my car abd recommend they're services.
We scheduled a pick up for my truck because it oddly would not start. When I went back to my truck several hours later to meet the driver, my truck started. The driver understood the situation and said there would be no charge for the tow or coming out there. This company is awesome and I will use them in the future if needed.
My car’s water pump blew and it was leaking coolant and overheating. Express Towing & Recovery was recommended to me by the Firestone location I’ve gone to. Calling and scheduling a tow was extremely fast and easy, and reasonably priced. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman I spoke to, but he was kind and helpful and put me at ease.
First of all, when you call you will get a human being, even at 10pm at night when my daughters car broke down in a parking lot. Since it was the weekend it wasn't urgent so he advised me to call back in the morning. When I did we set up an appointment to pick up the car at 10am. When I got to the parking lot at 9:59am Tim was already waiting there for me. After some questions and answers he quickly loaded the vehicle on the flatbed and headed out from Brookfield to Oconomowoc. He even offered to take the keys and drop them in the drop box for me, but I declined and followed him to the dealership. When we got there he knew exactly where to go and drop off the vehicle. Again, doing it quickly and professionally. After that, paperwork and payment was quick and easy. He even gave me some helpful advise as to what was wrong with the vehicle. All in all, working with Express was smooth. Everyone I dealt with really put me at ease in a tense situation. The price was reasonable too, which Tim informed me that insurance may cover.
I have used Express Towing a few times over the last few years.

Very thankful for Cody and Simon when they came out and picked up my motorcycle when my throttle cable snapped right before a big storm! They got there quick and handled everything with extreme care. They even got it as close to the garage as they could so I didn’t have to walk it too far. Highly recommend Express towing; they made a stressful situation a lot better!
I love working with family owned businesses! Express towing in hands down the best. Alli was so helpful when it came to understanding my bill. Simon took great care of my car and was so nice to work with!! I will definitely use them again. Although, I pray I don't need ta 😉.
A couple weeks ago my car started smoking when I was on the way to Madison. I called this place, Tim arrived to give me a tow half an hour later. He also gave me a ride back to Waukesha. Very responsive and helpful.
TB from Express Towing and Recovery went above and beyond of just being our tow service driver. He assisted us with finding a hotel, drove us to our hotel and assisted us in attempting to find an Uber. TB was also very empathetic and patient with us. He went above and beyond.
Got stuck on the interstate and had a tow within 45 minutes at 8am on a Sunday. Tim was extremely polite, personable, and helpful in what was a stressful situation. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need of a tow in the Milwaukee/Brookfield area.
Simon was very fast and professional when my buddy’s truck tire fell off. Got there fast, put traffic cones out for safety, and even offered a ride. Great service would recommend to anybody in need of a tow!
The driver could not drive. He didn't like the slow driving of the car in front of him, so he swerved into my lane without checking his mirrors and nearly forced me off the road. I guess you hire anyone

Tim was awesome he had so much energy that we needed after a long morning and afternoon. After dealing with triple a 2 different times and not very friendly. Wilde Honda contacted express towing. Cody was great! He picked up my car in Milwaukee on a very narrow and bumpy road and got it to Waukesha super quickly. He gave me a ride to the auto shop with it and made sure I had a ride waiting for me at the shop. Cost was extremely reasonable and he got there within an hour. Hopefully I never need to call them again but if I need a tow I know where to go.
I have called upon these guys on many occasions the last 10 plus years for myself and other family members and always has been a refreshing experience when your stranded somewhere. Very friendly and timely pick up, also I noticed their equipment is all state of the art, always came to my rescue with flat bed tow trucks, not pick up trucks, s not even sure they have pick ups in their fleet. I don't write reviews but a couple times a year and I have to be pretty impressed if I'm taking the time to review. Great job express towing 👍

When I needed to get my new C8 Corvette home and the roads were covered with salt the ONLY one I would trust to do it is Express Towing. They have always given me exceptional service and I knew I could count on them to take great care of my new baby.
