Was happy at first took my kids car in to get fixed as soon as I left dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree took it back ended up telling me a whole other thing was wrong all of a sudden had to pay another 500 bucks got the car back and my kid drove around an entire week without a brake fluid cap on her car ended up getting air in the lines and lost brake called and complained guy said he would fix it and never got back to us claims it wasn’t his fault I would not recommend this place at all just want money
This is a great family-owned business that is fairly priced and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need. Mike makes sure that my car is running smoothly and any suggestions he does give comes with great advice and care to make sure it's done correctly. This is the only place I take my car now

They treat you like family every time. If you want your car / truck fixed right the first time without the scare tactics of a normal repair shop then this the place to come to. Never had to worry about being raked over the coals getting while getting my truck repaired. The only place I call is Fickau’s when my truck isn’t acting right .
Fickau Service Center is the only place you should take your vehicle if you need repairs, or maintenance. I have bought tires for my 2004 Explorer, had multiple things fixed on my 2010 Prius after an automobile accident, and have also taken my vehicle to Fickau for other items that needed to be fixed. They always do a fantastic job. Fickau is also upfront about the problem(s), and answered all of my questions, in a way that was easy to understand. And, the pricing, their rates are great, very fair, and they do not try and sell you unneeded or unwanted services or products. This place has integrity, I trust them, and so can you. I highly recommend them, and I will continue to be a customer.
My wifes 2011 Honda Pilot and my 2010 oil guzzling GMC Sierra has had a decent amount of work done at Fickau with no regrets! Both Pete and Mike have nothing but the best in customer service in mind coupled with never having to quetion their repairs or labor! We will be back, if something arises!
They always do an amazing job. They are great about telling you the problem, everything that is recommended to fix, and telling you what HAS to be fixed. Sadly my car sees them a lot and i have never felt like they are trying to trick me or up sell me on things that dont need to be done.
I went to Fickau Service Center for tires. The quality of the tires was excellent. If you are looking for quality auto service and excellent tires and very reasonable prices ...go to Fickau. It has a small town atmosphere, very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Fickau for your auto needs.
Fickau Service Center gets my highest recommendation for honesty, integrity, and fair pricing. I contacted Mike at Fickau Service Center and he took care of a difficult problem for me replacing a damaged diesel exhaust tip that was corroded onto the tail pipe of my vehicle. The tip literally had to be cut, pried, and hammered off. The job was done in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost and a new exhaust tip was installed. This service center will treat you respectfully and with the highest degree of honesty that I have experienced. You can trust Fickau Service Center to do excellent work on your vehicles at reasonable prices. I can't say enough good about this business. A+++
I called fickau on the recommendation of a coworker who has been going here awhile. I needed 4 ball joints for my silverado. They quoted me right over the phone and came in substantially cheaper than the dealer and another service center. Everything on my truck was spot on when I picked it up and the price I paid was exactly as quoted. It's hard to find people this honest anymore. I will definitely be calling again next time I need auto repairs.
