Ten minute tow ordered by Jackson police cost $500! Outrageous. When asked why so much he claimed it was because the 31st was a holiday. The 1st is the holiday. Wish I made that per hour. I will give them credit for no damage to the vehicle.
While I cannot give too many details, there was a situation I am dealing with that involved two different tow companies and a handoff of a vehicle. The other tow company (not ADT) turned out to be at fault, but while I was working through it, ADT went above and beyond to provide me with pictures and video related to this situation that proved the other company (not ADT) was at fault.
They did not have to provide me with the video/pictures, yet he did. He also spoke to me on the phone multiple times, even though he wasn't required to do so. In the moment of a stressful situation, ADT has been one moment of sanity.
Place is a total scam.
Charged me to tow a vehicle I didn’t want towed by them.
Vehicle was not in the way of traffic.
They Refused to drop it off at my shop.
They Charged for storage to sit 12 hours on a dirt pad in their driveway.
They also didn’t even have the decency to let me use an air hose to inflate my trailer tire that was low.
1000% Would NOT recommend!!
I was involved in an accident last Wednesday. My car was towed away from the scene in West Bend and taken all the way to Richfield without my knowledge. After getting discharged from the hospital, I immediately called the phone number I was provided for the tow company that took my car and tried to get information on my car and discuss further steps. For the sake of being professional, I will state that the man I spoke with was less than stellar, very misogynistic, and didn't have any interest in speaking with me, stating that he would call me back later with information after he spoke to his boss. I was never called
I gave them the day on Thursday to get back to me, thinking that maybe he wasn't able to contact his boss so I was being gracious.
Friday I ended up calling this place 5 times with different questions. I was told that my car couldn't be scrapped and I needed to get my car off the lot, however each time I spoke to this man, he asked if he could just speak to my male co-signer and again said he would call me back and never did. He kept telling me that he hadn't personally seen my car so he had no info for me and eventually just completely stopped taking my calls (it was nowhere near closing hours)
Over the weekend my cosigner attempted to call due to everything online stating that this establishment is open 24 hours and was immediately greeted on the phone with a man telling him to call back on Monday because they are only open for towing needs.
Monday we called again only to get the same go about. No information. Get the car off my lot.
Tuesday (today) I was able to make a game plan to get my car. I called and tried to see if they would tow my car back to West Bend due to me never giving permission for it to go out to Richfield and he said yes however there would be a fee (fine) and they had all their drivers out and no idea when they would have an available driver again to help. I decided to call a different tow company to help. I called Advance one last time to pay the bill for my car sitting in their lot for 6 days ($1,150) and told them a tow was coming to get my car. He simply said ok after asking what company was coming and hung up. I gave the other tow driver the green light to get my car after I paid and waited.
A few hours later, the tow truck driver from the new company is calling stating that he was having trouble with the people at Advanced. He told us that for starters the place was sketchy, and they refused to let them in. He sat and honked a couple times, thinking they would open the gate but they didn't so he got out and rang the doorbell. The lady sat and screamed at him, telling him to turn his lights off. When he was finally let in, he stated that they were clearly under the influence of something and the woman was open carrying a weapon and her hand remained on the weapon throughout the entire exchange. She tried to tell him he couldn't take the vehicle because we didn't pay and when he told her we did pay she just continued to be very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. He told me he's dealt with quite a few sketchy businesses but this took the cake and he'd never feared for his life like he did today. He kept telling her he was just trying to do his job and she was persistent in being unprofessional and rude. He was finally able to get my car and leave.
After my car was dropped off, I was finally able to start going through it to grab my belongings and although nothing is missing to my knowledge, my belongings were clearly rummaged through both in the vehicle and in the trunk.
I'm honestly appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company and the way they run their business. Definitely a very sketchy place and for sure seemed to be hiding something with their mannerisms.
Great Clean trucks, came fast to my disabled pick up truck. Also took care of my trailer and UTV in their secure lot. Would definitely use them again!!
Called today, yes I know on a Sunday and easter Sunday but their ads say open 24 hours a day, to get information to pick up my sons motorcycle, that he crashed on Saturday, and the guy was a real Dick. Maybe people should have some empathy for others. You shouldn't be in a customer service kind of company if you don't know how to talk and be respectful towards others.

Not friendly with customer especially poc customers are rude and difficult to deal with would not recommend banned me from the service and are refusing to help get my car from their lot
I Called multiple times after a week that my vehicle was towed I had to call from multiple numbers and they blocked each one to not have to answer about my vehicle and belongings they took then when I showed up in person they were rude and difficult and didn’t want to help me
Edit- they are racist too treated me poorly and threatened with calling police and ice on me even tho I’m American

Washington Cty needs to find more reasonably priced towing and recovery service !!!
This is not a bad company Andrew Williams is a good person to talk to he really explains and breaks down the issues Andrew want to make sure ur property is safe also the company I was mad at first but once Andrew Williams called me and told me what the issue was and how to go about it before writing a review make sure u talk to Andrew Williams I can't tell u about everyone else but he was an awesome help
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are a scam and do not answer your calls for you to pick your vehicle up. They answer and tell you they have to call you back and won’t call you back or answer after that just to rack up the bill for “storage fee.”
EDIT Andy proceeded to contact my dad and threaten that he is “coming for me” because I left a truthful review about his company.
The knowledge and heartfelt sincerity that Andy expressed toward my vehicle as well as my occupation was second to none. He truly is a gift from God as well as a stunning dreamboat.
My cousin had to get her vehicle from a gas station. They wouldn't let us come to the business because when my husband was on the phone with them last night they were using profanity and then the next day were giving us the run around. For what... I don't know. All we wanted was to get her vehicle so she could go home. They even had the police sitting there waiting at the gas station. This all could have been avoided if they would gave us the vehicle lastnight when we got to the gas station, so instead of $60 lastnight they charged her $260 today....
When owning a business you shouldn't scream or use profanity when speaking to a paying customer. We pay to keep your business open.

Could of drove my vehical to a shop, or anywhere for that mater. But they were too interesting in making a buck. Because they were called by Wash. CO. SHERIFF DEPT. THEY couldn't care less.

I don't give this place one star because of the bad towing experience I went through, but I give this place one star because Andrew Williams posted a picture of my car accident on Facebook saying that "ignorant people...slander others just because they are upset at at their own misfortune." Last winter in December, I hit a sign around 2 am. The deputy who responded called Advanced Diesel. The guy came out and we agreed (not in writing unfortunately) that he would tow my car to Bob's in West Bend for a set amount. The deputy then said I could go home, and my father, who has experience with towing, told me to take my keys. After we got home, the tow guy called me and all he said was "did you take the keys?" and I said "yes" so he said "call the office Monday." He didn't say anything about taking my car to Richfield or meeting him at Bob's. We go to Bob's over the weekend to see the damage in the day light, and my car isn't there. I call Advanced Auto and the guy says he doesn't know where my car is. My dad said he will report a stolen vehicle and the guy was able to find my car. They had impounded it. On Tuesday we call and ask if they will tow my car to the place we originally agreed, and they said not for free. I went on a Facebook page, I did mentioned Advanced Diesel, asking for advice how I could get my car to the place we agreed on without paying extra. My dad goes to Advanced Diesel to pick up my vehicle with a U-Haul trailer. The guy there was angry at my Facebook post but agreed to pay for the U-Haul trailer if I took my post down. I did. Something else went on at Advanced Diesel with my dad scratching a car, and Advanced Diesel saying they might have to get the police involved or something, but I wasn't there so I can't say what happened. But when my dad came home, he said "don't post anything else about that place." And I agreed. My car was in West Bend, and everything had worked out. I thought the whole experience was over. The next day, I get tagged onto a post on Facebook. It was a picture of my car accident on the city wide Facebook page. The post stayed up all day before the admin took it down. Andrew Williams had posted a picture of my car accident on Facebook. Very professional -_-. I personally would not recommend Advanced Diesel. Not only did our tow truck driver act unprofessionally at the accident (swearing), but the fact that he would post a picture of my car accident on Facebook. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.

Fabulous experience with Advanced. Motorhome broke down at State Park entry road in the evening. Referred to Advance from another diesel shop. Called, they sent a technician out next morning. Mitch was GREAT! Friendly, personable and very professional. Got us patched up to get safely into our campsite and returned the next day with ordered parts to finish the repair. I would recommend this establishment to anyone needing diesel repair. Thank you, you made a bad situation much better!!
Had a truck towed to them and it took two and a half months to get it back. It was a simple fix, i just needed a new hood. In the end, I didnt get a new hood and had to fix it myself. Would not reccomend to others.
