The worst experience I’ve ever had, will not be returning here again. I came in 30 minutes before close, as I needed some rotors to get my brakes changed that same night. I had placed an order 45 minutes before coming in, as I wanted to make sure it was quick in and out, since I was aware I was cutting it close with their closing time. Reason for placing an online order was due to there being a promotion for 20% off that could only be redeemed through an online purchase. I let them know I had an online order, making sure to show the confirmation message as they had let me know it wasn’t showing up on their end. I let them know I had to step aside to check why it wasn’t showing up and as long as I wasn’t charged, I would just be purchasing them in store. Mind you this was a nearly $300 purchase so I needed to make sure my card hadn’t been charged from the online order. As I’m on the phone checking, they start speaking at a loud volume where I can clearly hear them. They’re talking about how they just knew I hadn’t pressed the place order button to send the order through (mind you I already had a confirmation message saying my order would’ve been ready 30 minutes after the order was placed) and how I was making it so hard when I could just easily buy them in store. You could clearly note that they were inferring I was very stupid, at a volume letting me know they wanted me to know how they felt towards me. My order had been cancelled before I got there without my knowledge and no reasoning as to why, so I turned around and just bought them in store. Last note, when I walked in they were standing around doing nothing and I spent less than 10 minutes in store, left 20 minutes before store closing.

Will skip the details, but must commend the excellent Customer Service i experienced at this store. From the initial call, through the diagnosis of a "Service Engine " light the Customer Service was truly 5 Star. They could have easily recommended replacing battery, and Customer Service was so good, I would gladly bought one. I felt they all appreciated the fact that I came to give them money, that pays their wages. My issue was resolved following Managers advice.

There is a new general manager here and he has a salt and peppered beard. It’s not only extremely helpful to myself, but to other customers. Was there alone and greeted everyone that walked in said he would be with them as soon as he could helped everyone promptly. Even gained compliments and was a human I’ll come here any day.

The Kewauskum, Wisconsin location may as well be closed. They are hardly ever open. I online ordered a few weeks ago and went to pickup at 5:30pm, closed with no sign apologizing for the closure. Closed again today 2:30pm, no sign. I've called west bend store to see if they know why, but they have gotten calls from others upset as well. If ordering online I'd recommend west bend or Fond du Lac because you never know when you'll be able to get your parts.

This place has the worst customer service and you order online they cant even pull the right parts. And to make matters worse there open till 9pm on Friday and when I found out I had wrong parts when I got home tried calling no one answered so I went back and they closed by 830 unbelievable I will be reporting this to there corporate as well this place is horrible

Sold me the wrong ball joint after I asked the guy at the counter to me sure it was the right one. He said “if it’s the wrong one just bring it back and return it”. Anyways it was the wrong one and I drove 45 mins for it. Not going back for 15 bucks but could not get my car back together

I am on the fence about the west bend store. Just when you get to know a associate, bam, there gone. Its really kind of sad that they cant keep employees. Dave the manager is very good, fair, funny, knows his shit. The only bad side is, i have like 8 accounts there. Between all of the stores. I never seem to get ant perk points becouse im always using different accounts or its not even on one. How about combining accounts

The store clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very informative and even if Im not a big fan of the prices for certain items, its no different pricewise then most others, a bit cheaper I think actually. And their merchandise is well stocked , considering the times .

Hands down worst parts store I've ever been to...service sucked and they can't even give u the right parts and when you call they fail to tell you the correct part is twice as much as the wrong one they gave you and you spent half the day working in your car just to put the old part back on....not to mention spending money on gas to drive there not only once but twice for no reason

If I could give this store a half star I would. The service there sucks. Everytime I go in I give them all the vehicle information and still get the wrong parts. Seems like to me the staff there is not trained correctly. I have to go to their website and have to figure out my own parts. Would highly recommend not going there.

Don't tell you that they don't save purchase date and when you go back for warranty they tell you you didn't buy it there lost alot of money that way not worth my time to return for more headaches
