LJ has been a very helpful person. My vehicle was towed off of parking lot and gave me a great price to get it out of the impound after sitting there for 3 weeks! While I couldn’t drive off his towing lot with the car due to not having the keys to the car for unexpected reasons he gave me multiples chances to get it off his towing lot with no fees at all. I finally had the cash to get a locksmith guy out there to make me a key for the car and bam I got it off of there. LJ was very patient with me and also helped me find a locksmith guy which I really appreciate them for. I recommend this towing company 100%. Even though it was upsetting that I got my car towed off my apartment lot. These were cool people to deal with when getting your car back. Thanks LJ!

This company is outstanding! They are fantastic! I broke down on hwy H and the owner came out and towed my car to my house in below zero conditions. He also gave me great advice on my car. The price was absolutely fair and service was great. Also my daughter in-laws car was running with the keys locked in it, they came to her rescue again in freezing weather and opened her car for her. The price was absolutely fair and again they were fast. Thank you so much to them. I truly appreciate the honest, and great service from them.

Our College rental company has used On Time Towing for the past few years and they have been great to work with. Great service, great communication, and a quick response time.

I have never dealt with a company as rude and unprofessional as “on time towing. “ It all started out with the website that states “open 24 hours”. Doesn’t say, open 24 hours for towing, it specifically said “OPEN 24 hours”. He towed my sons car June 4, had it til June 6th. Yesterday, 6/5, I called, left a messsage to have him call back at his earliest convenience. I wanted to pick up the car, and Wanted to know what I needed to get the car back. Never called back. But since the website said “open 24 hours” we made a long trip there, assuming 24 hours is 24 hours. We get there and there’s a huge sign, by appointment only. 8-4. So apparently 24 hours, isn’t what it means l. I called him again, he answered and right away was very sarcastic, very rude. “What does the sign say??” I felt as if I was talking to the wizard in emerald city. I pointed out what his website said and he did not care. I’ll admit after he was rude to me, I was rude back. I just made a long drive based on his website, open 24 hours. he could’ve called me back and said, we aren’t open after 4. And been friendly, because his website says they are friendly and if you have questions, just call blah blah blah. Saving us a trip, he said, not my problem. So I asked what my charges were going to be and he said “call tomorrow “. So my husband called today, charges are 545. So I called asking him to break down the 545. He couldn’t tell me because he was not in front of his computer. As if he doesn’t know what his charges are without looking at a computer. Now looking at the receipt, He’s got all sorts of excessive charges. I asked him if he was going to charge me more and he replied, only a jerk would do that. Yes, I did call him one. He even charged me an extra day for storage. June 4-6 is 2 days. He charged me for 3. $36 to go to vehicle. 60. To go back. 85 after hours fee (they’re open 24 hours, how can he charge after hour fee)?!??? 195. Impound fee - 85. Tow and hook 45 labor. 65. Per day storage. Charged 3 days, should’ve been 2. Oh and this is cash only. When I called this morning, again he was rude. Told me not to tell him how to run his business and hung up on me. Amazingly he does have some good reviews, probably written by his mother and cousins.

Absolutely wonderful people! Came from Oklahoma for my birthday and to visit family and wrecked my car. They showed up and got everything taken care of and even fitted me with a rental! I couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and patience. 10/10 recommend!!

My experience with On Time Towing was nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend this company and service. Friendly, personable, accommodating, reasonably priced, and so professional! The service was top notch and the time between call and response was so quick. 10/10 would use again!

Great people to work with. We had to battle the insurance company to cover the accident but On Time Towing worked with us until insurance paid. The insurance company wanted to take our vehicle before we were notified and removed our personal items. The guys ay On Time Towing wouldn't release it until they spoke to us. They were very calm and helpful when picking up the vehicle. I keep their card in all of our vehicles now. Bless you all!

When my car broke down and we had to push it into a nearby parking lot, they came quickly and provided excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone!

The driver was lost,close to Chicago!, and luckily Lee was able to tow the car. But we live 5 hours away, (in Minnesota)which made the drive 10 hours round trip,(ugh) but I had called Lee a couple times and when we were finally able to pick up the car Lee was so concerned about the driver! Such a very nice young man. I recommend Lee at On Time Towing 100 per cent! And that is called Wisconsin is Great!!

On Time Towing was prompt and helpful to our daughter who's car was not starting. They not only were friendly but helpful, the driver jumped her car and followed her to the auto shop and then brought her back to the university. Being in college and not having anyone else to bring her back to school, it was very much appreciated. Also very friendly and helpful over the phone.

The starter went out on my El Camino while getting gas, and my regular mechanic/towing guy was tied up for the afternoon. He recommended On Time Towing. I called them up, and they had my car loaded up and off to my normal shop pretty darn quick. What a nice guy. Can't miss the bright yellow truck. 💛 👍💛

Very prompt following my distress call. Great personality. Clean truck inside and out. Even dropped me off at home. Hope I never see him again,😉😁 but if I need another tow, he's "my guy"!!

Will highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a tow! Really appreciate them coming out on a holiday and taking the extra time to get our vehicle out of the garage.

I highly recommend On Time Towing. I have used this local Whitewater towing company several times just within the last 6 months. Lee, the owner, is always prompt (on time!) in arrival. He has multiple types of tow trucks for all vehicle types (all wheel drive, front wheel drive…) and his rates are very reasonable. Lee also lives in the Whitewater community with his family. Please support this local business.

What a wonderful human being. Lee is so easy to work with, responsive, and kind. He has helped my daughter at UW-W twice with tows in the last 9 months. We live 15 hours away from Whitewater and it was so comforting to know that there was a genuinely good guy ready to help our daugther navigate car trouble so far from home. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately my car was towed because I didn't pay my parking bill, however getting a hold of this company was very fast, convenient, and easy. They answered their phone right away and made a time for me to pick up my car the exact same day. Very quick and efficient. Thank you, Lee!

I honestly can’t say one thing negative about this company . Just like the other reviews, the nice man who came to tow my car came within 15 minutes of calling for me aswell. He was so kind and helpful and had every answer and solution to my horrible car problems, had a loner available and even gave me a ride home. I will now forever use this company for any towing or help I need ! 5 stars 10/10 recommend.

I love this company. I was out during work and my car broke down and then I looked for a towing company in my area. He was amazing: the owner picked up the phone right away, was able to get a tow truck out to me almost instantly, and had really great prices for the towing. I highly recommend using this company I was very satisfied with the help that they were able to provide. Also, if you do ever need a tow hopefully it will get towed by their shop, they have a car with a donut on top which is really cool to see.

My son’s car wouldn’t start, and I was in MKE so I had no way to go help him. My son only had to wait 10 min for the tow to arrive, and with us not being from the area they recommended a great repair shop to have it fixed at. I was nervous not being able to be there and make sure everything went smoothly, but there was no reason to, everything was handled professionally and went smoothly. I highly recommend these guys, A+ experience.

Arrived within 15 minutes of calling. Very nice guy. Even went above and beyond with the tow service by dropping off the dead car at requested location and then myself at a different location upon request with no extra charge for his trouble!

Called him after being stranded for 4 hours thanks to Triple A, he was able to get there super fast, he was super nice and did the job right. Best place around.

Called on a Monday morning to take my VW up to the Janesville dealership to get a new key programmed (I lost my only key). Truck got to UWW campus in 10-15 minutes as promised, needed only minor help positioning the car, and everything was taken care of in an instant, for a reasonable price too. Absolute godsend, especially for UWW students like myself. Hoping I won't need a tow again in the near future, but if I do, I'm going straight to these guys.

We used on time towing to tow a brand new Mercedes that had a battery issue. Despite a communication error on Mercedes customer service part, Lee Loveall stayed with the car (without even being sure he would receive payment for his careful work putting the car on his flat bed), and communicated exceptionally well with us to ensure the care went to the correct location. We will 100% use On Time Towing for in the future!

On Time came out to help us for a very unique situation where our boat and trailer had been damaged. When no other company wanted to take the job. They came out and gave us a hand to help us get home safely. Great service, very friendly and exceptional customer service! I would recommend.
