So so helpful!! They were very quick and understanding, and were able to jump my car no problem! Even suggested putting some additives in my fuel to help out in the future which I think is very thoughtful. Will definitely be going to them again if I have any future car troubles!!
Most condescending and rude man ive ever talk to! Treats you like your a idiot a s tried to act like ge is doing you a favor all while ripping you off. Agree and settle on a price then he triples it .
This company is amazing! My daughter’s car broke down on her way to drop her best friend for the army reserves in Milwaukee when her truck broke down on the highway. We live in Belvidere and Darrel was able to get to them within 30 mins and stayed with the girls until I arrived. He was very friendly and polite with all of us (these 2 things are hard to find these days). Truck was delivered with no issues and in the spot I needed. Awesome job Darrel! Thanks again ?
My car died between Piggly Wiggly and the Ford dealership. Not an emergency but I needed help.
Long story short, an LG police officer contacted Larry's Towing.
The driver for Larry's Towing was friendly & professional. Their tow truck was very clean & it made for a pleasant drive home.

While visiting Lake Geneva, we unfortunately had someone attempt to break into our car. They completely shattered the passenger window with a hole to unlock the car. The policemen were very helpful, and recommended us to take it to Larry’s Towing to get it cleaned up and the window removed.
Darryl was the man helping us and he did a great job taking the window out carefully not to add extra scratches. He then completely vacuumed the passenger seat and floor. When he was done, I said thank you and to let me know how much I would have to pay. Darryl said that it was on him, we wouldn’t have to pay. I insisted to charge us something, and he just said he is very sorry this happened to us and he would not accept a payment. Very nice gentlemen and he also had 4 dogs that were so well behaved!

My car wouldn't start and I needed a tow so i called Larry's towing. They answered my call right away. They arrived within an hour. Super friendly. Would definitely use them again.
We called him to give us a tow because our insurance company recommended him. He was very rude and acted as though I was bothering him. Barked he was going to Milwaukee and we would be better off calling someone else. No reason to be rude.
My truck broke down on a Friday afternoon. They got to me within 30 minutes, towed my truck (and me) 35 miles to my repair shop I use. I live in Racine, broke down in Lake Geneva. Extremely happy with the price, and courtesy, and small talk on the trip to town. Definitely will use them if I need to in the future.
They put a big dent and scratch in the back door of my van. Sure it has rust but that dont give anyone the right to treat my van like it is a demo derby car.
Great work! Larry's Towing is a great group to call when you need a tow or heavy hauling. Darrell came out and looked at the job to make sure it could be done. Then he was very helpful with the job itself! Couldn't be happier working with him! 5 Stars!
All I can say is WOW. Wife’s car blew a gas line on the way home. Called for a tow and they promptly showed up. Prompt and courteous. Towed car to my home and backed it right into my driveway. More than reasonable price for the tow. Great local service. Job well done!!!

I called for a tow Sunday at 8am. They took 1 1/2 hours to get here which wasn't a big deal. The tow truck driver was super nice. By 9:50am they were off with my car on the flatbed and heading the 9 miles to the ford dealership. I called the dealership Monday at 8am (giving them an hour to hopefully have a chance to look at my car)but they said that they didn't have my car there. They put me on hold to check. When they returned they said my car was dropped off in back but that the keys were not there. I called Larry's at 8:07am and they said that they still had my keys in their flatbed and would drop them off when they could. I called the ford dealership at 8:37am to let them know that the tow company still had my keys and to call me when they are dropped off. I called lake geneva police dept. at 9:12am and explained the situation. They put me on hold while they called Larry's. When they returned they said that Larry's said they dropped them off a half hour ago. As soon as I got off the phone Larry's called me stating that they dropped off my keys a half hour ago. I asked what they were going to do for me since they didn't do the job that anyone hiring them would expect. I talked to the manager/owner and he told me that he didn't see an issue and that they got a police tow call after dropping off my car and left before putting my keys in the drop box. He gave me nothing but excuses and even argued with me about what time the lake geneva ford dealership opens. Anyone can call or Google to see that they are open Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm. So if you are looking for headaches and excuses then Larry's towing is the place for you. I will NEVER use them again. I (and I'm assuming most of the public) expect any tow company to tow your car and keys to it's destination before they move on to the next call/job.
Quick service! Darrell was awesome! He was very friendly, full of information about the area, gave us some tips and genuinely a great guy to ride with for 30 minutes after getting a flat tire unexpectedly on a Saturday. Thank you so much for taking away some of the sting of our crazy day! Hope to not need your services again, but you're the guy to call!
Was involved in an accident on a Sunday and Larry was kind enough to meet me at his shop to allow me to get some personal items from my vehicle after my hospital check-up. Larry was very patient and kindly helped assist me with gathering my belongings from the vehicle on a Sunday morning 30 mins before the Packers game even! Thanks for the help and for your patience Larry!
Was in Lake Geneva and in need of a jump... After awhile it turned out to be of no avail—so I walked to the local library and got help finding Larry's Towing contact info. Bill gave me tips on what I can try, and once I called back saying I couldn't get it to start, he drove to my location and helped me do a quick charge or something and it started right up. This was around 5 and I believe after hours too. Really saved me, and I'm really grateful!
