Called on a Saturday night stuck on the side of the highway, and they were very understanding, were there in 20 minutes, towed the car to my preferred garage, and were very professional. Cole was pit technician and did a great job loading up our car, but was also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with this company. Ran into some unexpected car trouble while visiting from out of town. Ended up on the side of the highway with both elderly and young passengers in the car. Chris was very quick to respond and to get to us and tow my car to a local mechanic. Chris was very knowledgeable on local mechanics that could work on this issue with my vehicle. Added bonus, Roger came out with another truck to drive me and my passengers back to our location safely. They even offered to pick up our dinner. Cole was awesome! Highly recommend going here if you need to be towed. My insurance company, won’t say names but that little green lizard is a liar, was dragging along as I was stranded on the side of a road for 3 hours in the middle of nowhere, telling me there wasn’t anyone available. Called them and had me towed in and dropped off in less than 40 minutes from initial call. Again can’t reiterate how much I appreciate Cole and AM towing, you don’t find good customer service like that anymore these days.
Had a wheel bearing go out on my pickup at corner of 11 and 120. Called AM Towing up after reading some reviews. The positive reviews were spot on. Cole came out right away and got me loaded up and dropped off to a nearby dealership. He was super friendly as was the person at the shop who took my call. Would trust and recommend them to my grandma, if she were still driving. Call them with confidence.
Hit a Deer and got stranded from 12-2am by another towing company, called AM Towing and within 20 minutes Cole was on his way, gave us a ride, and proceeded to be one of the best conversations I’ve had in a while, along with getting us home safely with my car. This is one of the greatest towing places of all time. I was helped out today by a guy named Colt I hope I'm spelling that right. And he helped me with my car as I was broken down on the side of a country road in the middle of nowhere. With his help we were able to get out of that bad situation and to a place where I could repair my car. He kept the level head and assured me in my car would be all right and that he would get me there. I really appreciate him and all he did for me today. If I had to recommend a towing company it would be this one because of amazing employees like him.
These guys helped me get home after my trailer broke down. Amazing people. Service tech, Carl, was amazing and explained everything in detail. Would highly recommend to Semi Truck Owner Operators broken down in the area.

My husband and I are very impressed with AM towing service. We had a problem with our pickup truck at the Burlington Walmart parking lot and we called AM Towing because we thought we would need a tow home but when the driver arrived, the pickup truck mysteriously started lol. Colin, I believe was his name, arrived quickly and was kind enough to waive the Towing fee because our vehicle had started. We are so grateful and appreciative of his time and kindness. Truly he was an angel sent to us in our time of need. We highly recommend this towing service and we will be using them again in the future if we are in need.
Chris at AM towing was amazing. I had snapped my lugs off my boat trailer on the interstate. Chris was there 20 minutes after the call. He was very cautious of not damaging the boat or trailer while loading and unloading, even with a tire that was about to fall off. This is the best towing company I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend!!!!!

Rob and AM Towing are the people to call without question. We blew a tire in our rv on the interstate on a Saturday, and within minutes of calling Rob, the division manager was there. After fixing the tire, the engine wouldn't start. He could have left us or opted to tow us, but he was determined to get us going. Saving us the cost of a tow and shop to fix it. I couldn't have asked for better service on my older RV! AM Towing kept me informed of all progress on my vehicle and worked quickly and accurately to get me back on the road in a timely manner. I am so grateful.
After hitting some black ice the day after Christmas and putting my car in the ditch I thought my car was fixable. Am towing totaled it for me by incorrectly hooking it up to the cable to pull it out. The tow truck driver the next day offered me 239 bucks for it after they totaled it. I would never trust them after you have been in an an accident. They just made my life miserable.
John recovered our pickup truck from the accident scene. Dropped it at our house. Reasonable price, we had to pay him inorder to drop. Two days later insurance had it back in my account.
My son had his car totaled by a deliberate act. While the towing company towed the car efficiently they were not communicating well in regards to prices of storage. When we asked for a bill both times the gentleman at the desk stated don't worry the insurance will cover it. He obliviously did not understand insurance does not pay when the act is deliberate! So, we were stuck with a bill of over $2000 plus they got to keep the car. Had we known what the storage charges were daily we would have removed the car promptly. Lesson learned ask what daily charges are regardless if the insurance is supposed to pay or not!
Great customer service!!! Our car was towed here and Rob went above and beyond helping me out!! He stayed late, offered to change a tire, and helped me get to where I needed to safely. He is a great asset to this company, I even thought he was the owner for how accommodating and helpful he was, so thank you Rob!!
I had a problem with frozen air brake valves on the tractor trailer rig I was driving. The crew at AM went out of their way to get me back on the road and were very fair with the cost. In another experience with AM, I had to have a vehicle towed after hours on a Friday night, for 100 miles! They got right on it and took care of business. One good service might be random. Two great services are no accident! Thanks AM!
My family was on a trip with our camper and blew a tire on our trailer. We happened to pull off at the exit where AM towing is. We pulled in to ask if they could help and they got us right in and changed the tire for us. Very nice crew. Very helpful and quick service!

I just want to say your guy that you had at the walworth county fair on Saturday is the best!!! I truly think your company is awesome. When the fair can't or won't make it safe for rigs to get in and out when they are there for showing is very disappointing, but your company came to the rescue to get live animals and rigs out safely. Rob was awesome! He arrived at our broken down car within minutes and took great care in loading the vehicle so the body wasn't damaged. He knew the area well and we had a nice conversation while transporting the car to the mechanic.
