Brian helps me beyond the repair and tinkers with our vehicle to
prevent bigger issues down the road. Not every service station will tell you what you need to hear about your vehicle like he does.
He will advise you like a friend as how you should proceed when the budget is tight. He is fair with his pricing and provides service many people will never understand.

I appreciate Brian always going above and beyond. Not only has he been great with our vehicles, but I recently recommended a friend to him. She was having a hard time and he was incredibly patient, did what he could for a car that was a hot mess, and then referred her onto someone in the area for some additional, specialized work. She told me that it was the most affordable repair she had done in years and has never had her old car work so well. Thank you for being a great asset to our little town.
took my car in to have 4 tires mounted. the initial charge was supposed to be $25 a tire. when I picked up the car he added an extra $70 because he had trouble with the lock lugs I paid it and asked why he did not reset my low tire light and he said it would reset by itself. It did not and when asked him to reset it , he wanted $70 more. This guy is a rip-off artist.
My family and I were spending the 4th of July in Boulder Junction and ended up with a flat tire on a Sunday. I called nearly every shop in a 50 mile range and no one could help us get road ready and we had to head home that day. The Coontail gas station gave me small hope that, even though the K&M garage is closed someone may be there to help. I was stressed because my Mother in Law had cancer treatment that following Monday and my wife needed to be there with her. I hope I'm remembering his name correctly, but Brian was there doing some work in the shop and said he would look at it while I went back to the laundry mat and finished drying and folding my clothes. In 15 minutes I went back to K&M and my tire was all set and ready for my 3 hour drive home! Stress was eliminated and my family and I were able to enjoy our last day up in your beautiful part of Wisconsin. We drove home that evening with the confidence in Brian's work and can't thank him enough for putting my wife's mind at ease. On our next visit I plan on stopping in and showing my gratitude.
