I needed an adapter for my trailer lights from my truck's 7 prong to 4 prong for the trailer. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. He showed me everything available, how the work, their features and also the one he uses. You just cant ask for better service than that
I couldn’t be more impressed with the help that Steve Kane and Stacy gave our family Friday night. We stopped in late because the blower motor on our truck went out while we had our 9 and 7 year old daughters with us. Steve and Stacy were beyond amazing helping our family out in ways you don’t see very often in this world anymore. To say that these 2 are angels isn’t even close to how amazing they really are. I hope one day my family can repay the kindness that these 2 showed our family. They allowed us to stay inside with our kids while my husband was able to install the new blower motor so we had heat. They even had the tools we needed!! If you have some kind of an award for employee of the century these 2 definitely deserve it and so much more!!! My family thanks you again Steve and Stacy!!! I wanted to comment on a wonderful experience we had at the Medford, WI store on 10/03/24. Austin helped us troubleshoot an issue we were having with our Jeep Cherokee. Without hesitation, he took a quick look at our car, snapped a video to show us what was going on, and offered solutions. We will be lifelong O'Reilly customers now! Wish there were more Austins in the world - he was extremely knowledgeable and truly went out of his way. We are so appreciative!
The employees are very helpful every time I go there. One example: I went there in the winter for screws for my license plate and the employee came out in the freezing temperatures and tried a variety of license plate screws until he found one that worked. Great customer service every time!
The customer service agent was very helpful and was able to determine exactly what part we needed and they had it in stock for under $30! Efficient and good prices.
The worst staff the worst prices the worst service need I say more rude as hell call you a liar over the phone and the blame you for them not ordering your parts especially the woman that works there completely lied if you want to pay top dollar for parts with the worst service this is the place for you
Expert service and knowledgeable staff pricing a little on the high side bought a rear wiper assy for my truck cost $43 for the arm and $10 for the blade
Needed a rear windshield wiper blade. Staff was quite helpful in finding the model I needed, and also helped me installing it. Bing, bang, boom. Less than 5 min overall.
Extremely upset bought a part from there and gave them my correct car information and they sold me the wrong part 4months down the road now I'm paying to get my car fixed again and now I have to pay more for this part that they should have given me in the first place! Unbelievable!!

We were so grateful to have found a supportive business on Labor Day weekend. Their employees went beyond helping with our first need (to replace a battery) and helped make our camping experience much more pleasant.
