Thought I went early gets busy fast on Monday

This review is specifically for a worker here that we delt with. Came in today to drop off a junk vehicle to cash in and this guy took 5xs longer than it usually take to lift car off the back of trailer. After this he said he needed to break the window to be able to move it, which is fine but then he pushes the car so hard that it smashes against the fender of the new $4k trailer, then scattering off quickly, no apology, no willingness to fix, not a care! I understand if he was new, everything takes practice but manners are taught kindergarten, we should all have that down by now. Usually no issue here at all, nice helpful staff and all but please watch this guy loading up vehicles, wouldn't like it to happen to anyone else. Now I have a fender to fix.
