We had a car battery issue and we brought it in and they fixed it on the spot! We needed a new car battery and a fob battery and we were on our way within a half hour. Laura in the office is so knowledgeable and answers questions. A nice hometown place that won't charge like a dealership. Check them out!!
Great service center. Honest shop. I'm always a little uncertain when it comes to using a new shop but these guys are straight shooters and did the work I needed at a fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending M & R.
Reliable, knowledgeable, communication, and affordable! Also was a huge help that they had a loaner car I could use while they fixed mine. Highly recommend to anyone with car trouble.
Had them mount and balance UTV tires. They were bead lock rim and kind of a pain to do. They did an excellent job without any complaints. Thank you M&R.
I would avoid this place if possible. Had a lot of work done through this place the last few years, and I was happy until the last visit! They screwed up on multiple different iteams they were going to fix. When I brought it the attention of the owner, he says " my employees and I dont make mistakes ". Thats pretty funny, only God doesn't make mistakes, he must think he's god. I gave them multiple chances to just FIX the issues correctly, the owner refused. So I guess if you have 100 percent confidence they won't make a mistake, you can your car there. If there's is a chance you think a human being might make a mistake, take it somewhere else, where the owner doesn't think he's god.
I was happy with this place until my last visit. It will be the last time I trust and spend my money at this repair shop. Over the past year I have spent almost $5,000 on repairs. The last time I took my truck in, things changed drastically. A day after my truck was serviced, my truck battery started dying. This was not an issue prior to taking my truck in. They blamed it on the mechanic leaving the door open and killing the battery while completing work but yet I had to pay for a new battery. They wouldn't test the old battery in front of me, instead they said it was already picked up for disposal....within 15 minutes of them taking it out...sure...ok. My door handle repair was not complete, and still isn't, even after I returned for them to fix if properly, my door is constantly loose and popping out of place. Then they forgot to reset my oil change odometer, they removed and threw away my fog light because it was loose. They didn't tell me this until I noticed it missing upon pickup. Lastly, they scratched the hood of my truck. A few scratches actually. Clearly a mechanic was leaning over the hood of my truck and had something on his shirt. Then I was told my truck was finished and left in the parking lot with the keys in it. I show up, no keys in the truck in fact it was locked and the office was closed. All of these concerns were politely mentioned to the owner and his response was, "we don't make mistakes". Everyone at this shop was really nice to me when I was paying them thousand of dollars. I won't spend a penny ever again with them. They don't appreciate their loyal customers, they don't assist with resolving their wrong doings, and the owner is arrogant. Very disappointed in this place. I recommend finding another repair shop.
My car wouldn’t start before work. Had my dad jump it, but then it wouldn’t start again an hour later. Called Jeff at M&R and he came right over to jump it again, then I drove it to the shop and he replaced the battery. All set in less than 30 minutes!
We have been bringing our cars here for service since 2015 and are very happy. They are very honest and up front about what your car needs, and just as importantly, what it does not need. Their prices are very fair and they do excellent work. We recently bought a set of tires for our 2010 VW Jetta, and they were very helpful and patient in answering all my dumb questions as we went through the process. Very satisfied. If you need an honest mechanic, look no further.
I had my car fixed here after a collision. Several hours after getting my car back I discovered a minor issue. They assessed the problem immediately after I returned, and had it fixed the next day. Friendly owner and staff.
