Absolutely. Horrible. There's a gentleman that works there that schedule. S his side houses with customers while he's working on clock for O'reilly's and he offers to help me when I ask if you can tell me where I could get my oil change for cheap because I might have fixed budget and I don't have much to spare he offers. To come over. And help me do Rap for me plus I had another issue with my vehicle and he said that for $40, she changed my oil and fixed the other problem. I came back later that afternoon. His on camera paid him before he got done with work and asked him if he was going to want and supper because I was going to pick up food from the family restaurant, I'd grab him something. I got in my bacon, cheeseburger with French fries. He shows up at my house. Starts changing my oil and says that there my oil is spraying all over the place. I don't have the right oil filter, so he needs money to go get an oil filter.So I give him more money to go get an oil Filter he comes back and tells me That they don't have any in stock, but he was going to try to Google what the problem could be. He wasn't even gone but 7 minutes. He tells me calls me to tell me that he knows what the problem is and she forgot to scrape off the old rubber seal that was burned earth stuck on which, wherever before he put the new one on that he had a couple of errands around, he'd be back I told him, okay, just let me know I was gonna lay down with my son, cuz. It was getting late so I could bring the keys out to him. Get that money back for the filter that he didn't need and that way I can lock my car out. It was about 9 o'clock hadn't heard from him, so I had sent him a message told him I was going to Cole to badge and I was going to lock the doors up. Because I hadn't heard from him when I went out on my front porch to shut the light off he was outside, just getting ready to leave, he said everything was done and fix it. I said oh you didn't even let me know you were here. I mean he says, yep, but everything's all done. It's not leaking anymore. He got in his car and left. I talked to him the next day. And he said that he was able to fix the other part the day after I said, okay, sounds good. Well, it was raining so she wasn't able to do it that day, so I had contacted him. The 2 days after that, and I asked him if he knew what he was going to be able to fix the fan, he said, the fan, he has Who didn't work? And if you went to the junk area, he was taking a pretty big chance, if them one's not working? So I was hope, you know, you would think that he would say that he would drop off the $20 for the job he couldn't do and now $20 for the filter that he got that he didn't pay it back. A couple days passed and I haven't heard from him and ISO I sent him a text messaging telling him how I really felt that I wouldn't be sending him a message like this asking him about the money that he owes me, because I didn't think he was that kind of a person and I needed to be able to fix my car to pay somebody else since he's not able to do it. Install. I need him to drop off the extra money from the money that he got from that he should take off from doing my oil change. I got no response, no answer. I sent multiple text messages saying, I need that money. I don't have the extra money you're not going to charge me $60 for an oil change. Still, nothing. I get $650 a month to support me and my two-year-old child on. That's because I'm on a work program. I also have to pay my portion of the rent out of that plus all my bills that I have gig diapers for my child. And he when he first offers to help me to begin with, was doing it because you know he could do it for cheap and you know how are you? I wouldn't be completely broke air, but she'll be all right. So what does he do? He lies to me about being able. I heard about needing a filter to get $20 from. He doesn't give it back and then when he can't, can't fix the fan part. He keeps that $20 doesn't give it back. It has been almost 2 weeks no money

Sold me the wrong parts for the 3rd time in a row. Everything here is junk
I just rebuilt the whole front end of my tahoe and they sold me the wrong parts, everything. Literally last generations parts. The only thing they say is “bring it in and well give you your money back”
From o2 sensors to mechanic parts i wouldnt even trust these clowns to sell you the right part
Shop elsewhere, you were warned.
Helpful, came outside looked my broken stabilizer arm sold me the correct parts and offered pointers to fix it myself on YouTube. It took me 1hr for both sides a shop wanted 200.00$ paid 33$ and done myself thanks O'Reilly in Ladysmith.
Not most favorite parts store in town. But they are open later than the others, open on weekends when ppl are actually off work and able to work on their own vehicles. And 90% of the time it's in stock or will be there the next day. Always friendly and helpful.
If you get the right person, jeff being one of them, you'll get exactly what you want, get another person..well maby not be getting what you want, i know jeff pretty good and some of the stuff hes been through_ could be a sour man but hes not , recommend him if your goin to o rillys
People will sell you the wrong parts every time or tell you they have your parts in-stock until you get there then they will order it in for you.and if you are buying diesel parts they have no clue.
Lady manager to lazy to come out from back so I could make purchase of a license plate holder. New employee up front apologized. Item wasn't worth her time.
It's O'Reilly's..... usually have my parts in stock and depending on the time, if not in stock than they'll have it later that day. Once in a great while the next day.
Very terrible service. They sell wrong part in there boxes and dont offer a discount or care when ot happens. Big waste of my time. Do not ever believe you have the right part from them always assume u dont and just go somewhere else.
I take all my business elsewhere , as do my family and many friends. They treat you like dirt and many times you dont even get the right part in the box they give you I've been in there several times and there's no one around to answer questions. I've called and so have friends and phone can ring 20 times and no one picks up because there to busy playing games on there cellphones.. Clark's auto.. much cheaper, friendly and you received the right parts because they do know what they are doing..
Horrible they dont know what their doing or talking about. Go to napa. O'Reilly's gets everything wrong the first the second the third time around. I got some parts from their and had to have them reorder them 3 different times because it was wrong. Finaly after the third time I just went to napa in which I should have done the first time.
Received the wrong hardware with brake pads and Joe gets offensive, blames the factory and does not replace with the correct parts. Never see me in there again.
Not service minded. The manager didn't even try to help me. They have lost my business and i will be telling all my family and friends about my experience. In the past they have been excellent, but something has changed.
