Working on a deal with a truck and they said they will call the owner and while doing that they undersold it to someone else. This all happened overnight when they said they would talk to the owner for us. Saying we should have put a deposit down. Why would we put a deposit down if you say you are going to talk to he owner and get back to us as soon as they respond.

Worked with Brian to purchase a new truck chassis and have the box/liftgate transferred off of our old truck. The price was more than fair and the process was seamless. Once the truck was in, they had the transfer done within a few days which was crucial as we run a business with our truck. They also went above and beyond to provide us with a loaner truck so that we could keep our business and deliveries going. Great company to work with all around!

Gm corporate said that they are a Gm dealership to work on any and all Gm vehicles./ truck. To work on. every kind of vehicle, but they refused to work on my GM workhorse. And said the parts are impossible to get which is a complete lie. They can work on custom trucks all the time, but they refuse to work on mine.

Aaron is very knowledgeable and friendly. He listens first, then provides relevant information. I highly recommend him for your next fleet or company vehicle purchase.

Bought a Laramie 408T from them about a year ago, they were very helpful and went above and beyond any other dealer I have dealt with. I called Lynch because it's my mothers maiden last name and they had rad trucks at the tow show in Vegas. They found the truck I wanted and got it for me in a very timely fashion. A few little hiccups along the way but they made everything more than right! When I was scheduled to fly in and pick it up my whole household had covid and I couldn't make it. One of their employees drove the truck out to me all the way in Arizona and they continue to check in on me from time to time. Eric was my salesman and I just want to thank the Lynch team from the bottom of my heart for being so helpful in helping me get my dream truck! Had a positive experience purchasing a new box truck with the help or Nick. Process was very easy. They understand we are all busy and get you in and out efficiently. Would recommend to others.

Called about 4pm on 5-1-24 and spoke with someone in the service department. I told him that I was having some trouble with an Isuzu and asked if he could tell me what the two codes were and that I could not get it to regen. He immediately gave me some line about having to bring it in and that it had to be put on their scanner. I tried to tell him that I just needed someone to tell me what the codes were. I explained to him that I buy parts from Lynch and I have also bought vehicles from there other dealerships. Than I asked him when they would have time to look at it, this was on a Wednesday he told me that they could not look at it until Thursday of the next week. I am in the service business myself and if I told a customer that, they would look elsewhere. So I guess I will call Badger Truck Center maybe they are willing to work with customers. Don’t waste your time on Lynch they must have enough customers already or just don’t care!

Excellent customer service from the purchase of my commercial box truck from Pete, to the service I received when I brought it in last week for service. Chase was professional, thorough and made sure the work was completed on time. Stephanie was always pleasant and helpful. Best pace to buy your truck or to bring it in for service, they will take care of you.

Awesome buying experience. Lynch was recommended to me by good friend and they were nothing less then awesome. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in timely manner and was always available when needed, even after hours.
