Wouldn't recommend this company due to the unprofessional 'yeah what's up" thinking I am a spam phone call and mispronouncing of his name after AAA spelt it to me the way I spelt it to him and to listen to him carry on about how he is going out of his way for me.
These people know their stuff!!! If you get stuck in da nort woods, give em a call. They WILL GET YOU OUT! Very responsive, very punctual and extremely personable. Craig pulled my camper and my yukon xl still hooked up right out of some serious mud up to my axels. Can't say enough good things. Use these guys, you WILL NOT REGRET IT.
It was a blizzard today and a turn got the best of me a few miles outside of Hawkins. I called them and they were there in an hour. Great customer service and the tow driver Craig was quick and let me just stay in my car the entire time. Winched me out of the ditch in 5 minutes tops. They also communicated with me the entire time I waited and took payment over the phone. Amazing business.
Craig drove a 2 hour round trip in iffy road conditions on a Saturday night to pull out me out of the ditch in the middle of nowhere on a narrow gravel road. I will forever be grateful and will recommend him to anybody in the area for this reason alone.
Awesome service! We were stranded in the middle of nowhere. They came out right away and got our vehicle and got us back on the road asap! Definitely recommend!
I got nothing but above and beyond service from Craig. He was the guy that helped me out when I hit a deer on the highway. He didn't just help tow my vehicle, but he helped me with my insurance to make sure my car was going to the body shop that I wanted to and that my insurance company wasn't giving me the wrap around. And, he made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Nothing but above and beyond service from Craig. He truly is a godsend to me. Thank you so much for all the help. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
Traveling on a Saturday, tire valve needing fixing, the guy fixed it asap, took off our donut and put fixed tire back on in less then 2 minutes and only charged $25. Amazing...highly recommend
I am so grateful for these lovely folks towing us after a tire blow out. Owning an electric car I do get worried about towing, but these folks were not only able to get to my car faster than any service I've had in major cities, but they kindly explained how they'd tow, bring the car to the service center, and over all friendly people. And with road closures they were kind enough to charge by the hour instead of by the mile to get the vehicle to Medford.
Big thanks to this company for all their help, while I hope I don't need to call on them again soon, if need be they'd be the first call I'd make for a tow.

Very good service fast reliable.. he towed our jeep to his shop wasn't expecting it back til maybe Monday or Tuesday he messaged and said it was done about 2 hours after he got it.... thank you so much ur service and time.... anyone looking for a tow or repairs CRAIG IS THE GUY TO GO TOO
Professional, determined, and timely are the best words I can use to describe Kozak Towing. The emergency call was placed late on a Sunday and the guys were out there in minutes ready to provide assistance; I was nothing but impressed with them... My camping trip up North would have been ruined if not for Kozak's!
Last night we break down in winter Wis we were 2 hours away from home 11/30/24 long history I got my two kids with me no heat was cold I called Craig he answered right away his wife pick us up take us to hers house FEED US Craig and on other guy tow my truck to his place what’s great about Craig he’s a mechanic also he’s fixing my truck for me I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRAIG AND HIS FAMILY!!! Absolutely the best. Long story short; we were stranded at 630 on a Saturday night about 30 miles away from their shop. They picked us up (3 grown men and a dog) truck and trailer (way over loaded). Dropped us off at a hotel that was on the way back. Picked us up the next day. Not to mention they fixed the truck at a completely reasonable rate. Could not be happier. Completely the definition of Midwestern values.
This guy is very sketchy would never recommend. Your best bet is to push your car then trust this guy. Would not give a receipt for payment was rude the whole time. Threatened to take our vehicle back will not take checks. Very disappointed in his costumer service skills.

Craig from Kozak Tow and Repair provided us with exceptional service when we needed it most. After leaving him a message, he called back within minutes and was able to tow and repair a transmission leak the same day (2018 Nissan Titan had a rusted out line). Despite the fact that no other repair service within a two-hour radius could schedule us for at least a week, Craig managed to get us back on the road on a Saturday, when all other repair shops were closed(how kind that on a Saturday he did this!!). Thanks to Craig's prompt and efficient service, we were able to make the trip from up north back to Milwaukee without any further issues. Without Craig, we would have been stranded five hours from home. His kindness, extensive knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond saved us a significant amount of money and stress. Craig Kozak has snow plowed for us for a couple years now. Always does a awesome job , very professional guy and mechanic also. Very highly recommend Kozak towing and Repair ,very courteous , great guy to do business with!
Went in a ditch on a very cold snowy night. Called Craig about 10PM. He was there in 45 minutes, pulled me out. I had no way to pay, so he just told me to head by his shop the next day and pay. Very cheap, professional and friendly.
