UPDATE: I got a call from the owner this morning in regards to my issue. He was very informative and agreed with most of my issues. He also stated that he apologizes for the lack of communication from his employees and he will be working to imporove communications throughout the business. We agreed on a partial refund, because they did work on the vehicle and i do not expect anyone to loss money. For these reasons, i am adjusting my reveiw to 3 stars.
ORIGINAL: This place isnt even worth 1 star. I used to think this was a good place. NOT ANYMORE. I took my vehicle there for an alignment, they claimed the eccentrics were maxed out. They couldnt even tell me what needs repaired or replaced in order to do the alignment correctly. That is not a mechanic, that is a computer operator. I looked at everything when i got home. There was never a wrench or socket on ANY of the bolts, except maybe the tie rod ends for the toe adjustment, that would have been loosened or adjusted for the alignment, anyone that knows anything about mechanics will see that in the pictures. The vehicle was never even road tested as it says it was on the receipt, according to the odometer reading on the receipt. They charged me $131.32 FOR NOTHING!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK and if they do not issue a refund, full or even majority, (considering they did supposedly adjust the toe) i will be filing small claims against them.
I trust Cory and his team completely with all my vehicles. I highly recommend Denny"s Auto to anyone needing service.

Very helpful with getting my vehicle in in a timely manner. Also great communication. Got rack and pinion done, which I was hesitant about, but glad I did it. My old car rides so much better now. I even asked about fixing the ac blower and they where right on it. Cost more, but was expected. Def going back.
Had a tire pick up a bolt and go flat coming from Osceola. I just barely limped into Denny's. Within a day they had a new tire ordered and put on (& it was a weird one to match). Saw the reminder light on and called to see if we wanted to take care of that too. We did. Very happy with the unplanned visit there! They took the time to make room for us on their schedule and then went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you for the awesome service.

Of all the car repair places over the years, this one is by far the best. Even when it’s the dreaded expensive repair news, they always explain your options, are crystal clear on cost, quick turn around and super friendly without ever being fake. Highly recommend
I have a 2011 Escape with 256k+ miles on it. Denny's has kept my car on the road for the past 3+ years! Every year I bring my rust bucket there to see if she'll last the winter and they do a thorough inspection, fix what needs fixing and save me loads of money that I would've spent on a new car. I see it as a challenge now. Can we make it to 300k?

Brake Inspection, Second Opinion: I was going on a road trip and wanted the car looked over. A dealership told me I needed a new battery and rear brakes. I went to Denny’s for a second opinion. The battery was under warranty and the brakes were not an issue. Denny’s saved me almost $700!
Because of the debacle with the dealership, I will likely buy a gently used car instead of a new car when the time comes, that way I can have it serviced at Denny’s instead of dealing with a warranty at a dealership. I absolutely love their honesty and that they don’t up sell needless services and products. Thanks Guys!

Very happy with my service. Had transmission fluid flush, oil change and a few other odds and ends fixed. They do have loaner cars available which makes servicing you car much more convenient
Very grateful for all the peeps at Denny’s! I had something stuck in my tire and it was going flat fast! They were able to get me in and out within the day and I am very appreciative of that!
We recently bought a 2015 Ford Edge, for which the dealer had installed new tires. The vehicle was not as quiet as I thought it should be, and I heard/felt a little wobble coming from the rear. Thought a wheel might have lost a balance weight. I was partially right. Three of the four wheels were light on balance weights, and Denny's found that a rear bearing was bad too. Car sounds/feels a lot better now. I trust Denny's.
Super great experience. I had a flat tire. I brought the tire to them. The next day they came and delivered the tire and put it on my van and then drove my vehicle to their shop. They gave me loaner car for the evening and the next day so I was able to shuttle my girls around to all of their activities. Great customer service!
I bought my car in at the last minute with a starting problem. Dennys got my car in the same day and also gave me a loaner so I could get to work they were fantastic. They found the problem really fast. A very good place to take your car!!!
They are extremely friendly, check your auto over and talk to you before fixing anything. They don't take it upon themselves to replace/fix things without talking to you first. I love this place. I drive 1.5 hours one way just to have them work on my auto.
I have a son about to turn 16, and as a surprise, I bought fancy rims for the vehicle my son is getting. Denny's went out of their way to put them on the day I called. That tells you the caliber of the people at Denny's. I recommend them.
