I’ve been coming here for years and always had good luck until the last few times. I’m not really impressed with Bob and his work. I will never bring my vehicle back here again.

I honestly used to love Complete automotive and would recommend them to everyone but the last two times we have been in there for different vehicles they were not honest with us. Which is very sad considering we have been going there for 25 years! 1 they told me a part was no longer available for my vehicle and when I took itvto different shop they were able to find it right away! 2 the last vehicle we had in there they obviously didn't do a through job on locating the problem due to the fact that they had to order another part the next day. I knownthis one won't be posted but it's my review

Complete automotive is one of the most honest auto repair shops I have ever dealt with. Twice now I have had concerns about my car and have brought it in for them to locate the issue, and to charge for a minimal repair. Other shops could certainly use this as an opportunity to take advantage, but Bob and his team have incredible integrity. I appreciate their willingness to help and completely trust their work and opinions. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles here!

Just had brakes/ rotors and calipers put in last week. Very thorough in diagnosis. They call you to make sure they can do something to your vehicle before they do it unlike other places. They don’t price gouge like most places do. Great place! Will definitely be back for all our automotive needs.

I just had my son’s truck in for a possible part replacement failure. Complete went above and beyond taking care of the issue. You don’t see many places these days standing behind anything but this place sure did. I highly recommend bringing your vehicles here.

I set up an appointment to align the front end on my 2017 f150 after installing a leveling kit, Complete called back and said they would not be able to align my truck without a new camber bolt kit (part#86252). They quoted the installation of the kit at $610.xx. I thought that was ludicrous, so I decided to get a second opinion. An hour later, I drove my truck out of a different shop freshly aligned for $105. I don't know if it's laziness, or dishonesty but I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm young. Always get a second opinion.

They completely ruined my lug nuts for my tires. They over tightened them and when I went to ask them to help me remove them they ignored me for 2 hours before giving me any sort of assistance! Very rude and disrespectful. He knew he messed up.

I am very impressed with complete automotive. Friendly staff, transparent about pricing - When I asked about pricing for rotation and alignment, they gave me the breakdown of rotation, alignment, and tax. They were very flexible with my schedule and helped get me in and out quickly. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me anything else or try to get me to do additional services. All in all, very happy and will return.

This place never seizes to get a happy customer out of me. Super cool people and they do great work. Prices are the best and they’re always fair. I figured since my Mom, Sister and I have used this place almost religiously for years, why not give them the credit they deserve and make a review! 04/14/23 Bought a truck recently, so today I called a shop in New Richmond, WI for a full inspection… $159.99. I figured even though I live a half hour away, why not give Complete Automotive a call? $45! That’s almost a quarter of the price. That reflects into all their work having the best prices around and being honest people. This has been consistent service for my family for years and we’ve never had a single problem. You ALWAYS receive calls before work is done and are never up charged. If you need quality work done I’d go there, if they have openings. Just remember, good mechanics are worth their weight in gold.

Got a flat tire on the side of highway 8 on New Year’s Day. The owner stopped and helped me and put my spare tire on. It was a really kind and respectable thing to do.

They have fixed my 2006 Subaru and kept it running for several years. My car is there now waiting to be diagnosed. They are basically the only Auto Repair shop I trust. Fast honest service and extremely knowledgeable. Love them !!

Had them do a alignment after I replaced both front struts and putting new snow tires on and they never did the alignment, I put my summer tires on and the snow tires are both wore considerably on the outsides of the tires. They charged me for the only service I asked for and didn't do the job at all.

Matt was very respectful and helpful. I left my car there and he was able to fit it in between other appointments and got the work done sooner than he anticipated.

We were "out-of-towners" that had an issue with our truck. Matt was amazing! This was the best customer service I have ever experienced from an auto repair shop.

Fixed my overheating BMW in a logical and completely competent manner. Explained everything in detail. Better mechanic than ones I have used in Minneapolis by quite a distance Extremely reasonable price. I recommend this shop without any reservation

I was on the phone with an agent talking about a pre-purchase full inspection. After hearing out my situation, he offered to help me look up vehicle service histories and proceeded to give me other suggestions and his professional opinions, all while I may not actually bring any business to them. Great service!

Small auto service shop with a mechanic who really knows his stuff! Has a wide variety of knowledge on different makes/models and their associated concerns. He is very friendly and really enjoys what he does. Willing to work with you in several ways such as payment or drop off times to make it convenient. Only downfall: Shop closes at 5pm with no later appointments available.

Matt at Complete Automotive was a pleasure to work with. One of only a few shops that would install a used Transmission on a 167,xxx mile car. Work done fast and correctly. Drives nice with no problems. Thanks.
