They charged me $824 to tow my vehicle less than 20 miles and then they wouldn't let me pick it up on Sunday so I had to miss work in order to get my car.
Would give them 0 stars if I could , who chases people down for driving through there parking lot in the middle of the day .... After chasing me down three cops stop me for absolutely no reason . The guy who runs this place definitely needs to find a new job!!! Outlaw towing ? % .....
Far outta town from where i got towed. Hard to get ahold of on phone to make sure gateis open to get property out of totaled truck called 4 times toll i caught someone after i went there 4 times and no one was there even tho it is tow yard/landscaping/general store
Store was always open and worker was there till 9pm
They are not trusted , qualified or know anything to help with towed vehicles
I was sick with covid, my vehicle towed without my knowledge, towing company mails me a 700 dollar bill TWO WEEKS LATER. I didn't even know the car was gone. Rediculous scamming people
I fell asleep going into the ditch. I actually passed out because of a medical issue. The cops sent out this agency and they were told $240 was what they would charge me. I called while in the hospital to get my vehicle and the jersey lady that answered hung up on me twice and told me it would be 400 and some dollars. Very disappointing and 35 dollars a day for storage and now I have to wait two weeks. I might as well clean it out and let them keep it. It's going to cost more than my vehicle is worth. NOT affordable towing AT ALL!!!!
Left the keys in the car for them and they picked the car up from my house to take it to the auto body shop no hiccups or issues at all. Very dependable!
