We were recommended to this shop by people we just met. Somewhat new to the area to know a mechanic we can trust. Steve was everything they said! Our truck died last minute and we had to have it towed over a weekend. Steve didn't know we were coming and said he had a pretty full schedule. He had our truck fixed that day! Took my old Honda in because my muffler was hangin'and the boys at Kimberly Service had it fixed in a jiff. They gave me the option to have the flanges replaced, which would be more expensive, or just weld a new piece of pipe on. I chose the weld! Most shops wouldn't give you an option that would save you money, but this one did. I highly recommended Kimberly Service!

Brought my daughter's vehicle here to have the brakes and tie rods replaced. Excellent and honest service, thought the work was of the best quality at a fair price.
Took my vehicle here to have the AC system diagnosed. Again, service that exceeded my expectations. Both my AC compressor and evaporator were replaced. The evaporator is not an easy job for my vehicle, there is very limited information on how to complete. I was impressed regarding Steve's ability to procure the various parts in the current supply chain environment. He has the connections to get what is needed in a reasonable timeframe.

When a good mechanic refers you to another mechanic, you know you’re getting the best. Kimberly Service did not disappoint. Did great diagnostic work, gave a clear and detailed summary of what was wrong with the vehicle. Steve was knowledgeable and more than fair with pricing and service turnaround. Kimberly Service is a great place to bring your cars. My family has brought all of the cars we have ever owned here including (Ford, Toyota, Chevy & Chrysler) and have never been disappointed. Everyone who works here is very friendly and they do really nice job. The prices are extremely reasonable and the guys who work here are honest and fair. I have been to a few other mechanics over the years and this one stands out as one of the best! I would not recommend going anywhere else with your vehicle needs.
My mom drove in from GA, and her truck was acting up. She was in tears, being so far from home. I took her to Kimberly Service, and we explained the situation. The kept the truck for a few hours and when we returned, the truck was running better than it ever has. They are amazing!
