Jessica in dispatch was super upbeat and friendly and made a bad day not seem so gloomy! Brandon the driver was very friendly and very helpful and not afraid to just get the job done properly, efficiently and without worry! Definitely some top notch customer service! Will be return customers if need be :)

Parker was very prompt, and did a great job diagnosing my car’s issues. He was also able to do a couple of their quick fixes and suggest some ways that I could alleviate using his services again.. Great service all around

Travis is amazing! I was about to buy a new battery because I thought mine was dead, but he took the time to actually check it and noticed the connection was just loose. I locked myself out of my car and my insurance company sent Fox City's Towing to help. They called and gave me updates on their ETA, and once he got here, he had me in my car in about a minute. Fast, professional, kind - I'd definitely recommend them!

Had to have my 4x4 towed due to ball joint issues. The vehicle was not stable. Called dispatch to inform them that if they were bringing a two wheel tow truck they would need to ensure they had wheel dollies for the front wheels. Not to mention, it is a 4x4 truck. It should not be towed that way PERIOD. Doing so can cause damage to the transfer case and differential. Also, it is strictly stated in the owners manual of my vehicle that it is NOT ALLOWED. So, what do they do? Lift the rear tires and tow it without dollies. Thank you so much for listening to your customers. I spoke to the operations manager who was honestly no help and responded with “we tow thousands of cars, we know what we are doing” if you knew what you were doing, you would know that you cannot tow a 4 wheel drive vehicle on a two wheel lift. She also said “I honestly do not want to have this conversation right now”. Unfortunately, this is what you chose for your line of work. Nobody made that decision for you. I wanted my vehicle transported safely without causing further damage. If I didn’t, I would have just drove it home myself. Now I get to hope that I don’t have any transmission issues, and that the ball joint that was already bad didn’t cause any further damage considering the tow truck driver decided to put the entire weight of my truck onto the front end for 13 miles.

My insurance company contacted Fox City Towing! They called me and told me they would be an hour. It took them 3 hours with no phone call even after the police told me I needed someone there asap or they would have to tow it for me. They did not call when going to be later, they had no communication. I am not happy with their service. The lady was rude to me and when I told her I was not happy and would have to cancel, she was even more rude, saying it’s towed. But 1:45-4:45pm is not efficient service knowing the vehicle was in the road.

They answered the phone right away, were professional, polite and very helpful. They got me towed to my shop quickly, even though my work truck is really heavy and long. I appreciate them and their great service.

Travis was timely getting to our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered us an effective solution on the spot. He was very courteous, and even took the time to show us how to jump start our hybrid vehicle should we need to in the future. Very pleased with his service.

After trying several times to jump my car I had no choice but to call my insurance for a tow. Geico connected me with Fox City's Towing. Someone from FCT called me to confirm my problem. They told me that they could do an onsite battery replacements instead and I was thrilled! Rodger called again to confirm they change the service from a tow to a battery replacement. He was at my car with the battery replaced and car running in no time! Saved me from waiting 3 days to get the problem resolved at the dealership. Amazing quick, knowkedgable, and kind service. Next time I'll be calling Rodger and Fox City's Towing straight away!

On December 23rd I had a flat tire. I used roadside assistance through my insurance and was connected with your company. From the initial call forward the service was top notch. Roger was my technician. He communicated perfectly and was very prompt. I didn’t have all the tools to access the spare tire, which he assured me would not be a problem. Upon arrival he was very thorough. Due to a series of unfortunate events, we found the spare already in the trunk, which was fortunate in this situation anyway. He checked my spare first, put it on, and even found the nail that caused the problem. He even put the bad tire in my trunk so the tire company could not mistake where the issue would be. Roger was so kind and reassuring. Thank you so much for such great service.

Brian was very friendly and professional from the first phone call through the whole repair. He helped put in a new battery very quickly while also helping explain the details of my previous batteries issue which was nice to know as well. I would highly recommend him!

My battery died and I requested roadside assistance through my insurance. Fox City's Towing showed up within an hour and had a new battery I could purchase. Travis called to let me know when he would arrive and was accurate on his estimate. He was very nice and did not make me feel rushed. Overall a great experience.

The entire Fox cities towing team was exceptional! They helped me via AAA. Anthony came out at 11 PM and a freezing cold night. Got my car jumpstarted. He was out of batteries from a busy day but their team/Travis came back the following day and installed the battery at my house. Like Anthony, Travis is a good dude who’s passionate about what he does and about the company.The whole communication process, both with calling the Home Office/Angie and texts and calls from the driver/technicians was great.

These people are crooks. No problem with the response time. They were called via AAA roadside assistance so I did not make the choice. Call was made around 3 am for my son’s car that was in the ditch. They showed up by a little after 4 am which was fine. The lady on the phone asked how far the car was in the ditch when they called to confirm. I made a guess at 15-20 feet, turns out it wasn’t close to that. After the guy trying to drive the car out of the ditch and ending up further in the ditch he told me he was going to hook it up and it would be $250. I asked if that was covered by AAA and he said. No because it was now a recovery. I asked what the difference between extracation and recovery was and he said they were the same. Extracation is covered by AAA and recovery is not. I called the office after that interaction and asked what the difference was and she gave me a better explanation of it but said the difference was how far the car was in the ditch was the differentiator. I had told her it wasn’t close to the estimated and she said you told me it was 20ft. Nothing was ever measured or mentioned of this by the driver. I tried explaining that was an estimate but got nowhere with her. I tried to explain the tow truck driver tried driving it out of the ditch and it was then further in the ditch and she wasn’t having it. I hope I am never in need of a tow and they are the only option. I will not be using this company willingly and would not recommend them. Update on this, I got a call from the owner of the company the morning after the incident. He took responsibility for his employee’s actions and did not make excuses. That was refreshing.

I had a flat tire after running over a bolt, and Rodger from Fox City’s Towing was absolutely incredible. He showed up very quickly, walked me through everything he was going to do, and had my tire changed in no time. He was extremely kind, professional, and reassuring during an unforeseen situation. When my car, parked in my garage, wouldn't start, I called up Fox City's Towing and Travis was at my house within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He hooked up his equipment, determined I had a dead battery, and replaced it with a new one at my request. In total, it took about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company as the service provided was fast, professional, and friendly.

I had good customer service from Travis. He came in a timely manner we showed up at the same time. He had no problems finding the address and the spot where I asked him to come. He pulled out his battery tester and charger immediately. Got to working on the battery and he had it up and running within 5 minutes. I give Travis a five star! Mason was pleasant to talk with as he towed my car to Oconto Falls from DePere. He did a super job loading and unloading my vehicle. He was considerate of me and showed attention to detail.

Travis came out and replaced my battery. Great guy! Very nice and personable young man. I mentioned how dangerous it is for emergency roadside assistance workers on those busy roads and interstates. I had to use their services when I had a flat tire on the interstate last year and was shocked on how many drivers do not move over. Not safe at all. Travis showed me the song he wrote honoring those who have died trying to help others on the roads. Well done, Travis! Great voice too besides his song writing ability. Tim Olson

Mike was very quick and friendly getting my vehicle out of the ditch. There was a tow ban due to inclement weather after my accident and they put me on a list to get my vehicle taken care of as soon as possible the next day. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind at dispatch as well. I would highly recommend fox city's towing!
