Called first, the guy that answered the phone didn't seem to know are care very much and ended up being wrong about not having the older parts I was looking for. Decided to go to the location and check it out anyways. When I got there, Ben and Duey were great! Also another employee went out to the field and personally checked the fit of a part. They were very knowledgeable and eager to help. Found the parts I needed. Also ordered two aftermarket parts and they shipped them directly. Thanks again!
They never call back I've been trying to get a hold of them for 3 business days now I've sat on hold and also left my number for a call back and nothing. Very disappointing
Was finally able to get a hold of them. Pete was very helpful. I had parts ordered and go to pick them up and find they forgot to order them. I drive over an hour to get parts they didn’t have and said they did. On top of that the”good used” parts I asked for were all cracked and damaged. I wasted 2.5hrs of time for nothing.
Bought a "Complete front axle" for my Oliver 1755 and showed up with no hubs and is missing the u bolt to clamp the axle tube. Let alone the threads on the spindles looked like someone took an angle grinder to them. When called about the problem they agreed to make it right. AND NEVER DID. They agreed to send me 2 used hubs and a used u bolt. Now I'm stuck with a $900 paper weight until can buy the hubs for $200 a piece!
Ordered a transmission case. Took about a week to ship which they let me know up front. 1/3 the cost of new retail and the part they sent me was like new. Exact fit. Very good packaging. Will definitely be returning

All States offers repair and restoration parts for tractors that can be difficult (sometimes impossible) to find elsewhere. I have yet to stump them with a request. They get it right or will make it right.
Ordered radiator through there Ebay service, it arrived damaged hanging out of box. Called talked to sales Rep. Jared, told me could not refund me, had to deal with Evay for return. So I had to purchase another radiator through Ag parts this time, plus they would not pay for over night shipping either. So had to wait 4 days to get. Well that one showed up damaged to, very poorly packaged. Called and talked to different Rep. He sent me a return tag, then He told me could not guarantee that the next radiator would not be damaged either, and actually asked me if there was another company closer to me, that I could purchase one from. You sell parts and ship them, that's what your company does!!!!! What a joke, then trying to get refunded seems to be another problem. I sent both radiators back and a week later I get a email from billing saying that they want to know why I sent 2 radiators back and did I have a invoice # for it. Who's running this place?? You sold it to me, and your sales Rep. Sent me a return tag. I hope you read this and think twice before buying here!
Great products and service when you visit the store or shop online but anytime I call them to see if they have a used part in the yard I never get a call back
Husband NOT happy. Called for parts for combine. Was told they would be here Saturday. Took combine apart knowing parts would be here. Saturday comes no parts. Call again. Yup they were shipped will be here Tuesday, Wednesday the latest. Wednesday comes still no parts. Called AGAIN. Oh sorry those parts are on back order. Wont be on for another 10 days. OMG your fricken kidding me? No email or notice that they were on back order. Needed parts asap and sat and waited. If known would have ordered from another company or would have never taken combine apart. NOT HAPPY!!! Will never order from this company again. Good luck!!!
Nice place, Good selection, they kind of have a monopoly in the tractor junkyard section. I would recommend that they install padded floors for when they tell you prices on parts, you have somewhere soft to land. And for what they charge, there is no reason they couldn't afford it. I will say their yard was clean and organized, ill give em that.
