Stopped in after my 'check engine' light came on. Dennis was the only person working. He let us borrow a device to evaluate why they happened. He ran the diagnostics and reassured us the problem wasn't serious and the car was drivable. He even offered a suggestion to help prevent the problem from happening again. Great experience here. Was in town visiting and my battery died! So I charged it and drove my car to this location and Patrick was quick to help me! He swapped out my battery in no time and I went on my way. Very grateful especially since the other car store is closed on Sundays. Thanks! 🙏🏼
Great staff that jumped right in to replace a bad battery in my wife's truck. And it was cold with blowing snow. No hesitation whatsoever. O'Reilly's became my go-to place for parts after that!

Came to my rescue late on a weekday when I lost a wiper in a downpour. Was so grateful they were open until 7. A very polite gentlemen helped me and installed my wipers in no time.
I have been coming here for almost 3 years, for the most part service is fine. However, do not come here if you don't have time to wait. I ordered a part and stopped by to pick it up, we got halfway through the transaction and the guy took a phone call and proceeded to helping the person on the phone instead of finishing up with me. This is irritating because I am standing at the counter but he chooses to stop my transaction. And businesses wonder why they lose customers to the internet. If I take the time to patronize your business, I am the priority, not the guy on the phone. It is rude and disrespectful of my time.
I will never go back to this location.
The guys there were very helpful. Seems these days everyone is irritated to be at work. Not here though more than willing to help out. The only downside of visits here is that it's not very wheelchair accessible for power chairs or scooters. Although it's not impossible to get in, there are not steps. But the off set doors makes it difficult.
Friendly staff and willing to help. Unfortunately not very knowledgeable. I was given the wrong part twice. Finally I talked to someone who found the correct part. He said it was at a different store and would get it within 48 hours. He took my phone number to call me when it arrived. I never received a phonecall.

I needed an adapter for my wiper blade, they had a bunch, but would not let me try them. The lady that was helping me tried half-heartedly and told me that all they would have was a new wiper blade. I already had 2 and just left unhappy.
Friendly staff always willing to answer any of my odd ball questions. Thanks guys. Appreciate the brutal honesty. I always trust someone whose that's honest.
Where the people working know less about cars then you and won't be afraid to hand you the wrong part 3x in a row. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact I get the opportunity to pay 30% more then I would if I just bought the part online. Oh well. It's good in a pinch but alot of there name brand parts are low quality. I give it a 2.

On my way home the Service Engine warning light came on. Stopped in at O'Reilly Auto Parts for help. The gentleman back of the counter checked for fault codes on my truck. Found the gasoline cap needed to be checked, cleaned and re-installed. The warning light went out when the truck was started! The gentleman was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. O'Reilly Auto Parts will now be my location for auto needs.
