If I can give 10 stars I would for sure. Today one of the coldest days of the year my car dies at the Walgreens at the end of the block is advance auto. I called for battery they sent someone walking to jump my battery so I can drive to store and have replaced. The man stayednin the cold until batery was replaced, i know its their job i felt so bad for him, I am super grateful 🙏 Thank You 😊 awesome job ps they need a garage for reals!
The little interface I had with the woman behind the counter was uncomfortable, she was curt and not helpful. I left becasue I felt any additonal conversation with her would have had a negative impact on my day. She seemed very unhappy and I hope one day she can find joy.

Part was defected and couldn't get my refund , looking to hear back from Scott what issue is why I couldn't get my refund ,lady behind the counter is ready to argue back then help you
I went in with the expectations of having to buy a brand new battery. Instead Richard was able to repair the posts on my current battery. He said the battery was still good. Tested fine, no sense in buying a new one. Most places would rather sell you new instead he went out of his way to help out.
10/10 would recommend the service at this location.
Needed a wiper replaced before a road trip. Stopped in. Friendly staff. Got me what i needed , put on and out the door in under 5 mins. Highly recommend this location!
I went to get a new battery for my motorcycle. The staff was nice but when they ordered the battery to come the same day, the wrong battery was brought to the shop so I was not able to purchase the battery. It was more of a transportation mistake but still through Advanced Auto Parts. This kind of mistake should not happen for one battery being transported.
Cindy the manager went way above and beyond what she needs to do to help a customer me out and I just wanted to be noted how excellent of an employee she is and how great she is at customer service

Hands down one of the best guys that work here is PAUL very helpful! Has extensive knowledge on varuous engines makes and models of vehicles. I will always come to advaned auto for all my vehicle parts or fluids needed. Great job!

All of the guys at Advanced Auto Parts were great! They came out and replaced the old car battery with the new one in the parking lot. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Visited the S. Chicago Avenue, South Milwaukee store this weekend and wanted to call out the professional and knowledgeable team member named Angel. Battery died on me so was buying a new one and intending to put it in myself. Guy next to cashier asked for my keys so I'm thinking why not? By the time I reached the car he had it installed and gave me keys. Very impressive.
I have always preferred AAP to any of the other auto stores. The one in South Milwaukee always has friendly, knowledgeable employees. No. They are NOT mechanics, but many work on their own cars so are better able to help with my questions.
My go to place... they have the parts i need most of the time same day. Also it's nice to have a line on free rental specialty tools so i don't have to buy them to do IE: brake lines once. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and aren't pushy trying to sell you useless snake oil...if they recommend it then you should use it like dialectic grease for bulbs, anti seize for exhaust bolts/spark plugs. It's cheap insurance!
Very friendly and helpful staff knowledgeable of the product that you're searching for on the vehicle that you're trying to repair if and when it comes to a point when you have to return something don't be alarmed your information should already be in the system and as long as you have an ID proving who you are and remember your phone number return should not be a problem
Ordered a new car battery on line. They had it ready in 30 minutes and then installed it free. Plugged in a memory minder so none of the electronic settings were lost. Great service and friendly people. I'll definitely go back again.
If I could give NO stars I would. I bought a headlight bulb from them and before I even purchased it I asked the salesman if he would be able to install it and he said sure as soon as the customers clear out. There were no more customers waiting and there was another employee there but the pos just went in the private area of the store and never said a word to me. I waited 20 minutes and he never came back out. The other employee who was standing there doing nothing would not even go get the guy. I gave them their product back for a refund. I’ll never go to this store again.
