Great customer service, reliable, prompt and they take good care of your vehicle. I used them 2x to transport a vehicle that was inoperable to the dealership and again to return back to me.
They don’t give you receipts for cash payments and I learned that if you want one it costs more because of taxes added. That was surprising to me.

Juan made a crappy experience with my car (and insurance company) a better one. It was my first time getting towed so I was nervous but he was so nice, very understanding when the address provided was incorrect during dispatch and made sure I had a ride before he left. My Tesler stranded me and the first tow truck driver from a different company had no idea what he was doing. Tesla then sent out Tom from Kico’s and he got it loaded onto the tow truck quickly. Tom knew exactly what he had to do to get the stranded electric vehicle into tow mode. The quick service was greatly appreciated.

Steffon R was very friendly, patient, polite, and very careful when strapping down my bike and anytime handling it. Checking multiple times to make sure all tie-downs were secure and not loose. They helped me with my son‘s car pulled up with a flatbed done within an hour from the start of the phone call to the end very fast efficient and communication was there throughout the whole process. It also was nice to see. They actually have very nice equipment and didn’t pull up in some crap tow truck like the first company tried.
