Ray did a great job helping my wife and with an old car that was handed down to us after my Father in law passed. We broke down in down town Milwaukee holding up traffic. Ray came and had us go right in the cab of the truck to keep warm while he (Ray) loaded up the car on his truck. Ray was able to drive in the busy traffic like it was nothing using his directional at every turn and lane change. He deliver us and the car to our mechanic safe and sound. Thank you Ray for your professionalism in our time of need!
First time with them did not have any issues. A lot of people sometimes lie to get discounts the pick up my car they took it to the location where I wanted to take it and they’re very respectable reliable and professional professionals.

Our car was parked in an alley that is very tight to park in let alone to get a tow truck through and load a car but Tom did it with ease. Very appreciative! Fast and friendly service!
On a day when windchill’s got down to -25° my battery decided not to start. I had worked a 13 hour shift and all I wanted to do was go home. Paul drove out to help and he was kind enough to pick me up at the lobby of the hospital, drive me to my car, jumpstart it, and then he even filled up a low tire for me as a courtesy. I had visited three Kwik Trips to put air in my tire and all three had broken machines. Ultimately, I had to drive with low pressure until I had time to put air in once again. After he jumped my car, he took a moment to fill up my tire, he let me sit in his truck so I could stay warm. Not only was I able to drive home with a charged battery but I also drove home without a tire pressure light on and it was all thanks to him. He was a knight in shining armor for an exhausted nurse without a choice. Thank so much you, Paul!!!
I got a tow from Gage, who was nothing but helpful and kind in a very stressful situation! I broke down on the side of I-94 in the cold, and Gage was there very quickly even in heavy traffic. He made sure the tow truck was warm enough for our ride, and also helped me with where to go once we got to the shop. Could not have had better service!

Nathan was professional at getting our car on the tow truck, and was able to show up in a quick manner to get us off the side of the i43 late at night. He was very kind, and did not have any problems going almost an hour out of the way to get us back to our hometown. If ever get stuck in a situation like this again, we would be happy to use this company and their people again.
Nathan is the man!!! My car died just over border in Illinois (58 mi) Lost alternator, power steering, etc. Died on dark Milwaukee Ave interstate near Libertyville. Luckily I didn't get clipped pushing my Toyota into a monastery driveway. Nothing else around public for miles. A stranger came out nowhere in dark & helped me. Called local tow & they quoted me almost $1,000 for my 23 yr old car. to get back near Milwaukee. I decided to call local to home & they had Nathan near Pleasant Prairie already towing & gave me a very discounted rate. Alot more reasonable. So much so with card fee & tip I still saved a ton. This is my go to tow service from here on out. Hopefully I wont need it, but good to know they are there. I don't remember owners name, but thanks alot!

My son's girlfriend had an issue at a restaurant yesterday with a guy wearing a sweatshirt from this business. This guy had a really nasty demeanor and ended up ripping her necklace off her neck. I posted a nasty review about this place because the assailant appeared to be an employee of this place. The owner reached out to me. I got him in touch with my sons girlfriend. I turns out the assailant is a former employee. The owner was sincerely concerned about the issue, as he should be. He got information to my sons girlfriend so she can now go to the police. My point in all of this is that the owner seems like a decent guy. He is proactive when there is an issue. He is concerned about the safety of the general public, and he seems to be a man of his word. I have been in the auto industry for decades (now in the motorcycle industry...it's more fun on 2 wheels lol), and this man has earned my respect. Although I haven't needed his business services yet, next time I am in need of a tow truck or flat bed, or a customer, family member or friend needs this type of service, I will recommend this place before any other simply because of the way the owner handled this situation with class, grace and dignity. After reading a bunch of other 5 star reviews here, and after working with the owner on this situation, I am confident that they will give exemplary service!
Update! 2 days after posting this review, I needed their services. A vintage car i own broke down. I called this tow company & they had a flatbed truck to me in a half hour. . The driver was courteous, the truck modern and clean. The price was very fair too! I haven't needed a tow in years, probably over a decade! I programmed their number in my phone now.
He was very nice and supportive, greatly appreciated. Thank you for the quick service; my husband called, when Kelly arrived he got right to work. He had everything hooked up by the time I got in the garage and car started! Thank you No fee for service, I’m covered for roadside service.
Had 2 drivers try to help me move my car as it would not go into neutral. Both Gage and Paul were very helpful and professional. Gage was so patient and really wanted to problem solve for me. Found out we needed a different tow truck. Paul came in with the right truck and got it taken care of quickly.

Nathan was awesome. Took care loading my 911 , took care to safely strap wheels and not hit anything with chains or hooks , and generally was a car enthusiast like myself. Great customer service, reliable, prompt and they take good care of your vehicle. I used them 2x to transport a vehicle that was inoperable to the dealership and again to return back to me. They don’t give you receipts for cash payments and I learned that if you want one it costs more because of taxes added. That was surprising to me.

Unbelievable experience. I called and told them my problem. They asked some questions about my car and then said Stefan would be the truck driver picking up my car. They could not have sent a more qualified person. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and told me what he was doing before he did it. He was very careful with my car, and I felt my vehicle was 100% safe in his hands. I will, without a doubt, be them again if I ever need a tow again. Very high-quality company.
Steffon R was very friendly, patient, polite, and very careful when strapping down my bike and anytime handling it. Checking multiple times to make sure all tie-downs were secure and not loose. My 2020 like new Ram 3500 8ft PU had a sensor fail while at the airport parking garage. It had to be towed to the dealer but the equipment could not fit in the parking structure, so the guys physically pushed it from floor 3 so it could be loaded and hauled.
