Superior service from the initial call with Chris to the amazing, professional service from the tow driver Joe. Chris said he was sending out one of his experienced drivers that may save me the need for a wheel/dolly tow as my all wheel drive car wouldn't start and the e-brake was on. Joe said he would treat my car like his Corvette and he did just that, used a technique to get the rear wheels off the ground and get the car onto the flatbed with no damage or issues, something a Progressive roadside driver had no clue how to get my car moved the previous night. My car arrived safely at the dealership, was repaired and back on the road again today. Highly recommend any towing needs to call Rays, will use again and very pleased, thank you Ray's!

Not only did Ray's take care of my car, they took care of my son and I after a really scary car accident. The guys went the extra mile to make my son smile by giving him tow truck toys and letting him look at all of the tow trucks. They were so kind and helpful!
Truck's shifter cable broke. Called Ray's for a tow. Driver they sent was extremely helpful, took care of everything and even filled a tire that was low. Refused a tip. Definitely calling again if I need a tow.

Ray's saves the day! I had a flat tire in the middle of Milwaukee on I-41, and I initially called another tow company looking for help to either change my tire or get towed to a local shop. This shop recommended I call Ray's instead, and I'm so grateful they did! Luke showed up very quickly, and despite me being on the left/median side shoulder, he quickly, safely, and professionally got me into his truck and then got my vehicle loaded. My wait time was less than an hour, and Luke got my car and I to the tire shop quickly. I can't say enough great things about Ray's!
Back in December we had trouble loading a dead vehicle onto an auto dolly. Kyle fron Ray's towing was able to get to us in 10 minutes on a single degree dight night. Got us load up and on our way at a reasonable cost and fast. Thanks Kyle!
I just want to say that Ray's Towing far exceeded my expectations yesterday relocating my Corvette. I called to schedule the tow and voiced my concerns about a careful tow.
I was told that they have a operator who's specialty is moving classic cars and Corvettes. Then and there my anxieties were put at ease. The operator, Joe, was the perfect example of professionalism. He called to let me know he was going to be at the pick up location on time. He let me know when he departed that location and that he was enroute to the drop off location. Joe even helped us get the car into the garage.
I was absolutely impressed with the service, care and expertise of both Joe and Ray's Towing. I would absolutely without hesitation reccomend to everyone to use Ray's Towing again. First class all the way! Thank you Joe (and Ray's) for a job well done!

Hydroplaned and crashed a vehicle on the highway not even a mile from their shop on a Sunday. Police contracted Ray’s to tow it. Expected to pay around $150-160. Ended up costing me $285 to pick it up on Monday the next day. $155 for the tow, $80 to store it overnight, and $35 to bring it back onto the street off their lot.
The office staff i spoke with were entirely unpleasant to deal with, and I overheard another one mocking a woman who had called in with a car issue saying her car was stuck in drive and she was sitting in a parking lot with foot on the brake.
There is also a 10% upcharge if you pay with a card -- bring cash, and lots of it if the police called your tow.
We were involved in an accident on the highway, and the police called Rays towing. The guy offered us to tow us back to Chicago from Milwaukee. Reasonable price for towing above 50+ miles. Jamie was the best. Absolutely grateful for them. 10/10
Conner was excellent when towing my classic car. It had been sitting for almost two years but he got it out and to the shop quickly. Also gave me a great price. Been using Ray’s for years, and they are the only towing company I one hundred percent trust.
My family have used Rays Towing my entire life and I continue to use them myself and recommend them to others as well. They are courteous and professional and really know what they are doing. They have towed dump trucks, regular vehicles, hotrods that sit inches off the ground and trailers for us. 10/10 recommend.

I can't tell you when a company covered my backside, as Ray's did for me! They were quick,sympathetic! My engine died on the interstate! I was blocking traffic! A Deputy sheriff pushed me down the exit ramp and out of traffic! I did not know what to do! I had $60.00 in my pocket, no credit cards, and a debit card waiting for my social security direct deposit which was 2 weeks away! I sat in my truck for 5 days and got ahold of the dealership that I purchased the truck from! They told me they used Ray's towing service, and they might be willing to add the tow service to the repair bill! They were willing and they did! That wasn't the end of my woes with this vehicle! Let's just say Ray's was there for me again, and Let's just say there is no other towing service I will ever use in the future, if the need arises! They are the best! Bob
Since you decided to post some information that attempts to misrepresent what happened, I now provide my sideof the story with details: I wasn't "angry" but frustrated, because your staff person at the window was charging me for a Sunday, when you weren't supposed to do that, per Wisconsin Statutes, but the window staff person essentially held my car hostage until I paid the amount; all I wanted to do was pay and move along as quickly as I could, but in no way was what happened right, and it doesn't appear to be legal. Towing fee was supposed to be $150.00, plus one day's storage, since it was towed on Saturday and I came and picked it up on Monday within a 1 day time period, no more than $200.00 (and that's if you charge $50.00 dollars a day to store the car) but you charged me almost $300.00. And not only that when I complained to the window staff person about the time period, he then effectively said, "well how about this, you don't get to pay with your credit card, now come back with cash", so effectively retaliating against me for questioning what I believe was an unlawful business practice. That is my side of the story, but of course you didn't do anything about it then and I would gather to state you probably do this to other unsuspecting individuals.
Very happy Kyle came to tow my car. What a nice, polite and knowledgeable guy. Turns out my car's battery needed a jump to get it going which he was able to do. I was able to drop it off at my mechanic's shop to have a new battery installed. Saved me some monies. Just a jump charge. Honest company. Thank you Kyle! I'll be recommending Ray's Towing
The wheels on my vehicle were stolen and I had a heck of a time finding a tow service. When I called Ray’s they were immediately helpful and walked me through next steps of what was to happen. Kyle came out and towed my vehicle same day. He was very kind and took great care of my vehicle. I’m hoping to not need a tow again anytime soon but if I do I’m definitely working with Ray’s again. I can’t explain how much I appreciated their customer service and professionalism. Thank you Ray’s.
I had a great experience with Ray’s! I live in downtown Milwaukee and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a towing service that would fit into my underground parking structure. Thankfully Kris and Connor from Ray’s were able to get right in and tow my car in a matter of minutes - I was impressed given the tight space. Both of them were really nice and professional and the service was absolutely fairly priced. 10/10 would recommended!
Had an excellent experience with Rays towing! My Chevy express 3500 broke down on the freeway right during evening rush hour. Kyle was very personable and an excellent driver. He took me right to my auto mechanic and even though it wasn’t the easiest drop off, he did with skill and patience. My phone was almost dead so he let me use his charger as well. The price was very reasonable and he was there quickly. Breaking down, on the freeway in rush hour, in the freezing cold is no joke but Rays made the whole experience a positive one. Thanks Rays!
As an owner/operator trucker, I couldn't have asked for a better experience that I had with Matt from Ray's yesterday. Arrived within a couple hours of the call (that's quite good in heavy towing, especially in the middle of the day in a major city), was 100% focused on proper technique and safety (I've been through heavy tows a few times, and have seen some serious corner cutting, but not here), very personable and professional and got me and my truck to the destination without issue.
Bonus that he was able to easily back the entire tow truck/truck/trailer up so we could disconnect the truck/trailer (again--I've seen some things, not all of them pretty)
Cost was very fair, not "1st born" and not "cheap", because you get 3 options--good, fast, and cheap. Ray's provided the first two in spades, and provided a very reasonable price to boot!
I will call them first every time if I'm near Milwaukee, and this 20 year trucker recommends you do the same.

I had a flat tire. Two Good Samaritan men by me tried to help but the lugs were stripped and they couldn’t unscrew them so I had to call for a tow. I called a different company (NOT RAY’S) after brief Google search and they essentially delayed and delayed and no-showed.
I then came across Ray’s when looking to call another company. They were the kindest men (one on the phone and one who performed the tire service) and the arrival and then service were so fast! The date I used this company was 6/25/2022.
The man I spoke to on the phone when I initially called was kind, thorough, and honest. The man who arrived in the truck, his name was Jaime, was awesome. So personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuine.
If I ever again have car trouble, I will immediately call this company. I will also encourage any friends and family to utilize this company.
My car crapped out in Aldis parking lot over the holiday weekend. I found Ray's online and based on reviews and it's contracting with the city I figured I'd get a bargain. I called and they answered immediately. (This is saying something because I have called for a tow before and it rang forever) The man over the phone was polite and forthcoming (it may be hard to get a same day tow and I may have to make an appointment). I agreed and gave my information. Conveniently my car was located near another drop off so the tow driver was agreeable to squeeze me in. I was told an hour and only had to wait 30 min. The driver was Joe and I must say he was very nice, professional and understanding. He helped talk through the issue and was patient with me and calm about the whole situation. He transported my car to my selected mechanic where he made sure I knew where to drop my key and thanked me for using their service. The price was even slightly less than they quoted me! I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone looking for a tow.
My car was in a very narrow and hard to navigate parking garage downtown and needed a tow. A driver came within an hour of the call and was able to carefully tow out. Very impressed with their service.
