Was looking for a subaru axle. They have plenty (I know why, no one can afford!), only problem is the axles are priced 3x to 4x anywhere else in the country. And these are from a car with 120,000 miles. By then subi axles last forever or are about to go. These should be priced reasonably considering the gamble . If they were off a recent wreck and third the mileage I would understand 3 times the rate. Something tells me you are getting a third of what you could be in sales I'd like to shop with you and support your business 5`

shout out to yesenia for delivering a fender that was purchased a week and a half ago, especially when the transportation driver said he attempted to delivery it 4 times to the same empty field across the street from the dealership, Im not the sharpest knife in the drawer but i definitely would have put two and two together and attempted to deliver it to the massive dealership across the street from an empty field and asked them if they ordered a fender. and to whoever took my order, thanks juan for ZERO customer service from you for not even bothering to follow up. I should leave a 1 star review but SHOUT OUT to YESENIA for make it a 5 star. Juan you could learn a thing or two

I’ve been coming to this store for a while now, and every visit has been nothing but a great experience. The store itself is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping for parts a lot less stressful. What really makes this place stand out is the service, especially from Yessenia. She’s truly an outstanding sales rep — professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Every time I come in, Yessenia greets me with a friendly attitude and takes the time to understand exactly what I need. She’s quick to locate the right parts, double-checks to make sure everything matches up with the VIN # and explains things clearly without making you feel rushed. The selection is impressive, and I’ve always been able to find what I’m looking for and even when I’m not completely sure what I need, she is always there to help. There have been several times when I wasn’t sure about part numbers or compatibility, and Yessenia patiently helped me figure it out, saving me time and frustration. i spoke with Brandon from Chicago to get the parts I needed, he was easily reachable and helpful. Picked up the parts in Milwaukee and the two gentlemen who helped load them up are the main reason for the 5 stars. I don't quite remember their names but the older gentleman, his name started with a D, was super nice the entire time and ensured the quarter panel was secure enough to drive all the way home. I really appreciated their help.

I’ve been getting parts from this company for some time now and never had issues till I dealt with Simon. I’ve never heard or seen anyone more disrespectful than him. I asked for pricing on an engine block and because I decided to not purchase and instead get an estimate, he tells me not to waste his time because he has more important customers. Very unprofessional and a bad look for such a well respected establishment.

Have bought several parts from Bionic: Arturo does a great job, he is very knowledgeable and helps me. I am very happy with the speed and quality. Most recently got a 2014 Jetta grille that looked brand new!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I wish 0 stars was an option this business isn’t the same as Roz at all. Everyone behind the desk has an attitude and thinks their smarter then the businesses who unfortunately spend money there. Pulling parts from them is like pulling teeth and it’s always something wrong. Never coming back

I don’t know what’s going on behind the desks over there or what’s in the water over there. I’m always waiting double the estimated time with them and their desk guys always got something to say. Also the parts received were damaged and guess what you can’t call them because they’re just going to leave you on hold for a good couple minutes until they hang up the phone and make you call 7 times in one day to find a solution.

We drove to Milwaukee to pick a hood for a Buick encore GX. I had contact Friday, to confirm they had it, then Tuesday to order the part with an agreed upon price. I was to pick up no earlier than 10:00-10.30am. Because of traffic I got there around 12.30pm. It took 5 minutes to locate the order, he had to check status. I took my dog for a walk for ten minutes. When I returned I was ignored for another five minutes I was the only person in the place. I was informed at 2:00pm it would be ready between 4.00-4,30 pm. I reminded him I had driven from Green Bay how long can it take to unbolt four bolts. I offered to go do it myself. I can,t help you it will be 4-4.30. I said would he give me anything off my quoted price of 600 which had written down with part number and address. He said it would be 700. I said if I wait I want my agreed upon price. He said he would have to take that up with my sales associate. I said I,ll never be back!

I am writing to advise others to exercise caution when engaging with this company. I recently experienced a disappointing transaction, resulting in a loss of over $5,000. I purchased an engine from them, which was delivered to one of their affiliated shops. However, after installation, the engine proved to be defective, misfiring on all cylinders just three days after purchase. The company's refund policy required me to provide diagnostic evidence, which I did, including new spark plugs and coil packs; the issue was traced to a faulty timing chain. Upon requesting a refund, I encountered resistance from the refund representative, who questioned whether I had actually had the work done at their recommended shop and claimed the engine was in good condition when it left their premises. I asked if he had any experience working on cars, and he replied that he did not. The dispute lasted for over an hour, despite the fact that the issue arose within 30 days of purchase. I ultimately managed to obtain a refund, but the experience has led me to warn others about the company's practices, which appear designed to retain customers' money, even in cases of defective products. They are scammers; stay away. I cannot even get into details about what I had to do to get my money back; I could have gone to jail.

Called to get a part, pressed 1 for parts, and after over 20 minutes finally got a person, barely got the words out of my mouth and they put me back in the phone cue I was already in! After another 15 minutes of waiting I finally hung up. When you're trying to give a business money, you shouldn't have to beg them to take it!

They told me that’s my part was ready for pick up. I get there and pay for my part then they tell me they’re two days behind but will try to get my part that day. Fast forward to that evening before they closed I called after being told the hey would call me, and was told my part was coming from Chicago and will be there the next day at 11:30. Then come the next morning I call just to see if maybe it came in early for them to tell me it won’t be in until 12:30-1. Come 2pm I called for them to tell me my part never left the warehouse nor was it even pulled so I didn’t make the delivery. These people played in my face but had no problem getting the money first and wants to offer a refund that’ll take 7days to come back to my account and I needed my part the day I paid for it. Unsure how they get any good reviews, I run a shop in Milwaukee I have tried numerous times to buy parts from them. They post online showing they have the part and it’s local but as soon as you call them either they don’t sell that part or it will take 3-5 business days to get here. The whole purpose of buying from a local junk yard is fast/cheap parts. But they don’t do either. I would avoid this place at any cost.

I called a few different times, this time I was on hold for 12 minutes so I hang up call back get put on hold another 6 mins. Once they answered I explained to them that I was just on hold 2 times for about 20 mins. Then they’re going to say well I’m busy with ppl in the store either wait on hold or come in. But I’m going to put you on hold as I hear the freaking menu repeat itself for 3rd time. Why cause a bad reaction? We all know by now baking soda and vinegar don’t mix.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Bionic, and I can confidently say that I will never do business with them again. As a business owner who has successfully managed my father’s company for over 8 years, I know the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. Bionic’s service fell far short of this standard. The level of customer care I received was appalling. If any employee in my company had handled a client this poorly, they would have been terminated immediately, no matter how large or small our operation. It is clear that Bionic does not prioritize customer satisfaction, and their disregard for proper business conduct is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Bionic to think twice. This experience has cost them not only my business but also any future recommendations.

“This was the worst experience I’ve had with both the salesman and the manager. The part I received was garbage, and they required full payment upfront. To make matters worse, it took a week for the part to arrive. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I wil never do business with Bionic again. I am a business owner myself and I’ve ran my father’s company for 15yrs. I would never handle customers this way and I would fire anyone working for me who operates at such a poor level regardless or how large or small my company is. I paid $2300 on July 11th for a part that was supposed to arrive in 5 days (18th considering the weekend). I was never told this was an estimated time frame until after I paid for it and the day came that it was supposed to arrive. They told me it might be there the next day (Friday 19th ) or on Monday the 22nd). Monday came and I called then they told me the part came up missing. It took 11 days for them to figure this out even tho I called 2 days in a row the week before. So they said they’d reorder and it would arrive between Wednesday or Friday. Wednesday (24th) came. No part!!! Thursday came and it accidentally went to their Chicago location. I finally got the part Friday the 26th (15 days later) Never got a call to say it was there. Every time I called they were rude, cutting me off while I’m talking, transferring me to vm, being completely nonchalant as if they could care less. It cost me $1800 to rent a commercial truck for the extra week I waited. I never even got as much as a apology for the inconvenience. I service tons of vehicle fleets and I’m in a bunch of local car groups on social media. I will be sure to share my experience with them all.

Overall a Great experience from beginning to end! The staff helped me find a new transmission for my Audi. Not only was the staff very friendly, they had knowledgeable information that made my repair much easier. Out of all the places I looked at in the Milwaukee area they were the only ones to fit my needs. Thank you Bionic!!! I would highly recommend this company to anybody with a German car looking for quality used auto parts.

Multiple issues with the business. Unable to track your parts, costs are more than new parts. Customer service is SEVERLY LACKING. Phone calls are constantly transferred to the employee who took your order. The good old days of junkyards/parts recycling centers where employees knew their inventory and got you what you need quickly are gone. RIP Roz auto

After about the fifth time in a row with a bad experience I decided to leave a review. I own a business and work with yards all around when I need to find a part I can’t find new. This is by far the worse place I have ever worked with. Very unorganized establishment with rude employees iv ordered parts that were wrong a couple times I’ve had to wait extra days than promised for parts. as a business owner is very hard to explain to customers needing a window that they will have to wait yet another day for their part because this business can’t tighten up witch almost always leads to the customer going somewhere else. I’ll never do business with this organization again.

Waited two days for my part to get pulled. They said they were going to call me when it was ready. Never received a call. On the 2nd day I call @ 4 and the part was ready. Arrived @ 4:30 waited for 20 minutes to find out their nobody to get the part from the staging area. Bad for business. Don’t know who is worse them or Roz. Must have the same management team.

The girl who helped me was nice hence the two stars. The guy who saw the battery I needed wanted to charge me $141+tax for a used battery when Autozone sold a new one for $134. I was so glad Roz was bought out bec they were even more expensive than the dealer and I hadn’t been there is years but this new place is not much better. Guess it’s back to sturtevant again for my used parts. This location has not been good to me for as long as I’ve been in WI

We were able to get everything we needed quickly and our body shop was super impressed with the turnaround and communication.
