I would definitely recommend these guys!! My car was partially submerged in flood water and the driver got right in there and reeled it out of there. Also they were accurate with their ETA which is helpful! Very kind and patient driver. Thanks so much!

Just had one of their tow truck drivers drive past me going 90 in a 55 with a blue Kia soul on the back so if that’s your car, I would talk to the driver about it

Used my roadside assistance for a tow and I was lucky enough to end up with VM Towing. Service was exceptional. The driver came quickly and was very good. Took extra time to not damage my vehicle. I highly recommend them!
This company must not do driving backgrounds on its employees. I watched one of their company trucks on the interstate cut off oncoming vehicles merging onto the freeway, swerve into vehicles if the vehicle wouldn’t let them into the lane they were trying to change into, and drove way too close to the vehicles in front of them. If they drive like this I can only imagine the even worse service they provide.
VM towing was the 3rd tow truck company that I called & paid for services, yet VM was the only company that succeeded getting my car where it needed to be, they were patient while friendly the entire process, charged me the least and were all finished the quickest. Thank you VM towing I will recommend you to everybody I know.
VM Towing just did an amazing job getting my car unstuck!!!! He didn’t have a lot working room and the space was awkward to maneuver BUT VM Towing MKE got it done and Im extremely PLEASED! Thank you for your great service!
Auto Zone on 01/13/2024 arrival time 7:57 pm within minutes. I don’t remember the tow person name he was very respectful, informative with excellent service..I received the tow for my vehicle. We arrived to my destination I told him my key fob was not responding to my push start. He basically showed me how to use my undetected key fob by placing the key fob directly to push start button to start my vehicle I called my vehicle company for assistance hours ago before my tow they did not tell me this technique they wanted me to pay for additional service fees for remote start service $12. 99 on top of a monthly note. I just want to thank you and appreciate information Mr. tow man
On time for scheduled pick. Customer service was outstanding and professional with very reasonable prices. Will definitely be using them again if needed and suggest others do the same. Thank you very much!
My usual tow guy was unavailable found VM Towing on google and glad I called. Beto went above and beyond to tow my BMW from my job, to the shop to get quoted and to my house. Even got it in my garage despite many difficulties even tried to help me get my car started. Would recommend 1000% he’s my new go to. Thanks again!!
I'd give zero stars if I could. Spoke to someone about a tow and set a time for 10am the following day. No one ever showed. 4 follow-up calls made that went unanswered/ unreturned. Ultimately a no show and had to call someone else. Do not recommend.

I scheduled a motorcycle tow for a 2019 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide with VM Towing. They were on time, got the motorcycle to the location I needed it towed to. VM Towing was so easy to work with - they did a great job!

Screw in our tire threatened to de-rail our entire day. Called them after a quick Google search. They were there within 10 minutes! Fast, friendly service. Only had to go a few blocks to the nearest tire shop, but it was great. I will definitely be saving their number to give to friends and acquaintances. Fast and definitely affordable. Earlier tonight I called this towing service. He came promptly and was very helpful. Within minutes I was back on the road. Rates were also reasonable. No one likes to be ‘stuck’ but overall this wasn’t bad because of the quick, efficient service!!
