very appreciative of this service my car broke down on a Saturday night at 2am in milwaukee and they were to me within 35 minutes. the gentleman i spoke with on the phone understood the timing of night and assured me they would get to me as fast as they could. as a young woman being stranded on the side of the road isn't ideal. the man who loaded my car was efficient and knowledgeable. so thank you for your help highly appreciative of the help!

Julio was the driver I had show up. The wait time was acceptable, from call to tow. Towed the car to the shop, even filled out the drop off form. The truck had a issue with brake fluid & Julio thought to chock the wheel. He was fantastic!

My auto rescuer was great, I Wish I had his name for reference however It was cold as heck outside, and He kept a smile on his face the entire time. I didn't quite understand why he was taking pictures of my entire car however once he explained the policy I totally understood! They rescued me extremely fast, my wait time was short, and they took very good care of my vehicle! Allstate for my next tire change send this company my way!!! I give them 6stars!

Contact these folks and returned my call within 5 minutes. Had the truck out in my location to tow my car and a professional gentleman worked through my problem. Cost wasn't bad either. I would recommend them to everyone.

I would give them no stars if I could!!No one comes to the window to help you they just ignore you when you walk in..just completely unprofessional and do not know what they are doing when it comes to iid's.. Mine was installed incorrectly and they tried to say it wasn't. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Adrian (driver), is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Roadside assistance dispatched this company to me. First issue, they go to the wrong address and then call to ask where the car is. Second issue, two employees show up both unmasked during a pandemic in which there’s a mandatory state order to wear a mask in order to operate or patronize any business! Third issue, I requested a flatbed, they showed up & opted to use the wheel lift portion of the flatbed. Fourth issue, tow truck did NOT drop the vehicle off at the address requested instead he opted to go down the street & leave the keys in the vehicle. Even after being asked to move the vehicle he RUDELY refused & said to me “you can do it yourself!” If I ever need a tow service/ lockout/ tire change and this company is dispatched I’m requesting a new provider IMMEDIATELY. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! ........ From reading some of the more positive reviews I can tell that these aren’t actual customers but rather people who have been asked to give a rating to boost the reviews, because nothing about the service I received would even remotely suggest Professionalism, Value or Quality service!! They were too comfortable with speaking disrespectfully & not adhering to my requests (I mean after all without the customer there is no revenue nor need for the business!)

My vehicle broke down as I was exiting the freeway. The tow truck arrived quickly and the driver was great and got my car to the dealer for repair. The service and the driver was great. I would recommend this service if anyone ever needed towing or roadside assistance.

Was this the first time you ever towed? Driver and dispatch called the wrong contact information twice, driver showed up late and then had a problem having to remove a car from the parking spot. (Get it out of parking spot) Perhaps asking some clarification before taking the job or some level of professionalism would do your company right. I would say I got what I paid for but these guys weren’t the cheapest. One of 10 other companies. Try someone else.
Waited an hour and a half close to 2 hours for them to come out and help me with a flat tire. I waited so long that I called another company to come out and assist me.... the other company was there in 22min. Yeah, this is the last time I'll ever call this company ever again.

I have used several over the years,and NONE of them compare to 24 Hour towing & Recovery.I have used them for a few times for personal and my business needs and I have never been disappointed. Two occasions stick out....July 4th weekend my Escalade blew the transmission, downtown Milwaukkee just leaving summerfest....called 24Hour Towing&Recovery they were there in minutes, even stopped to let me get cold water for me and my grandson who had been sitting in the hot sun.... Driver was incredibly professional and kind....don't see that much anymore!!!! 2ND occasion...my son passed away suddenly and I wanted to get his custom Cadillac Low Rider to the funeral home...this was my sons pride and joy.I spoke to the owner Jay explaining the situation. The day came and the driver Jay sent was AMAZING!!! I have never seen such compassion from a company,and I'm not just talking about a tow company...Got my son's car to the funeral home and STAYED there to watch it till it was time to bring it back home..The owner Jay himself even came there to make sure everything was done to my wants and needs....Holy cow who does that???? I would RECOMEND this company to everyone!!!!and I do...I wish there was more than a five star rating they deserve it. If you need it towed 24 Hour Towing is your best bet! Affordable, and Professional....

I had my car towed by them for being parked on private property. At first I was surprised at the total because I have been towed by the city before and only had to pay 150. I had to pay 401.28 and couldn't understand why until an employee there name lt explained to me the difference between being towed by the city and being towed for parking on private property He helped me understand that it is a state governed fee and everybody knows the state is always out for money. But over all they were very respectful and informative when I called and went to pick up my car. I figured if I were a person who needed a towing service for my property I would definitely pic them because the DONT PARK HERE message is very clear when the towing fees come into play..lol they really treated my car with respect and showed me pictures of the special equipment that was used on my car. I didn't know about this company until i was towed and now i wouldn't use anybody but them.
