I’m new to dirt bikes had some trouble with two older kids bikes brought them both here. A+ customer service both run better than my lawnmower would recommend this place to anybody looking for parts, guidance or service.

5 Stars as of 3/21!!! I had an issue with my motorcycle shutting off mid ride and giving me codes. Looked up this shop online and seen the great referrals, so I knew to bring it there!! They are super friendly and willing to work with me on how to fix the issue. The turnaround after parts came in was super fast (They also let me bring in a brand new battery, super grateful) And I was able to have the best day ever on the moto after I picked it up. Only coming here for future repairs. 5/5 stars, Recommend to all new riders aswell.

Excellent service, as always, for about five years, on both bikes: Yamaha V-Star and BMW 1200. Give Ron and his team a chance.

Took them my bike for an electrical issue. The turn signal wouldn’t work. After getting it fixed, rode it for less than 100 miles and the electrical melted the entire harness and the bike almost started on fire. They had installed barrel splices instead of soldering connectors. They wanted to charge me $900+ to fix it without even looking at the bike. Really disappointed, not understanding. I’ve taken.my bikes to them for years. I own multiple bikes, I would never understand how they didn’t even look at the thing before quoting me almost $1000 to repair a related issue.

I've been doing business with MCS since Nov. '23. They've worked on my classic '82 Honda nighthawk for me, stored it, and I bought a '06 Yamaha V-Star 1100. Been a bit bumpy getting the title transfered, but It was all the DMVs fault. All in all, I've had a great experience here and will plan on returning if I ever need future work done on any of my bikes. Great small business!

I have a 1996 Suzuki Savage LS650. I took my motorcycle for a wiring issue with the turning signals on May 31st, 2024. Waited about 3 weeks until my bike was "fixed" on June 20th. After 2 weeks of riding my bike, the turning signals issue popped back up. This time, the right turn signal didn't work, but the left turn signal did. I took my bike back to the shop, and the mechanic stated that the fender was causing the problem. Clearly, he did not properly inspected my motorcycle because he could've told me in the beginning that the fender was twisted, and was damaging the right turn signal cable. For a full diagnostic, its the mechanic's responsibility to provide you any issue throughout the inspection. I spend almost $300 dollars for the service and labor. I tried to request a refund for not providing good service for my bike. Instead, they offered me labor for the fender + the turning signals fix. The only thing I had to paid for were brand new turning signals since the old ones it had were unfixable. Overall, I disliked the experience. I personally dont recommend anyone to take their bikes here for repair. Expect long wait times and service. Also, for DISCLAIMER: they do not have warranty for any kind of labor they provide for. I just wanted to let you guys know. If you decide to take your bike here for repair, be aware of the risk.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS!! WILL HER OVER CHARGED!! Brought my bike in because it wasn’t turning over also turned off when I added throttle. They tried to charge me $1000 to change my carb. And I was new to bikes so I could tell something was wrong when they said that. Ended up having my guys friend look at the bike, and the only thing that was wrong with it was my throttle cable($20) and a weak battery ($60). Gave him $75 to fix cable. So in total I spent $155 to get it working, compared to $1000

I’ve been dealing with Ron for a few weeks now. He has provided some of the best services around. Up front kinda guy and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend Milwaukee Cycle to anyone I know! Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to stop by and chat. Thanks Ron!

I got defrauded out of money by this place. I bought a taillight, the worker said it was the price on the box. I get home and take the light out of the box and find a price sticker saying a different price. I paid 61.99 plus tax, but the light has a price stick of only 19.99. Thinking of calling it in as fraud and letting the DA in Milwaukee deal with it. Update: they did refund the money. Update, they did refund my money after calling back and talking to the person in charge. UPDATE: The owner did refund my money and made everything right.

Good products sell themselves. I’m very happy with the 06 cbr600rr I bought from them, great price and help adjust the bike for me prior to delivery. Would definitely recommend.

I have a pretty unique “vintage” bike. 1986 Yamaha Vmax. I noticed they had a 1985 when I checked them out in March. I had a lot of issues with idle, low & mid range performance. Small oil leak also. After a short discussion, we agreed on cost of carb cleaning/tuning. After a couple weeks i got it back & she was like a new beast. Performing like it was new! No oil leak. And, they knocked off $100 because they didn’t need some parts! I’ll always go back to these guys now!

I had my bike back and fourth since March for an electrical issue. Here we are in mid June, no fixed bike,or explanation on my bike. Just made me pay for diagnosing over and over, purchasing parts to see if it will work. That’s not how you service. Tell me my issue, I pay for labor and parts. Transaction done. Or tell me my issue I pay for the information, and fix it elsewhere. Simple. But they don’t do business that way. I wouldn’t bring a picture of a bicycle to them.

I'd like to thank everyone there. Great people and amazing prices too. I got the 02 Ducati monster. I called saying I'd like to look at it. When I got there it they had already placed it as pending sale for me since I had an hour drive. I will definitely be going through them for all my future cycle needs and purchases.

Went in to look at some bars for my bike as I need something with a different grip angle. The guys I talked to helped me find something suitable, they also had a good selection of other parts I'm looking for. Friendly guys, lots of conversation and help to be had. Just wish they were closer to my house... then again it's another excuse to get out and ride!

Do NOT do business with these guys, I brought my bike here then after a week or so was told that my bike was fixed, running and ready to be picked up, only to call back and speak with a different guy who then adjusted the price from $491 I was told to $797. Then I said I'll just take my bike back. But I call again and speak with another guy who tells me that yeah it was a mistake on someone that didn't include the labor price. Well that's not my fault and besides I paid near $400 a year ago for a carburetor cleaning at the same place and now their prices have gone up, but they act like it's just the cost of labor. They're a bunch of BS. In all fairness they should have left the price as quoted by the first guy and honored the mistake. But of course not, doing good business is not who they are!!!

I purchased a CB Modulator for a 98 Goldwing. They advertised it in complete working order, at a fair price with excellent shipping optionsThe shipping was awesome 1 week. The item had minor seal issues on the back and was missing mounting screw. Minor stuff. The electronics however are at best temperamental. Finally got it to correct channel we want. Time will tell.

Milwaukee cycle salvage is an awesome place. Lots to see but the service is out of this world. The guys went the distance to make sure some brake parts I wanted would fit and at a great price. Nothing hacked up , all bolts, fastners and assorted extras came along and tagged from what bike it came off of. Thats a great way to service a customer. I am storing my bike there with a promise that come spring it will be ready to roll with out any Fuss!

I purchased a set of carburetors over the phone. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The carburetors matched exactly what was shown in the pictures and they arrived quickly to my home in another state. They assisted me in getting multiple over parts for my bike and gave me suggestion on other things to look at. They didn’t try convincing me to buy something I wasn’t talking about originally. They were respectful and patient. They were able to find parts I could not find and help me in getting the parts. If you are looking for fair priced, quality items that match the pictures you see. I would definitely use this company, they took good care of me and I will definitely continue to use there company to purchase items.

Ron and his guys are great, they brought back to life my 40 year old motorcycle that sat outside for many years. Will be bringing my other bikes back for service. Stopped in to get a clutch lever for the old bike and they found a good used one at a fantastic price. Awesome shop.

I have a highly customized Bike that doesn't really make adding parts an easy or straight forward task. And I knew finding a garage/shop that would want to work on that kind of bike could be a bit of a challenge. Ron and his crew at Milwaukee Cycle were more than happy to present a creative solution to what I was after and their final deliverable exceeded my expectations. The end result is a product application that performs very well and follows the aesthetic of the bike without looking out of place. I know what they did took some time, effort, and creativity and couldn't just be ordered and bolted on. That's what sets these guys apart, they'll go the extra mile and think outside the box. The end result shows this thinking and tenacity and was worth it in all aspects !! I will happily return to them with all of my MC needs, maintenance and so forth. I worked primarily with Ron, and couldn't be any more pleased with the results.

They always have parts for my cycles and great customer service! No models refused! If they don't have parts, they can find you what you need. I take my bikes to get services here. They are upfront about costs and I sure love to check out their displays!

The difference between and good company and a great company is in how they handle a customer's problem. I recently ordered a complete exhaust system from Milwaukee Cycle for my 2009 DL650 VStrom. I received the carton within a few days. The system was packed properly so there was no damage. Upon unwrapping the pieces, I was excited to see that the parts looked they had never been used. They were bright and shiny without a scratch. My excitement drained when I noticed that this system was for a newer model VStrom and would not fit my bike. After a couple of conversations with Ron at Milwaukee Cycle, we came to an agreement that we both thought was fair. Ron even went the extra mile to find the exact system that I needed -- at another supplier! Ron and his team are first rate, "customer first," business people. I look forward to our next transaction.

Consistently GREAT experiences at Milwaukee Cycle. Very knowledgeable staff, and always get the job done thoroughly and right. As a female rider, I'm very comfortable with the staff at Milwaukee Cycle - they are polite and with the little mechanical knowledge I have I don't feel nickel and dimed or taken advantage of when it comes to pricing.

My adventures at Milwaukee Cycle Salvage started honest enough. My girlfriend wanted to ride with me, so we were looking for a local shop with good prices and knowledgeable staff to help her get suited up for a summer of riding. We found that Milwaukee Cycle Salvage staff were friendly and their inventory was decent enough, that visiting another shop wouldn't be necessary. After a month of riding, my girlfriend decided that the biking bug had bit her. She got her license and bought a small, inexpensive bike to learn on. She purchased a new tire from Milwaukee Cycle Salvage and had some other maintenance performed, further strengthening her customer relationship. Another month passes and her bike begins to have problems starting. We take the bike back to Milwaukee Cycle Salvage and have them give the bike a diagnosis (neither my girlfriend nor I have experience in motorcycle mechanics.) The techs at shop determine that her connecting rods were bent and that the bike was useless. They offered her $100 to take the bike off her hands, when she had bought it only two months previously for $1500. She spent nearly $400 with Milwaukee Cycle Salvage. We took the bike to another shop for a second opinion. They cleaned the carburetor and the bike runs without issue. I am not sure if the techs are Milwaukee Cycle Salvage are completely incompetent or were deliberately trying to rob my girlfriend, but they will no longer be receiving any business from me and I implore any potential customer to take your business elsewhere. *May 2017 follow up* - I just noticed that there was a response from the owner and believe that his response speaks millions about his business ethics: "Erin did spend $400 with us but that was over the entire summer for a helmet, tire and maintenance." - You're literally disparaging a customer here. We could have ordered the helmet off of Amazon, but we believe in small business and chose to give you the profit. Sorry about that. "...and that person "told" them that he had gotten it running. They never saw or heard it run." - This is true. We never saw/heard it run. However, we didn't tell them the name of the shop where we had the service done, so it was out of their own interest that they messaged us about it running. For what reason would they lie? "I had requested several times to have Kevin call me, he would not return my calls." I am not compelled to, nor required to take a phone call. I also had purchased parts from you for both my Sportster and my FZ6. There are other bike shops in town and I don't have time to deal with someone asking me to remove a negative Google review. It's curious that you have me in your customer database, you know my name, but you did not attempt to contact me directly, but would always work through Erin. 1-star review stands.

Great dudes. Willing to help and go the extra mile. Helped me find a 4-1 exhaust for my vintage bike! I could shop online but would rather buy from these guys.
