Wouldn’t start getting the part I needed ready until I arrived with a down hand payment. I’m driving over from an hour away and was told that I can wait around for them to pull the part and wouldn’t start on it until I have them a down payment. There service is trash and the service advisor is rude and has a bad attitude I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to wait for someone to take there sweet time to do something and “WAIT AROUND OR GO GET LUNCH”
Wish it was possible to do 0 star.. Motor was suppose to be out on a Friday, they never called. Monday comes since they’re closed all weekend, I call they tell me they “lost my phone number” so couldn’t call me to pick it up. Told me $3,000 out the door; assume that means 3,000 total.. they added $200 extra for taxes. I thought out the door meant that’s the price OUT THE DOOR. Cool I pay the full price, but they give me an attitude about me questioning something that was mixed up. Never again will I do business here. The two guys in the office have the worst attitude. On top of it, you spend 3,300 on an engine and it’s a bare long block. Be careful buying ENGINES from them.
My dad pup use to know a few of the guys here a while ago before he passed away, he had me come here and ask for Chris to get some parts and to get my rotors cleaned up they were practically brand new when I came back and gave me a great price on the parts since then they dont have the cars in stock that I have needed parts for but will always remember how cool and professional they are, does Chris still work here?
Found them through a parts finder site. I called ahead, they wanted to make sure my rim was pulled. The guy at the counter took one look, he said it's bent pull another one. They were looking out for me.
Great place. Guy literally means what he says. Lol . For instance if you wanna use your wife's credit card she better be present . Hence " we accept credit cards... if they belong to you! "
People forget to mention getting into this place is a disaster. Can't even call it a road. They could at least put down loads of pea gravel . Not impressed
My brother is friends with the owner or half owner of Indy Auto and tells me they take very good care of the place their prices are very reasonable and they're very big help to the Milwaukee metropolitan area so that's why I believe they deserve five stars
I called looking for an alternator for a 2006 Saturn. their website said that they had it in stock for $45. when I spoke to the manager he said that they had one and it was going to be $65. I said you have an advertised for $45 on your website. he said that was for wholesalers only. after further discussions he acknowledged that their website does not say for wholesale only and agreed to sell me the alternator for the price that they have at advertised at. he took my credit card over the phone and said it would be ready in about an hour or two and he would call. 7 hours later I called back and I asked what the status was he said he would have it in about 30 minutes. he called 30 minutes later and said it was ready when I got there it was the wrong alternator and he said that he was still going to charge me for it because I didn't say what type I needed. the manager was very rude and unprofessional and it was obvious he didn't understand one bit about customer service I gave them all the information and I asked for pricing and they treated me extremely poorly. I think I understand why their location is so difficult to find.
I needed a matching car door for a 2012 Chrysler 200. They had it. Glad I called them. Dave, the gentleman at the front desk, was fantastic on the phone, and even better in person. Outstanding service and extremely personable guy. The 2 guys who took the door off and loaded it up for me were also quite helpful. Not that it matters, but their office has to be thee cleanest of any auto salvage shop in the country. No exaggeration. I highly recommend these guys.
Needed a engine for my 2010 Rav4. I got a quote from a garage near my home which I thought was a little high. So I contacted A&D Auto Parts. I am sure glad I did great price, knowledgeable, and had me up and running within 2 weeks . I got the car towed, engine replaced along with a few other needed parts and labor all for the labor price of the other garage. Thanks A&D!. Would definitely recommend them.
These guys are awesome. Never had a problem with the parts I received. Very friendly on the phone which doesn't happen much when calling a salvage yard.
The gentleman on the phone was very polite, personable, helpful, and direct. They had a used transmission for me that was quite hard to find and the cheapest around. It was in good condition and we were in and out rather quickly.
The guy on the phone answered my question and was polite. They guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. The price on the web site was the price I was charged, much less than the yard near by. The part fit and works and has a 90 day warranty. I would go back.
