Whoever answers their phone is not pleasant to work with. Very rude, acts like he or she (could not even tell) is very angry at the world. But then again, i would be too if i had a minimum wage job as a phone operator!

Don't shop here. You will regret it. From the very first time I called until my last transaction I was treated like a nuisance. They have no respect for their customers. The older man with gray hair will treat you like you don't have any business being there. I've been there many times in my life and this is the first time I see him. He ended my ties with Roz. I'll never return. Another lost customer due to bad customer respect

Don’t even waste your time calling or going to this place. A call was made this morning to ask to have an item pulled off the shelf for pick up and the guy on the phone was so rude and he said he’s not going to do it. The guy was rude I hung up on him and went to another place for a part and the other part place nearby Roz’s said they Roz’s doesn’t know how to treat their customers. I received excellent service elsewhere. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Dishonest about condition of the bumper I paid for in advance . I was told it was nice but in actuality it is scratched up and rusty. Terrible customer service. The rude woman behind the counter told me if I wanted a nice bumper I should have bought a new one someplace else. They also told me the it would be ready for pick-up the next day and it actually took them 4 days .the very worst junkyard I have ever dealt with. Save the headache go any place else

Went in for a part. Guy on the phone was nice and told me to come down and we can try to match the number on it cause they had a lot of them. I get there and the guy at the desk was rude. Seemed like I was wasting his time. All because he didn't want to get off his lazy a** and try to match the numbers. Won't be going back there again.

Note : Do not do business with this place I bought fuse box .my fuse box all the wires are cut off. I can't even install it I try to exchange or credit back they won't do it. The people that on the front they Try to make fun of me And the guy said to me: That's your problem They are very rude They only talk nice and sweet to you When you buy them There are many juke yard Are out there absolutely Better .PS I put zero star It's won't let me post it I have to select 1 star This place is zero star to me

Done business with several salvage yards in the past and had nothing but pleasant experiences. Roz is the exception, if I could give zero stars I would. Go in to buy an ac compressor listed online. Was told it was still in the car, ok no problem I buy it was told it would be pulled next day. Long story short took 6 days. I show up to get the compressor, I already paid for and am told it's no good, and I have to pay an additional 25 dollars and wait several more days for another. Anyone thinking of getting parts from here I strongly urge you to reconsider.

Clara went above and beyond with her customer service to us today. We initially came in for a door. We mentioned needing center caps for our rims, and she went ahead and did some research and found what we needed! Excellent speedy service, absolutely recommend.

Surprised this place is still in business. I picked up a transmission from Roz Auto Salvage about 20 years back. After spending a day to install the transmission found it wouldn't shift into top gear. They refused to refund my money or replace the part. As a college kid without a lot of disposable income it was devastating to spend weeks of pay on a junk transmission. Then to add insult to injury their rude parts rep took no responsibility and puts it on me for not paying attention to their return policy. Do yourself a favor and avoid Roz's.

Came at 9am on saturday when they opened to get a simple door glass. I expected a short wait but I've been waiting for over an hour. The worst part of this visit is that the white guy in glasses at the counter has the worst customer service skills ever. I have a schedule just like anybody else, so I'd like to get going. Would recommend speaking with the Hispanic lady at the front Instead, she's good at what she does. I give her my 5 stars.

The reason I put one star is because of the customer service. So I called on a Thursday cause I needed a rim for my car in order to drive my car to get to work. A gentleman answered and told me there was nothing on location but he could order one for me over the phone I agreed cause the last 5 places I called were no help. He told me the rim would be there by Monday or Tuesday the following week. Well I called both of those days and this Hispanic lady answered and when I asked if the rim I ordered through them was there she got an attitude with me and told me there is no rim here and we'll call you when we have it in our hands. After that I decided to wait it out and call on Friday. When I called this time though a gentleman picked up and put me on hold to check for me keep in mind the Hispanic lady never put me on hold to check. When I went to pick up the rim I found out it was a used rim and I could've got a brand new one online for 20$ more. On top of that the phone number they had down for me was the wrong number even though the number was repeated back to me during the call when I was ordering the rim. Needless to say I will never go here again.

Wish google allows NEGATIVE RATING too. They trick customers to cheat and grab their money. The customer service is at the worst level. My first experience with them to buy a battery was the LAST. They gave a battery that wasn't good enough to start a engine. Just within 2 hours I went to return it they don't issue any refund. I paid price and have no right even to talk. I told the guy I am CUSTOMER listen to me he said I DON'T CARE. I left their " Dead Battery " back with them and walked out. Customer put his trust in your business and decided to buy from you.You provided a faulty part at first instance and batrayed the customer trust. how a customer can trust you again ? Absolutely the WORST customer service I have received from a business. We arrived, paid for our products and were told to wait while they pulled the parts. 2 hours later we go in to ask them why it’s taking so long and they tell us it’s going to be another hour before we get our part. No one warned us that there was a long wait and when we expressed frustration all 3 employees began yelling at us, using profanities and basically telling us they didn’t care and we were SOL and needed to wait. The professionalism and communication of the employees here is slim to none. Just despicable. If you can go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and do that.

By far the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Call about a transmission replacement on Monday and the guy quotes me $2000, I say okay, give me a few days to get the money together and I will call you back. I call again on Friday and speak to a different worker and he quotes me $2300. When i ask him where the extra $300 comes from, all he can say is "You don't understand" and "You're raising my blood pressure." and talks down to me for no reason. Do NOT go here, these people only care about your money and feeding their own ego.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never met such a rude person before. I arrived at 4:40 after calling earlier and was told they closed at 5. Drove 30 minutes and was immediately told it was too late to see a bumper. I pushed back and a nice young guy said he would show me the bumper. However, the bumper had two cracks it, even though on the phone my husband was told it had nothing wrong with it and was in perfect condition. I was out of there by 4:50 so they could close shop by 5! No warranty and you have to pay before they take the part off so if they damage it while removing, sucks for you. Avoid at all costs!

This place has the worst service. I came in to get a replacement axle for my car. They sold it to me and said go wait in your car my guys will bring it out to you. After an hour I went back in and asked where's my axle its been an hour? He said oh there was people in front of me. I didn't see anyone waiting in front of me. So I asked how much longer. He looked over his shoulder and said oh not long he is working on it now. Then all of a sudden it was done in 5 minute's. Now I remember why I stopped buying parts here.

Don't pay before you see your part!!!! I called to purchase a complete steering column and they said the part would be ready for pick by the end of the day. I went in at the end of the day. They told me the part was ready but lets get the payment out of the way. Then they bring out the upper half of the steering column. They don't know where the lower half is and they refuse to give me a refund. I am an ASE master certified technician and I promised a customer the car would be ready the following day. Don't ever rely on Roz auto salvage.

The owner and his staff have a horrible Attitude plus the prices are high for junk place. Also, the owner and his employee don't wear masks, don't go there and risk his ur life. I told him that I no longer need that part I brought. He refuses to take back and refuses to give me my money back.

Extremely rude on phone no customer service skills at all called to simply get a price quote and douche bag on the line provided to tell me what part I was looking for and then when I asked how many ribs were on the pulley I needed was told that he knew better than I did and that I needed to come get the part now and stop playing on the phone and acting like I knew what I was talking about. Will never even call there again much less ever do any type of actual business with this company

Took tires to them to install and broke off my lug nut upon install and was told it's fine I still got four more on there. Whether you use air or electric impacts you have to be careful when putting on as it's easy to over torque them. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience! The front desk staff is extremely rude and not helpful. I recently purchased a used tire and rim and paid $116 for it and it went flat not even two weeks later. I took the tire back in and it took them 45 minutes to "look" at it. While I'm waiting, a lady came in and told them that the car she just purchased from them couldn't pass emissions because they reset the check engine light and it came back on after she went to the DMV. One guy told her that they would contact her the following day and the other guy behind the counter told her they were booked for 3 weeks. Absolute crooks! Meanwhile, they get back to me about my tire and told me that they pulled a nail out of my tire. They tried to give me the nail, while also trying to keep my tire. I asked for my tire back and immediately took my tire to Ray Tann, 980 W. Oklahoma and they checked my tire and informed me that Roz' s had lied about the nail (there was no indication of a nail puncture, only a buldge). Ray Tann sold me a brand new tire and put it on for $90/ $30 if they have a used in stock. Roz lied to try and sell me another overpriced tire. Horrible business practices and BBB will receive a similar complaint.

Showed up to pick up a new windshield for our car after calling and asking about it’s condition. After being told it was in good condition we drove two hours to pick it up in Milwaukee. When they finally brought up the part the glass was so dirty you couldn’t see through it. When we finally cleaned all the funk off after sale we noticed there was a pretty sizable crack in one side. Should have looked through the required better before doing business there because they do not do any discount or returns for their damaged sold parts. Total scammer. This place even read my review and instead of asking how they could help/fix the problem the guy called and said it MUST have been our fault because of the way the windshield was handled on the way home. Claiming the windsheild coated in 8 years of grime was inspected several time before sale. We drove 45 minutes to the shop where we cleaned the window that we had wrapped in a comforter and placed on a padded surface in the back of our Subaru. This guy even commented on my review to infer that it must have been our fault with a condescending, unprofessional, childlike attitude. No idea how this place has three stars, with the other reviews they’ve got its not possible that the problem is with everyone else and not the company.

Really rude and had me waiting for more then 5 hours for a part that I ordered and paid for beforehand. BUT the owner personally called and explained the issues that made me feel better about this company. Would I recommend them......YES especially when the owner would take time out of his day to address your concern.

Extremely rude service by the majority of the employees and they over price many of the parts. I was not pleased and I will never return there. They also need to learn there colors because I was looking for a blue door and they showed me a light/green - Turquoise door.

I ordered a part from Roz's and the company that shipped it lost the part. Jim was very concerned and immediately made the necessary phone calls to track the package. When the shipping company found the package Jim called me immediately and gave me my options to get my money back or wait for it to ship to me. I was very pleased with the service Jim gave me.

I called to locate a motor and I spoke with Jessie and he was so helpful! He went above and beyond what I had called for. He called a dealer ship to make sure the motor he had would work with my car. He also looked around to make sure that the price he was asking wasn't unreasonable. He also went as far as trying to help me locate other motors around the state to try and save us money. All I can say is the service here was amazing!

Had to buy a passenger side window for my Ford Ranger. Called ahead and they had one. Nice lot,building appearance, and extremely nice inside. Folks there gave me some good advice about replacing the radio that was taken in the same incident. Talked to a couple of customers out side about there thoughts about Roz. All had positive experiences. I'll be back for future needs.

I have gone to Roz's here and there and I have to say that they have always kept their word and are honest. They are reasonable and deserve a lot of credit for what they do. I am a happy customer and I plan to come back again and again because they are trustworthy. Most places are NOT trustworthy and take all they can from you. You won't find a better salvage auto dealership in Milwaukee, that's my opinion and my experience with them. Thank you, guys!!!!!!
