Elizabeth was very helpful and helping me figure out what kind of brake pads I need it for my car the manager stunk of alcohol which I thought was really weird. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The staff went over and above helping me with my issue. The manager was caring enough to look and brought out tools for me to use. He saw I was struggling and actually did the quick repair for me.

Had a broken brake line on the left rear wheel on my 2004 Saturn Vue. Vehicle was too old for a prefabbed steel line, but OReilly had both a Metric threaded and US threaded fittings, for 12" brake line replacement. Even though I brought the fitting in, removing it from a 22-year old rusted vehicle, distorted the threads a bit. So, I purchased both the metric & US versions. Got home, and it was the metric thread that worked! Did the install, bled the brake line and the Saturn is good to go.

The store was not organized the floor by the entrance and all around the front of the check out was not swept or moped. When I walked in, there was two customers checking out, one in line and the other attended by two workers. Not to mention they had country music very, very loud while I was there looking for a few things. After 25-30 minutes of looking and not once being asked if I needed any help finding anything, I went and paid 28.98 for a light bulb that I later saw at the local Liquor store for 6.99 not to mention the same amount of fuses, 8.98 m the Liquor store 2.99. Chuck is awesome!! He changed the burned out headlight bulbs on my Kia and replaced a fuse I didn't know about which saved me $1000 due to a diagnostic error from the Kia dealership. I will definitely be returning to O'Reilly's for any future auto part needs. Great job Chuck keep up the good work and superb customer service skills!!

I ordered a part from here online and came to pick it up. The gentleman that waited on me was rude and condescending and acted like I did not have any business in an auto parts store. The female employee next to him overheard and got my part for me. The man working with me did not have any friendliness or manners. Beware if you are a female picking up auto parts, they will treat you like you are stupid. I knew what part I was there for and actually how it works in a vehicle. I would not go here again. Auto Zone employees treat women customers with far more pleasantness and courtesy than this O'Reilly's store in Hales Corners.

DONT EVER buy your Autoparts here, because they don't tip Doordash Drivers!

I was lucky enough to stop at O'Reilly's on Hwy 100 to see if they could help me with a problem with my car. I was helped by Marcell, who went out of his way to come outside to see what the problem was. This young man went over & above to advise me. His customer service was superb, his manner professional & his ideas to resolve my problem was extremely helpful. Hang on to this exemplary employee. No matter where Marcell is working, he'll take this fantastic work ethic with him. Awesome employee dedicated to performing any position beyond the call of duty!

This store is slow. I stg. I asked dude 5 times if the tool he was selling me would fit, and he assured me every time that it would, every time.. get home, tool is for a 1998 and newer.. I have a 1984.. this was explained lol ..and he told me I could return the tool if opened. Am I supposed to believe his guarantee too?? Waste of everyones time. We all have deadlines, can't be running around everywhere to fix your daily.

I came in with a reference can, the gentleman at the counter knew where it was off the top of his head and i was out of there in 5 mins. Amazing. It’s the little things in life.

Very nice people, and they were willing to loan me a tool to change my battery.

For whatever reason, the manager couldn't change out my windshield wipers...he was polite and did try but the amount of near panic of having a snowstorm coming into town and one broken wiper on a holiday weekend. Yikes Took it to Auto Zone less than five minutes later the same exact blades were successfully installed.

Looked up a brake light and need 3 of them and none of them fit my car.... i loooked it when i got home and found it in 5 mins.... they think they know they're parts and cars but they dont....

Great experience here. I worked a woman who said she worked at a different location but was filling in here. She was knowledgeable, kind, honest, and so helpful.

Helpful and had my brake light bulb in stock didn't have to wait for it to come in which was a relief

The staff is soo helpful. We were from out of state and broke down. The staff helped me get all the stuff I need for parts and asked if I needed any tools. Even made some calls to some local shops for me to ask if they would lent a hand.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly fast. I got brake lights and extra information (indulging my curiosity) faster than it would take to get a McChicken.

Great service. I needed my battery checked. Not only did it get checked, but he also installed a new one for me at no added fee!

I like O’Reilly auto parts. They stand by their guarantee on parts sold. They have a convenient way of keeping them In your history when you need to have the warranty covered.

I mostly go here because of their radio jingle..."O O O O 'Reillyyyyy, auto parts". Its very well done and I feel like "Get in the zone....Au-to-zone" is a little too 80s butt-rock for me

I didn't like my experience here. I walked into an empty and quiet store, went to look for an oil filter and oil. I routinely get these from a different local auto parts store, and from experience, I feel the prices were higher at this chain than others and was only given mediocre customer service. Would only come back here if I desperately needed to and didnt need help to bounce ideas off of.

Even though they didn't have the tools I needed to change the rear brake light of my fiancee's 2010 Ford Focus (I needed a longer hollow 10mm bolt wrench tip than they had) they were friendly and courteous. Didn't even put up a fuss when, defeated, I had to return the bulbs I'd just bought.

Excellent service with a wide range of in-stock products for auto, truck, camper adaptation. Definitely recommend this location if you have questions or need help with a project.

Stopped in here two weeks ago and received awesome service. The assistant manager Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the parts I needed and even price matched the part to Auto Zone. Everytime I have auto repair needs I will be going there from now on.

I bought a battery from an O'reilly in Franklin and it completely lost charge from sitting for a short period in the winter. And when I took it back to get a replacement they wouldn't do anything because it was just barely past warranty which was only 6 months. Never buying from them again.

Always a great experience. Staff has great knowledge of parts and can usually answer any questions.

Stopped here because auto zone didn't have a part in stock. They didn't have it either but the assistant manager Adam went above and beyond looking up parts to cross reference and find a way to help us. Besides finding out an answer to our special situation, he was also the most knowledgeable help I've gotten at an auto parts store in years. We weren't able to get everything we needed (no one had it regardless) but we left with a plan and solutions to get our car on the road again safely with what we did have.
