Women pay extra at Hale Park Auto. They make sure you'll feel confused so they get to upsell you on things that you never needed. I actually used to recommend Hale park auto to friends and family because they used to be cost-effective but more and more the friends who are ladies end up getting scared into paying for un-necessary extras.
Excellent service from start to finish! Called in, dropped off my car and picked up a loaner that evening — everything was ready by lunch the next day. Great, honest mechanics. I have taken several of my vehicles there and they do a great job everytime. They explain the problem well and the options to address it. Never try to up sell on service. They also have several loaner vehicles, so its great you dont have to worry about getting to work while your car is being repaired.
I spoke with Adam in service. He took the time I needed to understand the work I need done on my f-150 and was very straight forward and honest. I will use Hale Park again in the future and recommend it to anyone needs automotive work.
They have great service that is also fast, dropped of my car Thursday evening and they had the problem diagnosed by 8am on Friday and replaced 2 front wheel hubs and it was ready to pick up at 3pm.
They were very accommodating to bring in my vehicle, and worked with me to install the necessary equipment. I was very impressed in their honesty, and especially transparency in pricing and work. Definitely going to be returning for future work.
Really like this place. They are honest. They have a free loaner available which really helps me. They even recently squeezed me in because my car suddenly wasn't working and I was going out of town in 24hrs.
The service has been steadily declining in recent years. This will be the last time I come to Hale Park. I liked them as a shop because they would usually be able to give out a loner car, which is a rarity and a really nice benefit. I have always found them to not be a cheap shop, but they had always at least provided competent work. My 2015 Chrysler 200 had died suddenly even though the battery was tested, good, and practically brand new. I told them when I dropped off the car that the radio and screen had been malfunctioning recently and had totally stopped working, and within a few days the car would not start. I told them specifically that I don't think the battery could be the issue. They called me later in the day and said they were finished replacing the battery. They had chosen the kind of battery and did not call me to let me know what they had found or why they decided to change the brand new battery. When I called back to ask why they hadn't at least called me first, Max sounded extremely irritated and said they could put the old battery back in but they are still charging me for labor. I didn't contest it and left with the new and unnecessary battery after paying them 350 dollars. A week later my car would not start again. I had it towed AGAIN to another shop and paid AGAIN for a rental car. This shop actually listened to me and determined the issue to be a parasitic drain due to the malfunctioning radio. He unplugged the radio so it would no longer drain the battery and recharged the battery. He charged me half of what Hale Park charged me to do this work, and my car is working just fine now. So Hale Park Automotive essentially robbed me on that one; that's the last time I'll be going to them because all they had to do was listen to me, but what could I possibly know right? Really a truly stupid way to lose a customer of almost 10 years.
Hale Park Auto has worked on our last 4 vehicles. They have always done excellent work at a very fair price. Whenever we have an auto problem it's comforting to know we have a shop that can handle it in a timely manner.

Was told transfer case needed replacement for $3500-6000, depending on new or used. Got 2nd, 3rd opinion who said nothing wrong w transfer case. Also told rims were bent (they are not), but that they were aftermarket rims so they can't address. They were OEM when I bought car new! The 2nd opinion did I'd a broken spring, which wasn't id'd here. Have zero trust in this place
The Team of Eric, Max and Ben are phenomenal. Eric did a complex installation of my radar system in my Toyota Corolla. I was so impressed with their precision, attention to detail. I knew their would be prefect to do this install. I have been taking my Buick Park ave for servicing for many years now and she has almost 100,000 miles, thanks to Hale Park Automotives care. One day I was riding my motorcycle and I really needed help. I went to hale Parks auto a screw came off of my engine from the frame of my bike, I went and talk to the owner and he was very very helpful. Advise anybody to have any kind of engine problems any kind of vehicle problems to go look at those guys right there they always out to help anybody in need no matter what race or color helping people they love their customers and they love people thanks Hale Park for looking out and taking care of me.
Best place to take your vehicle hands down. They do quality work in a timely fashion and always have the best communication. They’re reasonably priced and don’t push you into fixing things that don’t need fixed! Can’t recommend enough!

FANTASTIC service, free loaner cars as long as you fill up the tank, wonderful place. The employees are super friendly and very good at educating you about what needs tti be done, how much it's going to cost, and what caused the issue. They can be a little more expensive than other mechanics but less so than most dealerships.... but their work is worth well above whst they charge, especially with the free loaner vehicles for repairs that take longer than a day. Once they fix something, it STAYS fixed!

I had such an amazing experience at Hale Park Automotive last week. I noticed some loud noises coming from my vehicle so I visited Hale Park Auto for the first time to have it inspected. I was concerned that I would not be able to get my vehicle in soon enough with my busy work schedule, but after talking with Ben Harris, he was able to allow me to use a loaner car so my work day would not be interrupted. They called me as soon as it was complete, and the price was much less than that the quote I got from the dealer I purchased my vehicle from. Hale Park Auto made a lifetime fan out of me because of their quality work, professionalism, and accommodation. I will be sure to recommend Hale Park Auto to all of my friends/family going forward.
