Car was gone for over 16 days, dropped off after inquiring about where it's been. Came back with muddy boot prints and gangster reclined seats on passenger side and water in the headlight and a dead battery along with driver door scratched to hell. Arrived missing my plates, registration, and insurance paperwork.
2018 Ford Escape destroyed in massive flooding this month in Milwaukee. All State Insurance uses Copart for title processing in Milwaukee. Took title in person and all was done in 10 minutes. Already received notice that payment would be made within 2 business days.

My vehicle was totaled and was sent to this property by my insurance. I had to retrieve a few items from my vehicle and the front staff was very friendly and efficient. However, the items I needed to retrieve were missing, personal items from my glove box/center console were scattered about and my spare change was gone.
Ins Co had veh towed there for accident damage appraisal. Ins Co put it at total loss. Went there to sign over title and retrieve personal property from the veh. Numerous items missing from the veh. Staff acted like it was no big deal. Piece of crap company
Copart is a scummy excuse for a business. Jeff Jordan and Copart in Franklin are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They steal licenses plates, registration, and personal items. It seems to happen often because everyone acted like it was commonplace. I pray for you if you have to use their services like I was forced to through my insurance. Even after weeks of asking them to make it right they still have yet to return my stolen plates or pay for a new registration.
This place is a scam, they will sell you one thing and when you pick it up either the key is missing or something else is wrong with it that they don’t show you, the manager and the General manager are both poor with customer service and they do not help at all they’ll just tell you to deal with it , this place is a scam , false advertisement, and poor management. Brought a car RUN AND DRIVE with KEYS PRESENT, I go to pick it up the car is locked with the keys and all they said was “we can’t do anything about it”
The towed my still working car without even getting in contact. Just walked out car is gone. Thought it was stolen. They were supposed to pick up but never called with a day or time and then left no paper work nothing. Called to see if they had the car and they want paperwork and numbers I don't have , and cannot tell me ANYTHING without them.
Called they said they never toe a car without contact, told em well, now you do. Just did.
Then once I confirmed they had it through insurance. They assumed the car was totaled and now title signed over to insurance company but it wasn't it isn't and it's my car still
Couldn't do anyrhing for me but did take the licence plates off the car.
Ridiculous
Simply pathetic to deal with. They were supposed to pick up my trailer on 9/1. I decided to call them and they said they knew nothing about a pickup today. Long story short they dropped the ball on the pickup date and now they are saying a week later it will be picked up. Now I have to wait another week for my insurance to pay me out because they don’t have possession of it.

Waited over an hour for a car to get pictures taken and brought out to me. Waste of time and money coming here. I've got other cars to pick up I should not have my day revolve around 1 car. I can't even count how many transporters came and went with their cars while I sit here. Company is a joke and so are the employees. Lord knows I wish I could bill them for my wasted time.
They tell you the car is a run and drive but after you pay for the car they say we don’t guarantee the keys in the car! Then how is it a run and drive? If you don’t have a key the car can’t start
Nothing but hidden fees, the employees wont speak to you. There's is no information. They sold me a vehicle telling me that i can repair it, now im finding out There's no title which means i spent $1500 on a lawn ornament.
However there were 2 nice ladies inside the building and 1 nice guy outside that helped me best as they could. The company itself makes this whole process extremely difficult for customers. Ill never buy anything from Copart again.
