They do phenomenal work. Could not have asked for better quality of repairs.

Don’t recommend or would not use for tailgates at least first of all they are friendly and give estimates right on the spot. Down sides is that it took almost 2 months to put together a tailgate and never gave me any etas i felt like i had to keep calling in to get them to finish the project.when i received my finished tailgate i noticed right away that the camera was not working so i go back in and he shrugs it off and doesn’t offer to see why its not working or anything so when i get home i opened the tailgate and heard a loud crunching sounds and noticed the tailgate was resting on my back bumper with slack in the tailgate cables it ended up scratching my brand new tailgate. Long story short spent 2 hours fixing everything to get the camera to work and the tailgate to function properly. Will not use again

These guys are out of this world. Customer service is outstanding and the craftsmanship of their work is great too. Honest business people which is hard to come across. Don't look past these guys! We have had work on multiple vehicles here and have been satisfied time and time again.

I cannot say enough good things about the shop and the employees. Heidi in particular was excellent in keeping in touch and letting me know what was happening with my car. Getting my rental was smooth and easy as well as dropping it off. Thank you for helping me find the bright side in a bad situation. I’ve had my car back for a day and it looks amazing!

I trust no one else to get repairs taken care of. Fisco is my go to shop. Excellent customer service.

Stopped in to get an estimate. They got to me right away, wrote up the estimate, and answered my questions. I need to get a couple more estimates. But based on the estimate process, I would definitely consider getting the work done here. Stay tuned....

I have used Fisco Auto Body for about 10 years. My latest screw up was smashing a nice big dent in the tailgate of my pickup truck. I ordered a new tailgate and dropped it off at Fisco. Mike emailed today to say it was all painted and ready to go. He even loaded it in my truck for me to take home and install. I felt the price was very fair and the quality is just top notch. I’m afraid to use it. It looks to nice now !

Fisco did a fantastic job fixing my wife's 72 Oldsmobile Delta 88. Unbelievable how well they were able to straighten some fender damage and match the 50-year old paint. And, their quote was very competitive compared to others (not the least expensive but they were very thorough in explaining what they would be able to do and honest about the timeframe required). I highly recommend using this excellent company!

Fisco Auto Body is the BEST!! I was on my way from Oxford Wisconsin to a concert in Milwaukee. A tire on a semi truck exploded and debris flew everywhere. Unfortunatrly, I drove over a huge piece of rubber. I was able to continue driving and I thought everything was okay. However, on the exit ramp to 794 I iheard a terribe sound from underneath my car. My engine shield had partially come off and was dragging on the road. So first thing next morning, I called Fisco and explained the sitiation. Ron told me to come right over and they would do what they could to get me back on the road and to my home in Oxford, Wisconsin. I limped my way to Fisco and when I arrived, they got my car in and made a temporary fix to get me roadworthy. They were so kind to me that I arranged to get the necessary parts through them and have them complete the repair. I set up another appointment wih Fisco. When I arrived for my appointment, they once again got my car in and got me back on the road. Ourstanding custumer service is hard to find in today's world; however, Fisco exceded even my high standards for service. Well done Ron, Mike and Heidi !! When this happened, I did not know what I was going to do. I was pretty frantic. But one phone call to Fisco and they put my mind at ease. I will always be profoundly grateful to them all, and cannot recommend them enough.

Brought my car to Fisco after I heard nothing but great reviews and referrals from friends. Brought them my car that was involved in a rear end collision. They had my car the first time for about 2 weeks and they called me to come pick it up and it was TERRIBLE!!!!!! Hair in the paint, defects in the brand new bumper, trunk not aligned AT ALL, tail lights not fitting correctly, the list goes on. I asked them to fix it which they did. Got a call about 2 weeks later again to come pick it up. Paint was better, trunk alignment was better, but tail light fitment bad, if not worse from the first time. Shop quoted job first at $4200 after they got into it raised the price $1900 with no extra parts needed to repair the car. I guess it was all labor but for what I have no idea. End of the day I do NOT recommend this place to anyone except for people that don’t care how their car looks like after a repair. This place needs to learn about fitment, and gaps on panels/parts. Word of advice for the company DO NOT call the customer to pick up their vehicle when it is NOT in delivery condition, makes you look really bad. Again, do not recommend this body shop to anyone. I will never go back to this body shop.

Fisco Auto Body are truly one of the best auto body companies in the Milwaukee area. They are a family business and have been going strong since 1931. I just picked up my truck which had $15,000 in damaged and my truck looks like brand new. They stand behind their quality work and you can count on them to get it done right. Only perfectionists will remain in business as long as they have. Almost 100 years and going strong!

Fisco did a great job on my vehicle after 2 animal collisions back to back. All staff were very friendly and informative and got me in for an appointment as soon as possible. They were able to fix both repairs at the same time. They even set up my rental for me. I did have to go back for a minor issue after the repair was completed but they fixed it right away. I will come here again for any future repairs as Iv had good experience with them and I’m happy with the results on this vehicle and my last. Thanks Fisco!!

Another great job by the folks at Fisco Auto Body. I ran over a low curb and backed into a metal post in Milwaukee, and scraped the side of my 1-year-old car. It took a while to get in to the shop, but worth the wait, they always do a great job there. Thank you.

For this being my first contact with Fisco I'm impressed with how genuine the staff is. Each person I've delt with. No body work to do. A water leak. Just Fisco trying their hardest to figure out a puzzling interior water leak. I'm appreciative that they were glad to try and help. No wonder they've been in business so long.

Great family owned business. Ron was very helpful and honest with the estimate. When my daughter brought her car back to be fixed, they got her in and out. Will highly recommend!!

I had ordered a fender piece for my car but didn’t have the proper tool to take out the broken pieces before putting the new piece on. I stopped in to Fisco just to see what they would quote. A gentleman came out right away to assist! I will definitely be back for future repairs! 10/10

Fisco helped me repair my car after an accident. They worked with insurance and even got my Enterprise rental ready. They were exceptionally kind. Super easy to work with and the repairs looked great. We did have a few issues after the repair. But they are working to fix those and they have made to very easy me. Having your car need collision repairs is already stressful enough. And they took the weight of that worry off my shoulders. They truly went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone. I was rear-ended on the freeway, during rush hour, in 2017 Rav 4. The repairs took roughly a week to complete. My only complaint is that the trunk of my vehicle was rather dirty when I got it back. And my spare tire had someone's foot prints on it. I'm not entirely certain how it happened. Or why someone was standing on my spare tire. But that is as far as my complaints go. Being a family owned business that has been operating for 50 plus years, I'm not entirely sure how long of operating, but they've been open awhile! They made me feel like family. And that's important to me. They treated me with the utmost respect and hospitality. They took my concerns seriously, and didnt make feel dumb for knowing nothing about cars. Took the time to explain to me what was needed, in layman's terms. It was a great experience!

Mike and the receptionist where a pleasure to work with. I'm very aware there are auto body shops that lure you in with promises of no deductibles, but make no mistake about it sometimes its not worth it. Mikes quote and repairs were on piont and completed in a timely manner. Job well done! Excellent quality and price. Had a minor scratche and needed to get it fixed. A mainline Toyota referred body shop quoted $580, which was way too much in my opinion. Fisco in Franklin quoted and did the repair for $235. The repair is invisible. Great work.

I had Fisco repaint my 2011 Chevy 1500 which the body was in great condition, but the silver paint was hurting. I picked a deep, deep dark red that looks black in any low light. It took a little longer than expected, but I told them to take their time. It was well worth the wait!!! It is metallic, it only shows up in the sun or with bright light. Great job Fisco! Yes, that color in the attached pictures is red.

Absolutely the place to go to for auto body and paint. The shop/office is very clean. ALL staff is respectful and courteous. The work is top notch. Even for the pickiest of customers.(I am one) your car is one of your biggest purchases, have people that respect that, repair it. :)

The owner Mike was SUPER nice! I have a brand new car and unfortanetly something minor happened to it. I was referred to go to Fisco’s auto body by a previous customer and loved the service I revieved!! Was done very quickly, for a great price. I would recommend going here!

I had a rear bumper replacement done here. They did a first-rate job that came in at the estimate they quoted me. Went back about a year later for some minor work needed on another area, and they were able to take care of it in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done.
