This review doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My car completely locked on me while it was on drive. This company towed my car to them and had my car for over 5 days only for them to tell me that they couldn’t find anything wrong with it so the ONLY thing they did was charge me for them charging my battery... I had my car looked at again and this person found the problem within 15 mins of having my car… yall had my car for 5 days and didn’t find anything and still charged me!?? Won’t EVER come back to this place again. I know for a fact you guys didn’t even look at my car until I had to call for when I can come pick it up. No way it took you 5 days to charge my battery for 20 mins when that wasn’t even the problem.

My wife's car had a check engine light come on with a transmission code. A web search made me worry it might be a very expensive repair. Tom and the crew found that a mouse had chewed wires, which caused the problem, and then took the time to keep the car for several days to make sure they had solved the problem. A shady mechanic could have soaked us for a lot of money. We are truly grateful for the honest service, attentiveness, and a bill that was 10% of what I was worried it would be. Thank you so much.

Called at 715 pm looking for a tire because my sister had a flat. The owner drove to the shop after hours to look for one with no hesitation. He did not end up having one but the willingness to help was very appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to call again if I was in need

I'm from out of town and was just passing through the area, but had an emergency on the road and looked for the nearest auto shop. Becker was only a few minutes drive and was and to help me right away! The staff was clearly knowledgeable and very friendly. I was extremely impressed by their service, their pricing was very fair, and Iwas able to get to my destination on time, despite the emergency. Thank you, Becker!

This man went out of his way to help my mom and I when her car broke down and no one else was open. Towed us in for an emergency repair. Great prices and a mechanic who actually knows what they're doing! Great place

I had the tire blow out on my trailer at 6:30 in the monring. Tom and one other guy came to the shop early to help me out. Very helpful, very nice. Great service!

Fantastic auto repair and customer service! I was traveling alone with my dog when my car broke down near Westfield. Locals recommended Becker. The young gentleman showed up quickly with the tow, helped get my large dog in (and out of) the tow truck. I’m sure he could tell I was nervous; he walked me through the process and reassured me I’d be back on the road soon. The owner and family were friendly while we waited; giving us a shady place to relax and filled a bowl of water for Sarge. My car was fixed quickly and we were able to continue to our vacation destination. The price was a lot less than I was anticipating. I am so thankful my car broke down where it did for Becker Auto to help me!

Lost a tire heading south on my trailer, I dropped it off and left a note. They called me and had it fixed when I got back. Great service. Friendly staff. If you've got a problem close to Westfield. This is the place to go

Would absolutely not recommend to ever get your vehicle worked on or looked at here. We took our truck here on a specific date that they told us too. We waited and heard nothing about a week later so we called and couldn't get anyone to answer finally someone would answer and we would get answers like oh I'm sorry. We're behind and haven't gotten to it yet. Okay. This went on for 2 MONTHS. Finally the last phone call they lied to us, stating they started to look at it when they had not and we straight out caught them in a lie about it because we kept asking questions about it. When we said we were just going to come get our vehicle and take it else where because they had done NOTHING for 2 MONTHS they said that's a good idea. Wow. Will never recommend anymore or use. Complete waste of our time when we could have had our vehicle someplace else actually being looked at and not us being lied to by a business.

We had a tire blow out and came across Becker auto service. Jacob was great and I would highly recommend for auto/tire service if in the area.

This guy and his shop were a godsend. We had our heat shield on our 4Runner come loose and he came in on a Saturday to fix it. We were on our way up north for a week vacation, so we were so grateful for his help. Then on our way home our boat trailer tire blew out and he had our size in stock and came in on a Sunday to replace them. We were very happy to have found such a friendly and honest shop.

Blew a tire on the way to work to Westfield, and I got no spare tire. Called Becker, and Jacob came with a spare. He hooked it on quick and easy, and I was on my way back on the road. Great services and Jacob was awesome, I recommend!

Settled on 3 stars. 5 stars for the tow and being available when needed. 1star for charging $40 per day while I tried to deal with the aftermath of my car breaking down on the highway while I was out of town on a Friday and then charging me $120 for my car in their lot while they are closed on the weekend. Very ticked off about being taken advantage of in this manner. Paul

Traveling north on I39 and could tell something wasn’t right with our boat trailer wheel. It was on the edge of popping. Stopped by this auto shop around 2pm on a Saturday. Shop closes at 12 but Jacob came to the rescue in 10 min after we made a call. Fixed up both tires within 45 min. Thank you for saving our Saturday!

Jacob took a call after hours on a late Sunday afternoon for an emergency tow and tire replacement. 30 minutes later we were back on the road at a fair price. What more could one ask for on a Sunday afternoon? Thanks Becker Auto Service!

Top Notch Local Auto Service Center! Highly Recommended- Family owned since the early 1900's when it started with Horse & Buggy. My wife and I had a flat tire on the way home from our vacation- their Service was Fast and Very Professional. Thanks again Gents! God Bless

Best ever in Westfield!!! I want share my experience I had today when I had alternate shot this morning and came in they replaced it same day and good reasonable price and got done on time and easy communication. Willing communicating to work out and they have good knowledge of it and quick work. Definitely recommended for anyone to have automobile repair.

Very kind people. They helped us when we were stranded. They got our SUV fixed in less than a week even though they were swamped. They could have taken advantage of us as we didn't have a choice, but they were honest and only charged what was needed and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Becker Auto Service Center saved us when we had car issues on a road trip! They took our call on a Sunday and got our brakes fixed as quickly as possible, and even gave us rides to and from a local motel. Highly recommend!

We blew a tire on our trailer on our way home from camping. Called and they had our tire in stock, they asked if we coming right over because they would be Closing down for lunch, waited for us to get there, immediately grabbed our rim, put the new tire on, installed it on our trailer and got us back on the road home. Great price, great friendly staff. Glad they are only 2 towns away. Will definitely use their services again! Thanks guys!

We got a flat tire on our way up north. They responded very quickly, loaded up my family and dog in the tow truck, and got us back on the road in less than an hour all fixed up and good to go! They even had a bowl of water for my dog to drink because it was very hot and we weren’t very prepared. I was so thankful for them!!

I stopped this Labor Day weekend on a Sunday. Our car was acting up. They took us right in and worked on our car. It didn’t end up needing any parts and took about an hour to fix. Tom only charged me $40.00 for his troubles. Super honest and super friendly. Thank you!!

They were great! Had a flat on my SUV on JCT 39 driving with a trailer at night in the winter and they came quickly and knew what they were doing! Jacob was very pleasant and his Uncle (the owner) was also very pleasant. It was $168 for a tow on a flat bed, pulling our trailer and changing the tire. Would recommend them for sure!!

We were traveling on hwy 51 when our van broke down on a Saturday and needed to be towed in for service. The employees were courteous and quick. I thought we would have a huge bill because it was Saturday and we were trapped. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a bill that was comparable to normal maintenance. I highly recommend their service.

The guys at Becker Auto were incredibly helpful! We broke down on I-39 during an icy snow storm. Within 20 minutes Jake had us towed back to their garage where we were greeted by a very friendly dog named Mia. They quickly assessed the issues with the car. Unfortunately it was later in the day, so we had to stay overnight. The owner (a sweet older gentlemen with some good stories) drove us to our hotel and they had it fixed by 11am the next day!
