We drove 7 hours to buy a truck from this guy. The price of the vehicle changed multiple times during that drive. We ended up purchasing the truck for mor than originally agreed upon price because it was supposedly fixed. We only made it maybe two hours away before the check engine light came on. We made it home, but multiple codes came on and put the truck into limp mode. Haven't even gotten to drive our new truck, beyond the trip home. We now have to spend another 2k to fix the truck. Also dude was very unprofessional, and it took two weeks for us to get the title.
John was nice enough, but the pricing was inconsistent (it changed multiple times in the span of a couple days) vehicle had a large issue less than 1 week after purchase that requires significant repair (sold as-is and he stands by it!) paperwork took longer than necessary - 2+ weeks before I received the title for the vehicle. I'm sure you can get a decent vehicle here by luck, but do your homework and thoroughly inspect it professionally before purchase.
Bought my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat in August of 2021. Have been nothing but satisfied with the entire deal. The owner John is as trustworthy as they come. Had to have the truck worked on this Fall (ok with 185,000 miles on the truck anyone has to expect work needing to be done) and John was quick and attentive. The cost of the work was so much less than I had expected it to be. Won't go anywhere else to have my truck worked on. John also gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. You should make sure to buy and have your vehicles worked on at this place. And I am as about car repair illiterate as they come. Never felt like I was taken advantage of because of my ignorance. Go see this guy - you won't regret it!
Wouldnt take my car there again..his brother blew fuses in my car during an intoxalock instalation wich left him stumped.. bids for a 2 hour job...it took them 8 hours....after trying to have me help him diagnose the car. They still soaked me 120 dollars..arrived at 1230pm left at 8pm...killed the rest of my day, we noticed down the road, turn signal was not working..called an notified them they laughed in my face told me to drive back..i live 1hr:20mins away they wouldnt compensate my time or gas money..if you want some 1 to talk to this youre place..you want youre vehicle worked on properly, and done on time.. i recommend going some where else
Phenomenal service, I needed help because my starter went out on my pickup and I am three hours from home. Bill did a great job fitting me in at such a short notice. He got my truck done quick. I cant thank him enough for such professional work and great work done. I highly recommend their services.
Had some new tires mounted and balanced at the local Walmart - which turned out to be a big mistake. The car about shook me out of the drivers seat. I brought it back 2 more times and it was obvious they had no clue how to balance a tire. One quick trip to John @ 141 auto and my car rides like it should.
