Stopped on New Years Eve Day at noon, didn't realize they were closing at noon. I had just broken a windshield wiper and they saw me in the parking lot and reopened the store quick so I could grab a new wiper. Getting harder and harder to find that kind of customer service. I will definitely be back!
Jason his staff are very personable. He will get you scheduled in quick. He is honest and very reasonable. I also work at Trico in transportation. We take all 11 of our vehicles to him for 6 month inspections for MDOT and other maintenance needed.
We came from southern Michigan on a long trip to nearby Norway. When coming through Escanaba, we heard the tell-tale signs of tired rear brake pads in need of changing. While that is fairly ordinary and Breeze was able to do the work well, Jason assured us that we could get the fix done while still in Norway, and all for a more-than-fair price. Jason’s customer service, kindness, and attention to detail in letting us know an update at every turn were beyond notice and certainly appreciated. Breeze Auto more than earns five stars from me.
Jason was awesome, very personable and didn't talk to me like I'm a dumb girl, after some doing he diagnosed the problem as a bad starter, was able to quickly repair and get my car back to me. Highly recommend!
Our UTV battery went dead just south of Niagra. We called and asked if they had a battery, but no luck. Pierre said hold on, I'll call our other store, they did have one and brought from Iron Mountain to Niagra. We were good to go in less than an hour!! EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They are efficient and don't treat me different because I am a female....Jason and the guys in the mechanic shop are EXCELLENT and are TOP NOTCH in the quality if service they give their customers.......I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!

It's very convenient to have an auto shop that's closer to my house and they are straight forward about everything as an automotive parts and repair shop should be.
