I recommend Doug 100%. You won't find a better, more professional, more expert, kinder person to service your vehicle. Doug went way, way above and beyond for me. Late in the day on Dec 26 (a holiday) I had serious car trouble on the highway going back to St. Paul, MN. I had issues with my exhaust system that made my car undrivable. I couldn't find anyone to look at my car and I thought I would be stuck back in Wausau until Doug answered my call. He IMMEDIATELY came out to where my car was and towed it and my family to his shop in Killdeer. In literally one hour he was able to perform "temporary repairs" that had my car up and running so that I could safely get my family back to St. Paul. He took me under the car and explained everything that was wrong and the comprehensive repairs that I needed once I got back home. And his rate was very reasonable. He really was a life-saver. Thank you so much. This is the man you want working on your vehicle.

Doug at killdeer has done work for me in the past. He does amazing work in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

Poor customer service. Unprofessional behavior. Communication was limited, dismissive and volatile. Decided to add charges to my bill when I had my vehicle moved, including storage fees and one hour of labor to put a tire on. Doug discussed absorbing these additional cost only if I allow him to fix my vehicle, “. . . out of the goodness of his heart”. Discussed my insurance coverage and damages with others. Beware!

Went above and beyond, making sure I got on the road safe and warm!! Best service
