Incredible service! My dad is disabled and is unable to get out of his vehicle, he needed a new battery and not only did the employee come out and install it in 19 degree weather but rang it up for him as well. He also made sure he actually needed a new one instead of just trying to make a sale. We really appreciate you guys thankyou so much!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Our windshield wiper flew off while driving on the highway in a terrible rainstorm. We called O’Reilly’s 1 minute before closing & Dillon said he would stay open until we got here! He even stood in the rain & put it on our car! Thanks Dillon! O’Reilly Fan For Life! ☘️
Dyliin at ORielly is a responsible and courteous man. He quickly replaced our wiper blades while juggling other customers. Dyllin is a wonderful example of diligence and a credit to to ORielly organization. Not the nicest day to be doing this.

The manager was extremely helpful. Checked my fuses for me and offered to diagnose my heater problem, while driving through on a road trip. The new associate being trained was doing all he could to help too. Thank you.

Went in for a new wiper blade. They sold me one then offered to install it. After spending 15 minutes trying to find a part to make it work, he apologized and refund my money. That was excellent customer service. He could have said to bad, it's your problem. He didn't.
Nothing against the stores any of the stores because they're usually very helpful however the O'Reilly's website is the most ill managed terrible uninformational website ive ever been on......when you can get on it
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I had a set of headlight bulbs burn out in less than a year. Went back to the store for replacements, and was told of the 1yr warranty on them. Since I use their rewards card, they could see exactly when I purchased them. Ended up with a free service thanks to the warranty, and the staff knowing their products.
