5 out of 5 stars. Would use again. Which i did. In the same day. On the same street. Great service both times, plus did not make me feel like an idiot and that was much appreciated.
Went above and beyond! Instead of simply showing up and towing my vehicle took the time to see if he could find out why the vehicle wouldn't start. Found out it was a simple fix, we went to the nearby auto store and got the part needed, he replaced the old with the new, and only charged the same amount I was quoted for the tow. I would highly recommend.
Justin Eldridge went above and beyond to not only make sure my vehicle was safe but to help diagnose the problem and look for solutions for me. Honest, fair, and trustworthy. My things were safe with him until I could retrieve them a few days later. I’m impressed. I couldn’t keep the truck, but I know exactly who is on my speed dial if I need emergency roadside assistance. And it’s who I’ll request through my insurance as well.
The owner is VERY professional and truly knows his craft. I had a unique tow of a loaded but broken down trailer, and he figured it out (and had it at my house) faster than I thought possible.
I can't tell you how pleased I am with your service. Justin was nothing but helpful and reliable. I wish I would have gotten a hold of you guys B4 the cops. It was mind blowing how fast he got it done. A job very well done and would recommend you guys to anyone and will call you right away if this were to happen again (hoping not) lol. My experience was made out to be very positive I’m thankful for the kind charismatic characteristics when it came to getting the job done, he was on it. Answering all questions also fast to accomplish what I needed without any issues or problems unlike other towing companies in my past left me feeling negative results as if I was an issue/problem just taking up their time giving a bad attitude making it difficult to want to proceed in the future if I’d ever need help again with a towing until I found this company. I was relieved speaking to Eldridges Top Towing who instantly resolved my issues with welcoming get it done atmosphere + going above and beyond with all positive aspects someone would expect.

Towed my car after I got into an accident. He was very kind and understanding. He even helped me clean my car out while my ribs were still healing from the accident. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would recomend to anyone that needs a tow.

I broke down about 30 miles from my house over the weekend about 2 weeks ago. Eldridge's Top Notch Towing was very quick to respond. I was in a classic bronco2 and they went the extra mile to be careful with my vehicle. The guys at this company rock! Car broke down out in the boondocks. Expected to be there for hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they arrived to tow my car in. After I lost the wheel on my boat trailer Justin went out of his way to bring extra tools and took extra care loading it so no more damage was done. He even took the time to unload it right into the shop so there was no more hassle on my part. Prices were more than reasonable. If I could give 10 Stars I would give 11! Thanks again!!!

After caring neighbors tried to help us we got further in the ditch and AAA put us off for five hours. By then it started sleeting and snowing, the roads were getting dangerous. We called every towing service in the area. Jason was the first to answer. He was there in the time he said he would, and took the extra precautions he felt necessary to get us out, without damaging our car. We are very greatful Jason for your professionalism, and concern for our vehicle.
I hit a deer on my way home from a weekend out of town. Eldridge towing was fast, professional and made me feel safe and comfortable. When he stopped for me to use the restroom at a gas station, he checked to make sure the car was secure. We had a nice conversation during 1.5 hour tow and I appreciate that as it could have been a long awkward ride with a stranger. I wouldn't hesitate to call again for service in that area.

He actually laid under my car on gravel to manually fix & put rubber plug on hoke in my tire. He personally drive to Antigo & back to buy a tire patch!
He fixed ture do I was not stranded and could literally get back home & drive to dealership next day.

I slid off a county park road on a Sunday morning. I called Edridge's Towing and the owner came out in 45 minutes. It was a cold day and sitting in the car would not have been safe. Two other companies were called by my AAA service and apparently said they would not come out to that park as it was too far. So grateful for the timely service!
I had to get my wheel bearings fixed. He took my vehicle while I was working and had it back within a few hours. I was very impressed with the timing of the fix and the price on labor was very competitive. I will be going to him for any further mechanics I need on my vehicles
I don’t often do reviews but this time I have to. I took a wrong turn and ended up lost and then out of gas on a very rural road at 1-1:30am. There were only 3 options for area I was and only this company actually answered my call. Justin was my absolute hero that night and was able to find me, get me gas and jump start me as my battery died too. It was a scary ordeal and he was kind and professional and helped me get on track with directions so I made it safely to where I was headed. Huge thank you!! So grateful this service was available.
We are SO thankful that this company is still providing around the clock service. Our truck broke down late on a Saturday night, 2.5 hrs from home! They answered our call with a real person and came to get us & our truck as soon as they could - which happed to be right away! Mr. Eldridge is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a mini transmission fluid emergency with our corvette at the tail end of fourth of July weekend up in Elcho. Eldridge's was able to get us towed and fixed in no time! He probably saved us days worth of headaches given where we live and the inconvenience of having to drive back up if it wasn't fixed right away. The starter went out in my truck in the McDonald's parking lot in Antigo on a trip from Milwaukee to Rhinelander. I called Eldridge Top Notch Towing, and I'm sure glad I did. Their response time was very fast, and on arrival proceeded to do a starter check to make sure it wasn't something simple like a loose cable-wire or weak battery. He loaded up my truck and then stopped at a local car parts store and picked up a new starter on the way to his shop. He installed the starter with great professionalism, and needless to say from time of pickup to on the road in under two hours. And at a great price. I would highly recommend to anyone to call Eldridge towing before calling any other towing company. The service is in the name Top Notch, can't thank them enough.
I had the worst day. And to top it off my car battery died. I was on the phone with my insurance that has towing. And after waiting 45 minutes on the phone with them they found eldridge's top notch towing. The driver showed up faster than the expected time. He jump-started my car. He went above and beyond. He Met me at Riley's Auto parts. He helped the gentleman take out my battery and replace it. I would definitely recommend eldridge's top notch towing. They were like an angel saving me. My day was made so much better and I couldn't be more greatful to that driver.
