Ordered metal dumpster for a out of town job. Was told it would be delivered by end of week. Saturday sent 3 guys to job.. no dumpster, no call nothing....Heard this was a shady company, guess you just have to find out the hard way sometimes.

As many other customers confess, they are misleading. BEWARE!!! They will not accurately or honestly discuss any matter regarding "rust" on very expensive parts, as it seems to be present on all of their items.
We have been patient & too kind. They are rude & do not respond to any of our repeated communication attempts thru all avenues.
They have now decided to instead try to point the finger at us, break the law, & attempt to slander/defame completely unrelated people & businesses in another state—purely out of greed.
We will ensure our reviews of their business on all pages are widely shared, until they do the right thing & simply move on.
Went their with aluminum cans. My vehicle weight with the cans was 6200. After taking the cans out of the truck it was 6120. I was told by others to take photos, but forgot. They paid me for 40 pounds. $19. My slip said 6160. It was 8 large bags totally crushed. Basically got screwed.
Stopped and paid cash for my part and shipping,was told it would be there in 2 days,part never showed up.so I called they said let me look into it.ill call you back shortly,never called back ,then there closed all weekend,. remember I olny live 22 miles away.
They will rip you off go elsewhere. They took 50 of the 55 cents a pound i should have gotten off after i unloaded because "it could have staples in it"i lost out out on 80 dollars dont let it happen to you
ANDY LIES AND REPRICES ITEMS ONCE YOU CALL IF OTHER YARDS ARE LISTING AT HIGHER PRICES. THEN SAYS "IT JUST GOT HERE AND WAS PRICED WRONG LAST NIGHT" WHEN I QOUTED MY CUSTOMER THE SAME STOCK NUMBER 8 DAYS PRIOR TO CALLING TO ORDER IT.. GO BUY ELSEWHERE!!! THERE ALOT OF HONEST RECYCLERS OUT THERE, JUST NOT HERE!
450 dollars for a 2005 bumper and the color don't match I could understand if the color matched it saves you a paint job but brand new bumpers for the car don't even run 450 dollars... beware of this thief
Drove 280 miles for a windshield. When I got there they said they didn’t have one. I felt since I talked to them the day before they could have let me know not to make the trip. I didn’t even get an apology.
Nice place, clean, easy to navigate, driveway was wide and clear, not cluttered with debris. Decent prices. Staff was friendly, although you can tell they are on an hourly wage.
Very friendly and communicative staff. They will help you get what you need to replace parts or fix your vehicle and go the extra mile. I recently traveled to Antigo, WI to pick up a car hood for a Toyota SUV to deliver to auto body shop in Chicago, IL that was working on my other car back home. Unfortunately the worker who helped me that day gave me the wrong hood which fit a Volkswagen and not a Toyota. Like how was I supposed to know. That was upsetting, I drove out of the way to pick-up what was ordered. Two days later I called Cousineau to tell them about this error, and Justin worked with me to fix the error. A few days later my new and correct hood was crated and delivered to Chicago at no charge! They made good on what went wrong. Thank you again to Justin and Cousineau!
I had 4 scrap vehicles that needed to be removed from a property in Deerbrook. Cousineau came to pick up the vehicles on a Saturday (Labor Day weekend!). All of the vehicles were taken away that day, and the guy made two separate trips to Deerbrook from Antigo. He was nice, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of their services.
