Great experience. Rented a car to attend a wedding. Had a flat tire, the rental company was very difficult to deal with, but Al showed up to change the tire. Realized we were at a wedding, told me to get back to the festivities and he’d take care of the tire. Extremely impressed, the rental car company/AAA are very lucky he’s a part of their network!
Thanks to Dawson for saving the day!! Our friends boat trailer tire blew out and he went out of his way to help them get a new one on Labor Day! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I have a 38-foot Class A RV, which is no small task to tow, but they made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Alex was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Not only was the service prompt and reliable, but also very reasonably priced something that’s hard to find with larger vehicle tows. Alex went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier. I would give ten out of ten and will absolutely use their services again if I’m ever in the area. Highly recommended!

I’d highly recommend Al’s if you’re ever in need in the area. We were recently stranded in Governor Dodge State Park on a Sunday afternoon. Multiple other services were unavailable and it was looking like we’d need to spend another night but Al’s came through and were there in 45 minutes and got us to the repair shop before closing. The service and communication were great.
Al's Towing provided us with excellent service & went above & beyond to take outstanding care of us! This was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend as well. The owner came out within 15 minutes to check on us and survey the situation. He was so nice & assured us that he would have someone there in 45 minutes to take care of us. Dawson arrived within 30 minutes with a tow truck capable of not only transporting our truck, on the flatbed tow truck, but also pulling our travel trailer. Dawson towed our travel trailer to our campground and parked the RV in the correct campsite. He then arranged for our truck to be serviced by the best mechanic in town. Dawson then transported our truck to the diesel mechanic's shop. This family was such a blessing to us. Dawson and his Dad (the owner) were so kind & took the time to provide us with exceptional service and to be sure we were not stranded. They were professional and knew what they were doing, they were also concerned for our well being! Al's Towing & Dawson are outstanding!!
Again--Al is great. He saved me again. He has the right equipment to handle bigger vehicles and he has the understanding that time is critical. He always provides great service.
Al was amazing. We were on a 7 hour trip up north and one of the wheels on our trailer sheered off the lugs on the hub. AL showed up and fixed the trailer on a weekend and got us back on our trip. Can't recommend enough. Very professional and great service.
I can't thank Al enough. He has taking care of me twice in the last year. The last time was during a snow storm and no other towing service would come out until the next day. Al was there within an hour to get my plow truck out of the ditch. I was able to finish plowing my customers that night so they could all get out the next morning. Without Al, many of my customers would have been stuck in their home for another day. Thanks again Al.
I was out on the Green County Cheese Trail and I broke a transmission belt on my side by side. Someone drove up and told me to call Al's towing. I'm sure glad I did. They showed up in less than 15 minutes & offered to change my belt back at their shop. Dawson was the most helpful tow truck driver I've met, period. He had us back on the trail in less than an hour and we are a million percent thankful for his service. Al's towing saved the day. My family and I were vacationing up at lake joy from Illinois and my towing vehicle's brake calper piston blew out. He asked what kind of vehicle. After the conversation had ended on the phone I was worried that he would not bring a flat bed because mine is all wheel drive he showed up, with a flat bed, and he fixed it at his shop. And at a reasonable price. Great communication, prompt. Thank you Al!
Few things are scarier than being stranded away from home, but luckily Al's took good care of it. He worked outside of business hours and even came and got us forty minutes away when we couldn't get an Uber. Thank you for everything! My Taekwondo school UMAM was at a tournament in Boskevel WI. On our way home to Lansing IL we got a flat. I called enterprise rental and they sent a driver from Als. Hey nobody wants to need them, but it was great how they responded. The dispatcher said it would be 30-35 min and he seemed like he was sorry about that, but I think that’s great response time across county. At any rate the driver was there in exactly that time frame, vehicle was loaded safely on a modern flat bed, and we were outbound. Haven’t seen pricing yet (insurance road side left me stranded, paying out of pocket) but so far 5 star. Driver was a gent and the truck was very clean inside.
5:30 AM thanksgiving day 2021 I-lost control of my vehicle and ended up in a steep ditch against a fence. Al’s towing was called they were there super fast and wasted no time in recovering my vehicle. Friendly and professional for sure. I recommend using these guys if your in a tough spot.
I live in Mineral Point and I was broke down on the east side of Madison and needed my car towed back to Mineral Point when it was 9:30 at night.

While on vacation pulling a travel trailer our truck broke down. The Highway Patrol recommended Al's Towing. Al was great, easy to work with. Being unfamiliar with the local area he made an excellent recommendation for repair. Al treated us just like he would want to be treated. Excellent service!
