Wow! I am so impressed and grateful that AAA assigned me Brown's Services TPL. Scott was friendly, punctual, and very communicative throughout the entire process. He managed to tow not just one, but two large vehicles—a Sprinter van and a cargo van—an hour away to our mechanic, all in the same run. The conditions weren’t easy: our grass was wet, neither vehicle would start, and one of the passenger doors wouldn’t even close. Despite the challenges, Scott handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Scott and Brown's Services TPL to anyone in need of reliable, excellent service.

Fantastic. A tornado warning happened while we were waiting for the tow and they were very flexible and timely while valuing everyone's safety. So appreciative of their communication & responsiveness.

10 stars for this company on a 5 point scale! We needed a tow from a rest stop west of poynette, Wi. After a 4 hour wait for another company assigned by AAA our case was reassigned to Browns in Arlington. Superb customer and tow service from them. Within 20 minutes we had a call confirming driver’s name and ETA. Kyle arrived shortly thereafter. He was efficient with great & friendly communication. Provided lots of information about the area, repair services for our situation, rental car locations in close proximitry to our hotel. They were able to transport not only our vehicle and its 3 passengers but also our 2 huskies and cat. Kyle snd Browns far exceeded our customer service and accommodation expectations on every measure. Kyle even apologized for our delay on behalf of AAA tho the delay had nothing to do with him/his company. We could not more highly recommend Browns. The epitomy of great customer service!

I broke down in Madison and called Brown’s towing. They came out immediately and towed me back to the dealership in Arlington. Scott was very courteous and very proficient at his job. Very good experience overall.

They let me know when they had dropped it off at the garage. They were so prompt that the garage was able to still look that afternoon & get back to me with what was wrong with my car. Thank you Brown's & Kyle for the great customer service. I will definitely use them again & will recommend them to others.

Wow! This business goes above and beyond. Our tire blew out on mile marker 128 going 90 west near Madison and Tim came to rescue us within 15 minutes. I was so afraid as we were on the highway with our two small boys. Tim was incredible, reccomending tire shops and ways to get back on the road fast. We’re so grateful for Tim.

While driving home today the splash shield under my car started dragging horribly under my car. I pulled over at Brown’s as I didn’t want to keep driving on it and was hoping someone would be around for guidance. The owner immediately stopped what he was doing and came over to remove it for me. Very grateful for the kindness he showed me today. Will go back for my next oil change.

I had a front tire fall off and was wedged in and it created a pretty tricky situation to tow so when another company wouldn’t even try and tow me, Brown’s explained everything to me and the risks in towing my car and made sure i understood everything and I appreciated that so much I gave the ok and we got it towed to a shop, Tim was amazing! He figured out how to get my car towed given the difficulty of the situation and got it done faster than I honestly expected I am so grateful for everyone who helped me I highly recommend!

Friendly, quick, and a great deal on a tow! I called all around the local area for pricing and glad I did! For my 30 mile tow, it was $279.00..another local place from here quoted me $435.00. And another at $325.00. I called and within an hour they arrived! Scott was very friendly, safe, and knew what he was doing. He even showed me that I have a tow hook. Lol Thank you guys for thus service today!

Browns Towing but more specifically, Cayden Tredinnick took great care of me at my most desperate time of need. Mt trusted Chevy left me stranded on the side of the road and within the hour of me making a phone call Cayden came to save the day and the old tractor to the shop, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Very professional. You can tell they have spent time perfecting their skills. Thanks Guys!

When I was at work I noticed my cars tire looking flat. I called up BROWNS and they got someone out there right away!!. His name was Caden and he did an amazing job. He had my tire replaced super fast!

I can’t speak highly enough of Browns Towing and their driver Scott. We were 300 miles into a 650 mile trip when we had a vehicle accident. Scott willingly hooked up our vehicle and drove us 225 miles to our destination. He was extremely friendly and brought calmness to our chaotic situation. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the service we received from Scott at Brown Towing

Scott was wonderful!!! He showed up quickly after our accident. When he arrived on the scene he was concerned if we were alright. He got the car on the bed quickly then got us on our way. He gave us a tow 3 hrs away to our hotel since we were between states. He was an angel. My husband and I were so thankful. Scott is funny too. He made good conversations the whole way.

On our way to a Packers game and our RV blew out two tires. AAA had Jordan call me and arrange a tow. After I explained the whole situation, her and Kyle got a plan together to get us taken care of and on our way to Green Bay within a couple of hours. They towed the RV, arranged for tires to be at their shop, replaced the tires and even arranged for a driver to transport my 5 buddies who may have been drinking a little. I can't recommend them enough! My life got infinitely easier once Kyle and Jordan were in charge of my misfortune. Thank you Brown's!!!

Great service today. I had a flat tire driving on I90/94/39 this morning. AAA sent Steve from Browns and I was back on the road within 30 minutes of making the call. Very professional & thorough.

Everything from the driver picking me up at my house and then going to get the car, was awesome! He was knowledgeable and professional, made sure the car was on the truck safe, and when we arrived at Grahams auto he talked with a couple of the folks. As well he was a very nice person! Had car trouble out of state and used AAA for a tow to get us closer to home. Scott was the driver and he was so helpful, calm and professional during a very stressful time. He even let us ride with him 100 miles to Dubuque. Thank you for providing safe reliable service!

I had car problems during a business trip so I was not close to home. The drive who picked me up (I forgot his name) was very calm, friendly, and professional. He understood that having to call a tow truck is not a good day for anyone and was just great to deal with.

I don’t just let anyone touch my vehicle. I have now needed a tow for my 2009 G8 GXP twice in the last few years. I was extremely lucky that AAA assigned me to Brown’s Services (from now on I’ll call them directly!). I dealt with Scott today and Jordan last time. They were both extremely professional and courteous, and were VERY careful with “my baby”. They safely got it to my shop, and I will HIGHLY recommend them to others. I am very particular, and they have met and exceeded my expectations both time.

Jordan fielded and coordinated my AAA request with promptness and patience. Scott arrived in their brand new flat bed tow truck and moved my vehicle with ease. Scott is super friendly, kind, professional and courteous. I was not happy I needed to have my vehicle towed. Who ever is? However, once Scott showed up it all went smoothly. Extremely professional and helpful in every way. I HIGHLY recommend using them if you have car trouble in or around Columbia County.

I highly recommend Brown's Services! After my car died while driving down the Hwy, I was put in contact with Brown's towing. When waiting for the tow truck I received a call from Scott, who kept me posted on an expected ETA. We are on our way to Indiana and after filling with gas our car wouldn't start. AAA sent Scott form Brown's towing out to help us. Scott was very helpful and personable. He tried to jump start our car and that didn't work so he had to tow us to Madison. We really appreciated his help and kindness with us today. Thank you for hiring him so we got a chance to meet him. I was a car accident recently and had one tow company not show up the 4 hours and had Browns towing then assigned to get my vehicle late at night. I was told an hour but they arrived within 20 minutes. The driver and women with were very pleasant to deal with and were very understanding of my long wait due to the first company not showing up when they were supposed to. Just wanted to thank you and will use you everytime if I need a tow.
