I can’t say enough good things about Hubert’s Auto in West Salem. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, which immediately puts you at ease. What really sets them apart, though, is their honesty. They are not the kind of auto body shop that tells you something needs to be repaired or replaced when it doesn’t.
I’ve spent years searching for an auto body shop I could truly trust, and I’m so glad to finally say I’ve found it. I have complete confidence in Hubert’s Auto, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality work.

I don’t know how I’ve never left a review about this place before but I am now. I’ve been going to these guys almost since they opened up and they are very honest and trustworthy people. They’ve saved me several hundreds of dollars over the years and I couldn’t be more grateful.
They did a spray in Bed liner on my 2024 jeep gladiator it was nothing but top notch professionalism from this shop even having to remove the rack system from my truck and put it back on for a small fee of 60 dollars which is incredibly cheap compared to other shops. The Bed liner was only $559 which is the lowest spray in bed liner charge I’ve seen it’s honestly comparable to line x high end line of bed line. 10/10 call this shop to get work done. I will be using them for all future modifications made to my jeep.
Had car trouble while traveling, they basically told me to go somewhere else. Wouldn't take the time to hook up and tell me why my check engine light was flashing. Very unhelpful. Ended up finding an auto zone, a spark plug fixed the problem.
Traveling I 90, and during a gas stop realized my pop up campers’ tire was not in good shape at all! This was at 4:50 on a Friday evening. Called this shop out of a recommendation from a local women at the station and asked if they’d be willing to help change a tire quick. They were more then accommodating! Changed my tire,and had my daughters’ and I back on the road in 20 mins. And they did this at no charge! Huge shout out! Thanks so so much!
These guys are great. If you need work done on your vehicle I highly recommend this place. Honest, trustworthy and reasonable prices for work. Way better value than any dealership service department.
My first experience with Hubert's was an oil change last week and I was so impressed I made an appointment for today to get new disc brakes on the rear of my van. Another impressive job done. I was "on the clock" and didn't have time to sit in their super nice lobby so one of their technicians drove me back to my home office and when it was done, two hours later, one of owners actually came and picked me up! Thank you, Leah, Bob and Brian! Such GREAT Customer Service!! Well done team Hubert!! :)
I had an alignment done here. It was a bit delayed to start but once they got my car into the garage it went fast. Of all the places I called, their time estimate and price estimate were the most reasonable.
We have been bringing all of our vehicles here for many, many years, back when it was Randy Beers. I rarely say this, but I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are amazing. Honest. Trustworthy. High-quality work. Good communicators. There are times when I will get a quote from the dealer I bought my car from, and Hubert's beats them every time...by a lot. And I make sure to do apples-to-apples. Just today, our daughter brought her car in to have the AC fixed and get a brake estimate since she got one from a place near Milwaukee. Hubert's came in $250 less than the other place. She got the AC and brakes done...and still saved $100 from what the other place wanted for brakes alone. They have also went above and beyond to help with my Audi. Whether it's buying a specific tool or giving me recommendations that doesn't result in money in their pocket, they seem to always look for us. I have multiple other examples of them doing what's best for us, not them. Overall, if you are looking for a place and people you can trust, you have found it here at Hubert's Auto Care in West Salem.
I have used this business for years with my current and previous cars and have always been been pleased with their work. I feel they are very honest and reasonably priced. I even had a tow truck driver praise them when I had my car towed.
I've used Hubert's multiple times! They always get my vehicle in very quickly, and they call me with updates, so I know exactly what work is being done and what to expect price wise. I always feel good after picking up my vehicle from them, knowing they used the best quality parts for my vehicle. I Love their after hours drop box, it's a huge time-saver!!!

Folks are really nice. Even though they were covered up with cars that needed repair, they still got to mine and diagnosed it quickly. Unfortunately the machine they needed was being repaired so I had my car towed to a Ford dealership. Called them to settle up with them and I was told I owed nothing! Can't find service like that anymore and would highly recommend these guys.
They fine folks where able to fit our diesel f350. Awesome service work. My brakes failed while I was up in LA Crosse and they fit us in very busy schedule. Would highly recommend them......5 stars all the way..
Best mechanic I've been to. Travis and the guys are extremely professional and honest. I have never felt like I'm getting ripped off, nor have I been pressured into spending money I didn't want to spend. They are very good at recommending what work NEEDS to be done, and what work can wait. Competitively priced with other mechanics in the area. Even if they do charge more (which I don't think they do), they're worth it. As far as I can tell the work is exceptional. 10/10 recommend. They also have a shop dog, who is very friendly.
My coworker recommended that I go to Hubert’s for a routine oil change. They were able to fit me in a few days out, the price was super reasonable, and they went above and beyond to explain to me why I had a notification on my dashboard. One of the owners also has a friendly shop dog who greeted me when I entered! Overall, I had an awesome experience and highly recommend Hubert’s.
Received great service and the prices were much lower compared to other auto repair shops I've received quotes on. Plus they explained to me what my vehicle should have fixed now and what can wait. Really appreciated the price, time and quality service, thank you!
I cannot recommend Hubert's enough. I brought an older vehicle in that needed some custom repair work done. The work was done ahead of schedule and under budget. The quality of the repairs was excellent. I typically do my own repairs but this will be my go-to repair shop now.
I recently had my first experience with Hubert's and all I can say is that they have earned my families business going forward. I brought my car in for a routine 100k mile check up, Randy and Travis jumped on it right away and even touched up a couple small items while they were at all. Extremely well run business and the shop mascot is definitely a plus!
I recently was heading to LaCross from Tomah to get a time sensitive delivery for my Company Patriot place properties. I experienced a time delay with a tire blow out and I was able to slowly drive my van to there shop. Upon arrival they were quite busy. But instead of being short they took the time and re prioritized me and helped me swap my tires much faster than I could of on the side of the road and safely. They also didn’t bend me over when it came to compensating them. I would absolutely go back to them and would recommend them and there speedy service and friendly customer service any day.
My husband was on his way to a job in Iowa pulling the camper when suddenly his truck started overheating. He was stuck hours from home with no way back.
Thankfully the ford dealer in town recommended Hubert’s. They were wonderful!
They were able to get him in right away the next morning and he was on his way by the afternoon.
The guys were so nice and helpful. It was great to know he was taken care of far away from home.
And the cost was appropriate for what needed to be done.

Amazing service!! I was driving cross country and my car broke down at the gas station. They were able to fit my in quickly, gave me a really great price, and everyone in the shop was extremely helpful. I would highly, highly recommend.
I went in to find out about a slow leak in my tire. Not only was the staff very kind, they repaired the problem (screw in tire) quickly and the price was very reasonable. The waiting area is clean, friendly and inviting. There is an area with toys for children to play and they offer free Wi-Fi while you wait. I will definitely use the shop again.
