If I could give a negative 10 review I would. The owner of this establishment came to the vehicle only to tell us that we couldn't take the jeep. He needed more money than they quoted 2 hours before. He was a very rude man and then proceeded to tell us how we're "all just alike" all while there is a child in the car. He went to the jeep, raised the hood and was going to unhook the battery. What an embarrassment.
On another note ... The junk yard kitty meowed at me in a barking kind of manner, and almost jumped in to escape and it was adorable.
Our car broke down late Saturday night in a pretty rural area. They came and towed us to the closest dealer and even sent a car to get us to a motel at midnight. Very friendly and professional! I definitely recommend these folks!
Picked up my car 155 miles away from destination and they were great communicating and very helpful. Also they were on time with their delivery and did a great job.
Met the owner at 10:30p on a Sunday night after he towed a vehicle over 2 hours to get it to me. He was extremely nice and his communication was outstanding. He went above and beyond in multiple ways to make sure I was satisfied

A review does not do these people and their business justice for reflecting what you'll receive when you call them for help. Rahn answered my call when my truck royally broke down hauling my family, pets and our camper to the La Crosse area from Columbus. We were on the downslope of a hill around a blind corner on the shoulder when we broke down. He showed up within minutes of ending our call. He had his son come with in a personal vehicle to transport my family safely off the road who also helped us transfer everything to his car with a dedicated sense of urgency. Rahn towed my truck AND camper to his yard and then our camper to our destination which was 45 minutes out of his way. He helped us set up and even turned around after he left to give us some of the amazing salsa his wife makes. His other son and him dug into the truck to pinpoint what the cause and damage was and had the parts ordered immediately. Within days, they had everything up and running again and we picked up the following weekend due to distance. I gained immense respect for him, his family, their business and of course their salsa! If I'm ever down for the count and Rahn can help, he's the guy I'm calling. An unfortunate event was turned into an exceptional experience by one family and business going the extra mile.
My respect for this business is huge after the service we recieved from Rahn and his family. They went out of their way to get us off a very busy highway within minutes of our truck and camper breaking down. The response time was amazing and the fact that they were extra cautious about getting my toddlers off the road quickly to ensure safety. Between letting our dog ride shotgun, to carseat transfers multiple times, Rahn was very patient with us and went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we had what we needed. He offered to stop for water if we needed it and then towed us and our camper to our campground while he repaired the truck. Once we got to the campground he went the extra mile to help us get to our campsite and set us up for the weekend so we could still enjoy ourselves. Our gratitude is over the moon with our experience. The campground host asked all about Molling Towing and was very happy that she can recommend them to future campers in distress.
