Gunner and his team are absolutely amazing! I was kept informed and they walked me through the issues with my car. I came in for an alignment and there were more issues that needed to be addressed. They explained everything to me and kept me updated. They were all so professional and down to earth. I am truly so grateful to them!

UPDATE 9/17/24 I am now the owner of the above car. At over 200k things are wearing out. I've had the car back to Top Notch for maintenance items. They are always prompt and affordable. I picked up the car this morning after dropping it off without an appointment and getting a 24 hour turnaround. I left in a good mood because of price and service! Great work as usual.
After trying several other shops in the area I have to say Top Notch is my favorite. Very responsive, I had a reply in minutes and a tow truck scheduled the same morning for a tricky repair on a german vehicle. I have a 2003 VW Beetle that had been sitting in a garage for several years, and I was interested in getting it back on the road. I contacted Top Notch and received a response within a day. They offered to have it towed to the shop to do an estimate. What I thought would be an expensive process turned out to be very reasonable. Once they evaluated the car, they called me to tell me what things needed to be done and to ask which I wanted to do, if any. I opted for the full repair and within a day, my Beetle was ready to go! The customer service was excellent. I would take my car there again for repairs.
Gunner left my kid hanging. Will never recommend them. Broke some part on my kids Honda while changing brakes. Was understanding. Then told us part was on back order still understanding. Waited, waited, waited and still waiting. Never got back to my kid or came through to correct the situation. Kid went to dealership and had part ordered and installed in a couple of days. Now hearing from others on their bad experiences with them. Never again.

Lack of communication was probably the second worse part for me. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 on a Thursday morning thru said it would be ready around noon. 2:00 rolls by. No call. I called them. "Ya the technician is having a hard time getting the bearing apart" the next day no call. Called again around 3 this time. They need to order a different part. They didn't have the right equipment to do the job after all. The quoted price of $500 went to $1700! I just wanted to have them put it back together and I would go somewhere else. They couldn't get it back together. So I would have to call a wrecker to get it off the lift. Nice trapping ha. :( I have paperwork to prove this. Either way, buyer be wear. Almost forgot, it's Wednesday the next week.
We need front breaks and they got it done the same day at a reasonable price.
So I made a appointment the next week for tires and oil change for my truck.
Sure could have saved a few bucks at a discount store.
But when you have great service that beats any discount box store.

This is a very friendly and professional repair shop. It is clean inside and out. They tell you what it's going to cost before they fix it, which I like very much. They have loaner vehicles so you can still get home or to work. I would recommend this place to everyone. I've been here before and have never been disappointed with their work.
I had my Benz looked at here for a check engine light a month after I bought it. The guy didn't even charge me for looking at it. I respected that so much that I brought my Subaru there. He had it working in less than 3 days and my bill was thousands less than what I thought it was going to be! I'm never going anywhere else. Thanks Sam!!
Had my front brake pads and rotors replaced here. I was happy to get in right away and staff seemed friendly enough. I paid $10 for a dirty smelly loaner vehicle. I had to pay an additional charge to use a credit/debit card. I got a receipt that was not itemized so I have no idea what I paid for and when I went back to get an itemized receipt he would not give me one. I got 2 other estimates from other places charging about half what I paid this crook after the fact. Don’t bother with this place unless you like getting ripped off!
I'm really happy with the service I received at Top Notch Auto Repair. Their pricing was good for my ac recharge, they got me in quickly, and they were all friendly. The customer area is not like most shops where things look grimy and germy. Top Notch's customer area is very clean and orderly and has small collector cars on display to look at. They also have free loaner cars to use. I will definitely go back when needed. The one thing to be aware of is that they charge 3.5% when you use plastic. I expected it to be added on to credit cards only but it was added on to my debit card as well. I will definitely go back and suggest them to others. GREAT SERVICE!!

Top Notch is just that...Top Notch. From my initial call of distress to paying my bill, it was smooth sailing. I called very last minute as my car was making a terrible noise. Spoke with Gunnar and he was able to get me in same day. I arrived, a mechanic took it for a ride...knew the issue...ordered parts and my car was fixed up within a couple of hours. Two mechanics drove it after it work was completed. These men work as a team. It was so refreshing to see this among coworkers. Service was quick, pricing was fantastic, Gunnar was honest about repair, mechanics were knowledge and kind. This was a 10/10 and I would recommend Top Notch To anyone! :) Thank you!
Not only is this repair shop a “top notch” small local business-but Gunnar and his employees are “top notch” humans, too!! They run an honest, quality shop that has restored my faith in repair shops as a whole!! Gunnar and Top Notch is the ONLY place I take not just my vehicle, but our entire family’s vehicles; my husband and our young adult driver, too!! Had the window motor and more go out in the driver's side. They quoted me 200 less than anywhere else using my part. I was having trouble locating the part. Took it in just to keep my appointment, and told them I couldn't find the part, 10 minutes later he had ordered the part and told me he'd have it fixed by close with the new quote was still cheaper than anywhere else. Offered to give me a loaner until it was fixed. I live walking distance to home so I didn't need it. Car was fixed, window works perfectly. This was January 2020. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE.
Too notch does a good job and we really like them. Had our air conditioning fixed there and some other major repairs and Gunner always does a great job for less than other shops in my experience. The loaner van is super helpful too!
Rear brakes went out on my Honda Pilot on Sunday. Called at 7:30 Monday morning and was able to get the vehicle in right away. Excelent work and fair pricing. I'm glad to have found a local, trustworthy repair shop.
Great experience with this place! Windshield replacement came in over a hundred dollars less than another quote. I dropped off the Jeep in the morning, grabbed a free loaner vehicle and had the Jeep back by lunch time! Highly recommend.
I had Gunner and (Sam) work on my 59 ford galaxie! I had some front end issues going on plus I wanted 4 new tires! While having the work done Gunner gave me great communications threw the process! The tires were a nice price! But what i liked more was at gunners they have loaner vehicles when you are having your car worked on!!! A+

Stopped in to Gunner's today for my first time because I've heard nothing but good stuff about their service and repairs. I have nothing but good stuff to say. Fast, affordable, reliable, very honest, and friendly staff. I'm sold. They have plenty of loaner cars to use if you need one. I'll definitely be back next time I need a mechanic.
I had my first experience with Gunner's last week and was very pleased. After calling around to get some estimates, Gunner had the best price for the windshield replacement I needed. He was even able to get me in the very next day, and gave me a loaner to use during the service! Can't beat that! I will definitely use Gunner's again in the future and highly recommend them!
