Sent in a cylinder head a week ago to get looked at. I called to see what was going on as they didn't tell me a time frame or price. They failed at providing me information about my property other than " I'm sure they are busy". Well when you tell me they would be calling me and they don't that's clearly a problem. My cylinder head is sitting at their St. Paul store. Thats all the information I got.
My review is less than zero. I found it impossible to search your inventory on my smartphone so I am buying the parts from Auto zone. They showed me that they had the parts that I needed and told me the price in 10 seconds. Get with it!
