Stopped in to but headlights asked for led dude behind counter said I needed a resistor which I didn’t but he argued with me . Bought the brightest regular bulbs they had and they suck. Now I’m stuck with lights I can’t return and don’t want. Do not recommend.
Went in for a vehicle battery. Helped me even with a third hand when replacing in the parking lot, getting the battery back in the tightest of spots. Ty auto zone for the great prices and expert help.
The female manager went above and beyond for me. Their customer service was top-notch. The alternator is in, and now we are back moving around. Thanks for your awesome customer service.
Had a new car battery from here which was also installed here three weeks ago. It was not installed properly and was dead as the shop I picked my car up from said, but apparently the battery works and the shop scamed me because this place didn't install it correctly. So now I'm out more money than I have AND a battery I can't return because despite the improper installation BY their associate. Never going to any AutoZone again.
Tony at the LaCrosse location was awesome - double checked to make sure I picked out the correct windshield wipers for my car which was great. Added bonus - he even installed the new wipers on my car for me!!! What a guy! Thanks
Walked in got what I needed for my wife's car and walked out. Total of 5 minutes. No hassle or trouble. Guys at the counter were friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere.
Went in for a replacement headlight bulb.
It was pretty close to closing time. The two gentlemen did not rush us and were very helpful. There are at least five auto parts stores within a mile and a half from my home. My son likes this one.
Amazing service. The staff here made it really easy to fix problems with my truck myself. So much so that I bought tools here for more than I could have on Amazon because they saved me so much money in auto shop repairs with their expertise!

The staff at this auto zone went so far above and beyond what I would have expected, and as a result I was able to fix an issue with my truck that would have been a week to fix minimum at a shop, in a single day. I can't express my appreciation for them enough, nor could I recommend them more highly to help meet your auto repair needs.
Friendly helpfully staff and good prices.. but the rent a tool.. had to return for broken took kit.. very inconvenient and aggravating then bought new pads and rotors and one of them has a old used rusted rotor.. had to go back again to get new one..
Our car broke down on the way to a gig in Minnesota. The district manager was actually working that day that we needed help. He hooked the computer up to our car, got the codes, and figured out what was needed to fix it and get us on the road again. Super helpful, friendly service!
Parts are good. Manager is awesome and the store was clean. Not one single complaint. Don't think I could find anything wrong if I had looked for something
Went in looking for paint for a Ford Focus. Looked it up before hand and got the paint code "JV". I told the clerk and he told me I didn't have the right code and he needed "more numbers and letters" to find the code.
He recommended going to Auto Value on 3rd St. I told the guy at Auto Value about the "JV" paint code and he knew right what it was and had my paint mixed up for me and I was on my way in under 15 minutes.
Go to Auto Value on 3rd Street - skip Auto Zone. Guys there are clueless (besides being able to point you to a business that knows what they're doing )
The people were very helpful. I came in and they greeted me. I asked for help picking out oil for my car. They asked for the year/make/model then found it and grabbed it from the shelf for me. It probably took 5 minutes tops. Super friendly.
They also helped me figure out how much to put in and lent me a funnel and paper towels. Then they tossed the oily paper towel for me when I asked where I could throw it away.
It's a great place and I've never had an issue there. It has all your car needs!
Never thought I’d be writing about an auto parts place, but here it is... I love these guys. I still drive my first car, and it is officially at the age (15) where it simply isn’t worth paying the dealership to do routine fluids. In the winter, I frequented the location while I was learning to adjust to the season (and how my car performs!) and these guys are always super polite, knowledgeable, and informative. They also aren’t pushy: if you say you don’t need help, they leave you alone — which for me is hugely appreciated. Always go out of my way to go here when I need something for my beater...it’s worth it.
The people are highly knowledgeable and friendly. They are really competitive on price and carry high quality parts. This is the only parts store I go to. They also have a nice tool rental program as well.
This place is great! The employees are super friendly & honest. But even more important, they are always super helpful! They even come right out to your vehicle to help!!! Awesome place (even for a female)!
I was camping 40 miles out of Lacrosse when I found out I had a dead battery. I got a jump and drove my truck to Auto Zone, as soon as I shut it off, I tried starting it again. No go. The 19 year old guy behind the counter sold me the battery and heard my story. He volunteered to change it while I was at the store. This saved me getting a jump start, going back to the campground, changing the battery myself, then driving the 40 miles back into Lacrosse to return the core!!!
Dont let anyone kid you about this young generation, they are just as respectful and motivated as any of the previous generations. This was an awesome experience, thank you Auto Zone and thank you to the young guy behind the counter!
Fix your hours, says open till 10pm online and now I'm here sitting in your parking lot at 9:38 and you're closed. Not exactly happy at the moment.
Btw the guy on the phone failed to mention when I called at just before 9 saying I'd be on my way to pick up the part that you'd be closing soon.
This is why I usually go to O'Reilly's. They at least have the correct information up.
I had a dead battery but no tools. I went to this AutoZone and they gave me a set of tools to get my battery out. Ended up buying a battery through them. All knowledgeable staff as well
My go-to place for parts and fluids whenever I have a project I'm working on. If they don't have the part I need in stock, most of the time I've been able to get it the very next day. They have fairly reasonable prices, and a very good selection. Their employees are also knowledgeable and have always been really helpful in the past.
