I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get in super quick. Dropping off my vehicle was simple, the work was completed in the timeframe I had been told beforehand, and the care instructions I was given were easy to understand. The staff did a wonderful job creating a stress free resolution to what had been a stressful situation.
The service that got was amazing. The technician did a great job and did it in a fast time. It was scheduled for 3 hours but it was done in a hour. The Tech also did a great job cleaning up after himself as well. He was very nice and would love to have him work on my car again if I needed it.
I had a 3:30 appointment on a Saturday. I got done working early so I went there at 1:00 to see if they could get me in early. The technician Ryan i think his name was, said he should be able to and I ended up being home before my original appointment time. Great work Safelite. Scheduled windshield replacement on line which initially made me a little nervous as it was for a handicap van that we depend on. My worry was erased by the excellent communication through email and text. Everything happened promptly. Kim our service tech was excellent.
