I forgot who helped me specifically but all the staff was very friendly. Always great service. This is the second piece of glass I’ve had replaced so unfortunately I know a thing or two?
It was bad weather thunderstorms on and off and I had a mobile appointment scheduled. However I have no garage so I was going to reschedule. The tech Kim called me back to see if I could drop off my van at the shop. I did not have an available extra driver.
Then I got a call back from tge tech she asked if I'd be ok with her picking up my van taking it in to be done and then returning it.
I was amazed she offered that to me. I gladly agreed. She said around 40 mins it would take. I got my van back in half hour or so.
Very prompt, and professional, and fast service.
Even better it was zero out of pocket cost due to my insurance covering all of it!
I set up an appointment online for the morning and was called on the day of that my appointment had been changed to between 3 and 4. I was at work so wasn't able to be there when the technician showed up. Upon return I saw the chip was almost more noticeable and had several noticeable cracks coming out of it as well as scratches all around the ding. Very unhappy with service.

Had an appointment to get my windshield replaced after tree damage from winds. Staff were friendly and the new windshield was fantastic. They cleaned up vacuumed my car very well. I recommend Safelite auto glass to anyone that needs them.
They were courteous and professional. I did a drop off and pick up so as to give them time to get it done. So, it took a couple of hours, but it was very nice work.

Replacing my windshield was not something I wanted to have to deal with, but this Safelite shop made it so easy. From first contacting them to find out what I needed to do and how to schedule, they took care of everything. The technician contacted me prior and kept me updated while he was working.They took care of the replacement at my house and recalibrated my safety cameras. It was so convenient . My windshield was cracked on a Friday and replaced by midday Monday. It was a great experience overall, and I can’t recommend them enough!

I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get in super quick. Dropping off my vehicle was simple, the work was completed in the timeframe I had been told beforehand, and the care instructions I was given were easy to understand. The staff did a wonderful job creating a stress free resolution to what had been a stressful situation.
The service that got was amazing. The technician did a great job and did it in a fast time. It was scheduled for 3 hours but it was done in a hour. The Tech also did a great job cleaning up after himself as well. He was very nice and would love to have him work on my car again if I needed it.
I had a 3:30 appointment on a Saturday. I got done working early so I went there at 1:00 to see if they could get me in early. The technician Ryan i think his name was, said he should be able to and I ended up being home before my original appointment time. Great work Safelite. I have a 2006 vehicle that had a rock hit the windshield and put a crack in it. I no longer carry comprehensive insurance on the vehicle because of the age so any repair I would have to pay for it. I called Safelite early one morning and inquired about cost they had an opening around noon
They sent over a technician around noon and had repaired the crack with a lifetime guarantee in about a half hour

Scheduled windshield replacement on line which initially made me a little nervous as it was for a handicap van that we depend on. My worry was erased by the excellent communication through email and text. Everything happened promptly. Kim our service tech was excellent.

Guy, our technician called in advance and worked around our schedule. He was able to come the next day after my claim was made with the insurance company. Excellent customer service and great work on fixing the small ding in the windshield!

Kim was the Technician that was assigned as to my Windshield Replacement. She arrived 30 minutes prior to our appointment at 0830 on February 28, 2025. Kim’s Customer Service Skills were amazing and made me feel confident and comfortable during the entire appointment.
Fantastic experience with my restored collector car. I recently finished a near full restoration of my 90's Nissan 240sx. Safelite installer Guy came out to install new glass, but stopped when there was an issue with the aftermarket window trim (not their fault, my fault during the paint/body work). Guy could have pushed forward and installed the window and trim as-is, but it would not have been correct.
Guy stopped the install, notified me of the issue, and we discussed solutions. I took a couple weeks to find a solution (again, my fault, not Safelite's) and Guy came back out to finish the install. Guy's attention to detail continued through the install process, it is clear he knows what he is doing and wants every job to be done to a very high quality.
The result is a FAR nicer install, much higher quality end product, and an upgrade to my restoration BECAUSE of Guy.
If you have a collector/vintage/enthusiast car and you want someone with as much attention to detail as you, I would specifically ask for Guy.
